Bonita villa de 3 dormitorios cerca de la calle principal en el pueblo de Beaulieu sur Mer, a 2 minutos a pie de la playa y el casino. A unos 10 km equidistantes de Niza y Mónaco y cerca de la zona exclusiva de Cap Ferrat con sus impresionantes paseos a lo largo de la costa. La línea de tren también se encuentra a pocos minutos a pie y da servicio a todas las ciudades principales a lo largo de la costa. La propiedad es una villa con aire acondicionado de 1930 que ha sido completamente renovada a un nivel excepcional. El alojamiento consta de (120 metros cuadrados) e incluye un amplio salón comedor, cocina, WC separado en la planta baja, con 3 habitaciones dobles en el primer piso, dormitorio principal en suite y un baño separado. También hay una cueva con una pequeña área de televisión y cuarto de servicio. En el exterior hay un bonito jardín con terrazas con capacidad para una mesa de café para 4 y una mesa de comedor al aire libre con capacidad para 8 personas. Hay una piscina privada climatizada y una plaza de aparcamiento privado con puertas automáticas eléctricas. Esta casa es una rareza en Beaulieu.

We have been visiting Beaulieu Sur Mer for over 25 years and had always walked past Villa La Mounette and wanted ton stay there. We have just had the most wonderful 4 weeks there. Gina was fabulous and kept the villa immaculate. The location is fabulous. Easy walk to so many wonderful restaurants. The beach is a 2 minute walk, the high street is one minute walk, you really are in the centre of everything. Train station under 5 minutes walk.Secure parking at the property.Pool was lovely and warm. Beds were very comfortable, bed linen and towels were excellent quality. The Villa was very well equipped and spacious. The photos really do not do it justice. The owners were very accommodating with an extra request we had before booking which made our holiday. Hoping to return soon

Michael and Ann are wonderful hosts, providing excellent communication and ensuring our arrival was seamless. We were warmly welcomed by Eugene, a very kind gentleman who thoughtfully introduced us to the property and made sure we had everything we needed. The pictures genuinely do not do this home justice—it’s truly magical, especially for our family of four with children aged 3.5 and 9. We could not have hoped for a more perfect stay and highly recommend this rental!

Wonderful property

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It completely lived up to expectations. Everyone in my family (incl. Older parents and young child) were very comfortable and the location in Beaulieu-sur-Mer is perfect. The hosts and the property manager were terrific to deal with and very helpful throughout the entire process.Should I return again, I would be very keen to stay at the property again.

Every bit as good as we hoped. This villa was perfect - location, heated pool, comfortable and perhaps obe of the best stocked rentals we have ever stayed in. Walkable to town, restaurants, tennis club (can rent court and kit), beaches train station. Easy to get Ubers. So relaxing.

Wonderful location

Our holiday at Villa la Monette was wonderful. The house was clean, well equipped, the yard was beautiful, peaceful and sheltered. Our family of 6 enjoyed a lot. The location was the best possible. A bakery, a large grocery store, a tennis court, a playground and a sandy beach were around the corner. The train station was also close and we could easily and fast get to Nice, Monaco and Eze by train. Ambrosios restaurant was our favorite. I hope we will be able to return to Villa la Mounette someday.

The property was very well presented and met our needs. From Australia where all pools need to have a pool safety fence it made use of the pool area a challenge. The property was very close to the main road . motor vehicle noise was very load especially the garbage trucks that were non stop at night. When we booked the villa we specifically looked for a villa which had air conditioning, when we arrived we were advised it was not working and would not be fixed until the day we left- in any case it was not repaired. This required all upper levels windows to be be opened consequently mosquitoes/ biting bugs entered the rooms and everyone was bitten badly by the bugs. Had the air conditioning been working the stay would have been much much better. Nevertheless we loved the little town and its location for exploring the coast. Thankyou

Wonderful villa in perfect location in peaceful Beaulie Sur Mer

The villa was beautiful, neat and very well equipped. The pool water was heated and the whole villa airconditioned. The location was also perfect; restaurants and bakery were just around the corner and you could walk to the beach in 5-10 minutes. The only minus was that the parking place in the garden was not usable. It was practically impossible to drive in or drive out. We bought a street parking for seven days for our rental car to be able to use it. However, you don’t really need car there. You could use train to travel from village to village.

Lovely house

We spent a lovely week in this house. The location is fantastic with everything you need just around the corner (shops, bus, train, beach, restaurants…) and no need to come with a car. The house is lovely, a true holidays house, extremely clean and with all the amenities that you would need, including pool towels. The garden is well maintained, with ample seating, and the pool well heated. We look forward to returning!

Ein wundervoller Platz

Wir haben das Haus im Oktober eine Woche als Familie gemietet. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der beheizte Pool ein Traum besonders für die Kinder. Das Haus liegt zentral und man benötigt kein Auto weil Bus und Bahnstation um die Ecke liegen. Die Einfahrt auf den Parkplatz ist auch sehr schwierig, da sehr eng.

Perfect Relaxing Vacation

Beautiful home located close to the beach, shopping, and dining. The pool and outdoor area was wonderful and had ample seating. The inside of the home was clean, bright, and modern. The neighborhood was quiet and charming. I look forward to returning.

Pretty Villa in Beaulieu

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa is very well equipped and the garden space was delightful and well organised. The pool is super! The location was ideal for us too. The owners responded very promptly to a couple of queries. Our only problem was that some of the equipment was too hi - tech for us Luddites! I think the owners had a family wedding recently. We hope it was a wonderful day for all!

Perfect stay in a wonderful location

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa La Mounette. Everything was perfectly organized. The Villa is very well equipped with everything you need. A lovely place to spend holidays at the Côte d’Azur. The perfect holiday

Beaulieu-sur-Mer is the ideal place to explore the Cote d'Azur. You can easily reach from St. Tropez, to the west, to San Remo (It) to the east. 10 minutes from Nice and 20 from Monaco. It is picturesque, quiet and has every amenity one may need. The house is located in walking distance to Beaulieu’s main street (Bd. Morinoni), in a quiet side road. Distance to the seashore is 300-400m. It is exactly as the pictures show, if not better. The house is equipped with everything one might reasonably expect to need during a holiday. (barbecue? yes, juicer? yes, champagne glasses? yes, high speed internet? yes etc. etc.). It is 100% air conditioned and the AC system works really well. A maid will come once a week but you can negotiate more frequent visits, if required. The swimming pool and the garden are taken care of by professionals. You just have to enjoy them. We rented for a fortnight and enjoyed every minute of it.

Perfect Villa

My famiy and I stayed in this villa for two weeks recently. The villa is perfect for a family holiday - fully equipped and with a beautiful pool and terrace. Daniel and Nathalie who look after the villa couldn't be more helpful and everything is very well maintained. Location is great for beach and sight-seeing with all amenities very close by. Highly recommended.

Great Place to Enjoy Cote d'Azur

We were a large group staying for a week and found Beaulieu a beautiful place to serve as a base to explore charming locations on the cote d'azur. Villa La Mounette is just perfect. it is tastefully decorated and well maintained. its a quiet location with easy access to the super market, the station and to the public transport. the beach is a few minutes away and has a path running along it, which we used for an early morning jog. No town on the cote d'azur is complete without its local casino and Beaulieu has one of its own, though we did not get a chance to try our luck. there are also some tennis courts few minutes away. The villa has parking place for one car and we easily found off street parking for the other one within 20 meters from the villa each night. Daniel is a great help, always ready with handy tips on every topic. we had a great relaxing vacation and will happily recommend it.

This villa exceeds expectations.

Our family of six adults had a fantastic holiday. The villa is immaculate, architecturally designed with every amenity, including an entertainment system. The owners have thought of everything you could want to have a holiday at any time of year. Daniel and his team are always on hand with help and advice, and also the weekly clean included in the price. The villa is very accessible for all the amenities of Beaulieu-sur-Mer,and provides an excellent base for further exploration. Highly recommended.

Elegance and charm

Villa Mounette is a lovely villa - very convenient for all amenities (shops, market, restaurants, station, beaches etc), yet on a quiet residential street. Sitting out in the garden with the kids happy splashing in the pool - it really doesn't get any better. The villa is beautifully decorated and appointed. It's spacious, comfortable, and is described accurately in the listing description. We were met by the delightful Daniel, who knows everything about, and everyone in, Beaulieu. He made us feel very welcome, and there wasn't a question he couldn't answer. Natalie the cleaner came during the week and left the place as we had found it when we originally arrived...spotless. Beaulieu itself is a gem of a town. With mountains behind, cliffs plunging into the sea to the East and Cap Ferrat and the Mediterranean Sea to the South, the views from the right vantage point are stunning. The Belle Epoque architecture is wonderful, and the place has a very genteel feel to it. It seems to have avoided the excesses of other places on the French Riviera. It's not a big place, and relatively flat - it's easy to reach anywhere in the town on foot. It's also a good base for exploring further afield...the station is bang in the centre...less than 10 minutes into Nice to the West or Monaco to the East. Eze Village can be reached on foot. Other of the "villages perchés" can be reached by bus or car. I would definitely recommend Beaulieu-Sur-mer as a wonderful, relaxing holiday destination, and Villa Mounette as the place to stay.
