Home away from Home. Get location close to the beach and gym facilities for daughter and grandson. Only downside construction workers start at 6.30 in Queensland and as construction work is occurring behind the property two mornings were early morning starts!!Our four day stay was very comfortable thank you Louise.

We were impressed with the completeness of the fitout throughout the house. Sheridan towels, beach blankets (unused), good range of cooking equipment and ample space around the kitchen to prepare food. There were some minor complaints:- the one small usable knife in the kitchen was sharp but too small for cutting a lunchtime sandwich, the alternative being way to large- the property is difficult to access by one (me) with a range of disabling afflictions mostly advanced arthritis- returning at night there is good lighting around the door area but the steep driveway is largely unlit and with moisture on the driveway surface it can be quite slippery - putting out bins was impossible given the slope and my disabilities so our daughter had to assist, both waysIn summary, the property is inappropriate for an ailing 84 year old and an 80 year old spouse despite the fact that it was around the corner from our daughter’s house. Thank you for the opportunity to respond.

Nice… A little creepy.

The house itself was nice! Nothing over the top - just a cute little home. The pool is definitely the best part. The creepy feeling came when you walked in to find a note attached to every surface - aircon cannot be lower than 24, hold the toilet down for 5 seconds - these notes contributed to the vibe of kinda feeling like we were being watched with our every move.. I totally understand that sometimes notes are necessary, (and that owners need to cater for the lowest common denominator) - like how to use the pool correctly etc but this just felt like overkill (we know how to flush a toilet) and like we couldn’t be comfortable on our holiday.

Clint’s Beach Cottage was an awesome holidayy destination . Beautiful pool in the front yard loads of privacy… Large outdoor entertainment area. Very nice and clean house would recommend this destination for any family to just go and have a wonderful vacation.

Very comfortable

A lovely house with excellent amenities and exactly as described online. Louise is easy to deal with and Very thorough. The walk to beach probably a bit far on super hot days with a little old dog, however driving and parking is super easy. The pool is fantastic!

Louise the manager of the property went above and beyond with everything, her care and quick responses and help was just amazing! Relax at Sunrise Beach

The property was very well appointed inside and very functional. The outdoor area and patio was beautiful and looking over a superb garden - so immaculate! The master bed was very comfortable and the LED lights on the bedside tables were the best! Really appreciated having several tissue boxes strategically located around the house. The driveway was indeed very steep which was a bit of a challenge for us when parking. The walk from the property to the dog off leash beach area was really nice and so easy to find - our dog was in his element

Happy Place

My son, dog and I had a wonderful stay. I was at first worried how the dog would be with artificial grass but all was ok. We had a very unforeseeable hiccup on our first night, but our host was wonderful in supporting the resolution and all was well, didn’t detract from our stay at all. Very happy to say I did not use my car once while we stayed, pet friendly beach an enjoyable walk (even if you miss the sign and go the long way), shops and parks walking distance. Very comfortable and plenty of space.

Gem of a place

This house has it all. Spacious, clean, well equipped and perfect for our dog. Photos don’t do the place justice. In a very quiet neighbourhood and a short stroll to the beach. Look forward to staying there again.

We found this property prefect for our needs. Functional layout suitable for families of any age. Bonus is the lovely outdoor entertaining area, BBQ and pool. Having a patrolled beach and dog beach within walking distance worked really well for us and our little cavoodle.

Plenty of space

There was heaps of entertaining and living area and the kitchen was great. Shame about the steep driveway but it was easy to park by the street. There was plenty of instructions to help us settle into the property. We loved the quiet neighbourhood with a quick drive or brisk walk to the beach. Wonderful stay and we would definitely stay again.

Relaxing, worry free family getaway.

Louise really has thought of everything to make guests staying at Clint’s Beach Cottage feel welcome. From the well equipped and spacious kitchen to the open dining / living areas, fantastic alfresco dining space and generous bedrooms/bathrooms. Easy to see fur babies are also welcome - we left ours home with Grandma this time but would definitely bring them on our next visit. Only critique would be the water temp of the pool - a little warm for our liking (perhaps the combination of being in full sun / solar heating). Would happily recommend this Stayz property to family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay with our fur babies.

Clint’s Beach cottage was absolutely fantastic. Beautiful clean home with all the extra touches. Extremely comfortable beds, pillows and luxurious towels. Our fur babies loved the synthetic turf outside too. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will be sure to be back.

Nice house on beautiful Sunrise beach

First of all a big thankyou to Louise for being so flexible after Covid forced us to change our several times. The house has got everything you need and is located in a quiet residential area. Noosa, restaurants and shops are a few minutes by car. Sunrise beach is very close, the beach it is so beautiful and also dog friendly. We will be back.

Fantastic stay at Sunrise Beach

Loved the stay especially the fact that it is pet friendly. Children had a separate room which was handy. Our little dog had two exit points some free treats. Love the location being near all eating spots but at the same time a quiet and tranquil place.

Charged 300 for things that were broken when we arrived

Guests beware. Unscrupulous property agent charged us $300 for maintenance issues we reported to her. All things which were broken on our arrival. Never communicated about this but were later notified that my credit card had been charged. Have never had such a poor experience.
