The Paradise Beach House

La casa en sí es una cabaña de pesca original, de una sola planta, de principios de 1900, al pie de las colinas, en la hermosa Paradise Beach.
Vistas ininterrumpidas de la impresionante Pittwater y el Parque Nacional más allá de la función desde todas las habitaciones de la casa.

La casa es adecuada para una familia con hasta 4 niños o 4 adultos y 2 niños.
Tiene dos habitaciones grandes, WIR, baño familiar grande, salón y comedor combinados, una cocina bien mantenida y lavandería separada.

Con Digital Foxtel, una gran colección de DVD, WiFi de calidad ilimitada, una biblioteca bien surtida y un sofá muy cómodo incluso para tus días lluviosos.
Hay un patio cercado, cubierto de hierba y un patio soleado que tiene vistas supremas. Con una barbacoa de gas y comedor al aire libre.

La playa tiene agua plana de marea, arena suave, limpia, fina y mucha sombra matutina. Hay un embarcadero y una piscina de mareas cercada. Las condiciones de natación son fantásticas: no hay corrientes desagradables, olas o resaca. Solo agua salada cristalina, plana y tranquila, de fondo arenoso.
Paradise Beach es tranquila y apartada. Solo los verdaderos locales saben que existe, por lo que nunca está ocupado. La playa perfecta para familias con niños pequeños. Relájese sabiendo que sus hijos pueden nadar y jugar con seguridad sin aguas turbulentas o piscinas superpobladas.

Pescar en uno de los muchos jettys es muy gratificante. Flathead y Bream son los dos peces más comunes que se capturan.
Camina alrededor de las rocas y explora las pequeñas piscinas de rocas. Busque cangrejos y estrellas de mar.
Continúe alrededor de las rocas durante la marea baja y podrá caminar hasta la hermosa playa de Clareville. Almuerce en el quiosco de la playa de Clareville o simplemente use las barbacoas públicas.

Paradise Beach House

Our stay at Paradise Beach house was just perfect. The views are stunning and the property was super clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and we were made to feel extremely welcome by the neighbour properties. Looking forward to coming again soon! Many thanks

Amazing!

We had the most wonderful stay here! The house is a perfect beach place right on the water. Not so fancy that it felt uncomfortable - it was perfection and I’m so sad I had to leave- views are absolutely gorgeous and the garden is delightful - in a word - superb!

Okish with issues

We experienced the worst communication we ever had during one of our stays. It was almost non existent. Check in details weren’t given out until the day of arrival. Keep in mind check in is after 4 pm on top of this. On the day of arrival we experienced a problem and tried to contact Naomi. Phone number given on platform is wrong, we wrote a message to her email address and in stayz messages to pls contact us asap. Nothing! The whole time we were there no call or message. We paid a premium cleaning fee but found a letter inside the house that we will get charged an additional 250 dollar if we are not complying with the cleaning outlined before we leave. Which included cleaning the outside area from leaves, vacuum inside the house, cleaning the bathroom thoroughly including toilet inside and outside and area around with the provided cleaning products plus the shower/bath, cleaning the fridge/freezer. Stripping up the sheets and putting in laundry was crossed out. Further they wrote the normal things a guest dies anyway, leaving the house tidy and undamaged, taking rubbish out, cleaning the dishes. This was a shocker and a first time experience to be hit with such demands and given our reviews we always leave properties in great conditions. So we were wondering the whole time what will be good enough to get the bind back. We reported this to stayz and bc the contract is outside stayz in a private email they aren’t aware of this and will look into this as cleaning fee is already included in the booking and why the guest needs to do a whole detailed clean. Given the reviews the property got it looks like this is a new thing as no one mentioned it before. So be aware that you have to spend a great amount cleaning at your stay to match the expectations. The dishes in the cupboard were dirty from the guest before us and the bins too, we cleaned it so no issue. The master bed is great, the rest are very uncomfy, without aircon it can get very hot very fast on warm days. The location is great! The house well fitted with what you need to feel comfortable. But this cleaning contract issue downgraded our joy staying there.

Great house for our family of 4. Ideal location directly across from the jetty and beach. We loved our 4 days in this quiet, sunny location.

We enjoyed a beautiful long weekend in "paradise", the location was just perfect for a young family and we loved swimming, playing in the sand and enjoying lunch & dinner alfresco watching the ever changing amazing view. Just perfect!

Fabulous Location

We had a lovely stay at Paradise Beach and the location and setting was fabulous for our family. The area felt safe and the children had fun swimming and fishing of the jetty. The cafe at the top of the hill was excellent. The accommodation was exactly as described, perhaps a little bigger than the photos suggested and the deck was amazing for watching the sun set.

It certainly felt like a little piece of Paradise

We loved the experience and will long to go back ! A special little getaway that is so relaxed and quintessentially the Australian holiday experience I have been yearning for. Thanks to the team for presenting a wonderful home to enjoy filled with history and charm. We will most definitely be back in Paradise soon!

Beautiful and relaxing

The spot where the house is located is so beautiful that pictures do not reflect all the magic. The house has all the eqjipment you need. The main bedroom bed is very good, the rest of beds are very normal. House beautiful. Neighbours were very friendly and even envited us to the beach party. Nobody of the owners greeted us all was made online.

Perfect old school hideaway for young family

Amazing location. House has a lovely ambience - not fancy (original mid century beach house vibe) but perfect for our family of four. Hard to leave at the end of our stay. Owner very nice to deal with. Only potential negative is that onsite parking would be an issue if you have anything larger than a small/ medium size car. Overall, we loved it.

Beatiful place to holiday

The house is practically right on top of Paradise Beach in Avalon. The road down to the house finishes in a cul-de-sac right in front of it. In order to access the delightful little netted swimming pool on the beach you cross the road and there it is. The house is tastefully furnished with a lovely big bedroom which has a view over the beach. The bedroom also has a walk-through wardrobe which leads into the bathroom which has a fitted bath shower module and a generous sized vanity unit plus a toilet. It a has a well appointed little kitchen with a pantry full of things including lots of books and DVD's for you to make use of. It has a second bedroom with a queen size bed with bunk over the top, as well as a single bed on the other side. There is a long entrance room which has a 6 seat dining setting up one end and a lounge area at the other with a good size TV connected to Foxtel with a DVD player attached to it as well. There is a large white tiled patio overlooking the beach which sits on top of the one car garage which you will badly need because parking at Paradise Beach is at a premium, and the only thing even vaguely annoying about this location is the cars that crawl up and down the road searching for a park. The patio has a huge table in the middle of it surrounded on three sides by white benches fitted to the walls. Off to the side is a little strip of lush green lawn. Kookaburras come each morning to be hand-fed and there is colourful birdlife all around. I don't know why I'm telling you all this because I really want to keep it as my secret hideaway when I need a break.

great place

we stayed 8 nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The place has a really nice seaside cottage feel and the lawn outside gives kids plenty of room to play. Having the beach right there was superb and the view from the outdoor dining table is pretty special. The master bedroom was very generous in size and there was a large game and dvd collection which we didn't really use but a nice touch. Mobile reception a bit patchy in places and as others mentioned wifi only really works in the kitchen but given part of the reason for our trip was to get away from the computer we weren't bothered. All in all a superb place and we also loved Avalon generally. Definitely hope to return.

What a magical place.

We loved our stay at Paradise Beach, kids and adults alike. The house is simple, lovely and beachy and the location is magical. It was so lovely to sleep in and wake up to nothing but the sounds of birds, boats clinking and waves. We'll definitely be back.

Our young family all loved this house and it's location right across the road from Paradise Beach. We ate almost all our meals at the outdoor dining table overlooking Pittwater.The house was well equipped, spotless and very comfortable. Wifi only worked in kitchen and pantry so would be good if it was available in whole house - but that was only a minor drawback.And it's just a short drive from Avalon's cute cafes and shops - so we had the best of both worlds.We'll definitely return soon.

This is a beautiful property, very seaside chic. It's right on the water with the most gorgeous views.While we had a great time with the kids here, I'd love to come back again with my husband, it would be a really romantic place to stay & enjoy a quiet glass of wine on the balcony while having a bbq. A great place to go to get away from it all, without actually having to travel far out of Sydney.

Is there anything more beautiful than a sunset in Sydney? Yes...staying at Paradise Beach House and enjoying a beautiful sunset over Pittwater with a glass of wine. In a last minute decision to get away for the Easter break, we searched stayz.com for last minute offers. Avalon was not something we had considered as normally we drive up to the Central Coast or down to the South Coast Considering the nightmare Easter traffic, it was a perfect solution for a quick getaway. Less than 45 minutes from North Sydney and yet once you turn off towards the Pittwater side, it feels like you are already on holidays. Paradise Beach is tucked down the bottom of a dead end road with a little beach out the front; perfect for a quick dip, a spot of fishing and a game of beach rugby. We were blessed with two days of sun where we enjoyed a BBQ and the view and two days of rain when we stayed indoors playing cards and watching the sailboats bob on the water from the window or we went into check out the quaint little shops at Avalon. We would definitely recommend Paradise Beach for anyone looking to get away from the 'burbs without having to fight traffic to get there!
