Villa DD es para alquiler de vacaciones y situado junto al río Delatite en Merrijig y de acceso está apagada Omega calle. A solo un minuto a pie del hotel Hunt Club en la carretera Mount Buller Mansfield. Área llana donde se ubica la casa, amplios terrenos seguros y excelentes vistas. Área de servicio móvil y tienda de conveniencia cerca. Wifi se puede encontrar en la cafetería cercana. La localización en caliente es la forma más fácil de acceder a Internet o a través de módems portátiles.

La villa es un alojamiento de estilo retro 2 pisos con 4 dormitorios, salón cocina, lavandería, vestíbulo y zona de ocio balcón.

Características: Al amparo de aparcamiento, barbacoa con capucha, escenarios al aire libre, calefacción de leña y calefacción sistema split, TV en todas las habitaciones, además de un gran jardín que se extiende hasta el río Delatite basado lecho de roca.

entrada a un camino hecho y justo al lado de la carretera principal, la propiedad tiene vistas a Mount Buller, las colinas de los alrededores y el río.

Desde Mansfield es aprox. 12 minutos en coche y 20 minutos a la cima de Mt Buller en los días buenos y también al lago Eildon.

La ubicación es en el camino a muchos algunas actividades al aire libre y bajo techo. Tales actividades son los Campos de nieve, la pesca y la caza, unidades de la rueda 4x4, país de alta pista de equitación de caballos, bodegas, senderismo y paseos en bote en el lago Eildon.

No viene mimando para las señoras en Mansfield y preguntar acerca de esos negocios a través de la oficina de turismo de Mansfield.

Los dormitorios de alojamiento; Se pueden organizar 3 camas tamaño queen en cada 3 habitaciones, una cama doble de un dormitorio con una litera individual y una cama plegable opcional.

Las habitaciones suite 8 personas más consideramos personas adicionales que deseen asistir.

Dos baños, uno con bañera y duchas en cada uno, más 2 aseos.

La cocina está totalmente equipada fácil de usar y adecuado para atender a una estancia en grupo.

Ideal para la familia, los amigos y para una conferencia de romper o alojamiento para grupos de bodas. Muy cerca hay otros apartamentos alojamiento si es necesario para ampliar el tamaño del grupo.

Garaje doble que se convierte en una sala de juegos y en una zona cubierta donde se pueden estacionar los vehículos en el lugar.
Tenis de mesa y dardos en esa zona donde también se pueden estacionar automóviles.

Comer en o más aún en Merrijig, es a los 2 restaurantes y el hotel del club de caza o de arriba en Mt Buller y en Mansfield.

All guests need to check and report everything on day1
For guest: need to record and report all damages and issues on day 1. Now i need to deal with landlord for soaked floor next to bathroom (i think the bath room tile is leaking and the water proof between tile and timber floor wasn’t done properly), and other issues, e.g. loose hinge, ants, unlocked front door which never used as we used side PIN code lock door all the time). Need to solve the issues/claims with landlord and prove the damages not done by our stay after happy holidays to Mt Buller :(

Such an amazing location! Perfectly suited our group of 9. Plenty to keep the kids entertained, amazing creek to cool off in and beautiful views. Great spot!

Cosy property, great location
Excellent property in a great Merrijig location. Extra treat with the view from backyard including the river. Big backyard for the kids to stretch their legs. Only minus was no wifi and location has limited cellular signal for hotspoting. Still rate this property very high…thank you!

Great place to stay
All seven of us didn't want our mini holiday to finish. We really liked the house, especially the river in the backyard. Kids do want to come back to this place because of backyard. The house was very clean, spacious with everything you might need during your stay. I wish we could bring our dog. The TVs in rooms could be upgraded. It would be great if there would be air-conditioning downstairs and a fen in the bathroom upstairs. We love our coffee, so brought our own coffee machine. Don't forget to bring marshmallows, we loved using the fire pit but didn't have any marshmallows. I love using bath sheets oppose to bath towels, bring your own if you are like me. Although the towels were new and nice. Beds were comfortable and firm enough. Would definitely come bavk.

Great house in a great location
Lyntons property was everything we needed given the chaos of the past 2 years. The house was well equiped, ample bedding and the location was really wonderful on the creek. Quick drive to Mansfield if you need groceries and Buller is just up the road. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property
Lynton has been very good at communicating. It’s a beautiful property and have enough space for 8-9 people. River at the back runs a sweet sound in the background. Totally serene. Will visit again.

Comfortable, spacious house. Perfect for two families.
The house was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for two families. Wonderful view. The kitchen was well supplied. Very convenient to have the pub within easy walking distance. The owner was helpful and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay and would book again if visiting the area.

Wonderful Merrijig stay
Beautiful modern, clean property. The location is great and the outlook from the backyard and balcony is stunning. Lynton always got back in touch quickly with requests and questions. Wonderful place, everything you could need and the view is beautiful.
Lovely clean place, everything you could need, table tennis table was great too. The river so close it was magic the kids loved it just as much as we did. We will be back for another visit for sure!

Big Cosy Home!
Absolutely fell in love with this home and also the location! Having the lake in the backyard is a bonus, not one issue with the home and we definitely will be returning. Lynton was very helpful and prompt. This is a perfect house for a weekend away

Modern and comfortable house with a gorgeous view
The house is modern, clean and spacious comfortably accommodating our families. Whilst the house is near the main road and you can hear cars go by, that didn’t bother us and is made up by the easy drive to Mt Buller gate and direct access to the river in the back where you can hear and see the rushing river from the living room upstairs! There were a few minor things that could be better, eg. Central heating instead of individual heater, the bbq has bottle be filled up, newer board games for the kids but overall it’s much better than other places we’ve stayed at.

Ever have a fountain or garden pond or dream of having some form of water display about your property?
At the foot of this property, the river is the best water feature anyone could dream of. To create this water feature the Delatite River offers, would cost millions of dollars and more money to keep a river flowing. But this feature is free to all who wish to visit the area.
Prints of past creatures may be found in the rock formation around the river, so you can imagine what animal may have roamed the area in say prehistoric times.
