Muy cómodo condominio de 2 dormitorios en el segundo piso con 2 balcones privados desde donde se puede disfrutar de los maravillosos amaneceres claros.

Amueblado para ofrecer un descanso relajante, el condominio A224 lo invita a alejarse de todo y disfrutar de unas vacaciones tranquilas en la playa. La sala de estar está adyacente al área de comedor y permite que el espacio se extienda y se relaje, ya sea que esté leyendo un libro, simplemente visitando o viendo el gran juego. ¡Hay un cómodo sillón para reclinarse mientras mira televisión o para tomar esa siesta de la tarde!

Con un mobiliario alegre, podrá obtener ese descanso tan necesario del mundo ocupado. El dormitorio de la reina tiene 2 camas tamaño queen y un baño enorme con una bañera para hundirse hasta el cuello en burbujas y una ducha separada con un asiento incorporado para aquellos que les gusta sentarse durante la ducha. El dormitorio del rey está en el lado opuesto del condominio y está adyacente a su propio baño. Cada habitación tiene un balcón privado.

El bonito patio tiene palmeras, una piscina de forma libre, un hermoso mirador, tumbonas, mesas, parrillas a gas, y más para ayudarlo a convertirse en la persona relajada que se supone que las vacaciones deben crear. La playa está a solo 300 pies de distancia y las cálidas arenas blancas le darán la bienvenida y calentarán sus dedos.

Con una ubicación central, puedes estar en cualquier lugar en solo unos minutos; casinos, museos, galerías de arte, golf, compras, pesca, parques acuáticos, entretenimiento en vivo, y está justo debajo de la fila de restaurantes con ese marisco fresco que viniste a comer a la costa.

    Booking was easy. The people are really friendly. We enjoyed ourselves very much. We did not use the pool, but it was available. The only challenges were the carpet and the showerhead. I would definitely stay here again for cruising on the coast.

    Most IMPORTANT: The downstairs complaining owner has moved! Now EVERYONE can enjoy their stay without her complaints! We are so HAPPY you found our condo A224 to be PERFECT! We have provided 3 beds- 2 queens and a king so that no one has to sleep on a sofa sleeper. We have furnished it with super comfy furniture so everyone can relax and enjoy their beach stay. The pool & courtyard are the prettiest and most relaxing on the coast! The beach is about 400 feet away, so anytime you want to walk across Beach Boulevard, you can sink your toes into the warm sand. The Boardwalk is right there and you can walk to Restaurant Row and taste a variety of wonderful dishes of the South! We do hope that you want to replay your vacation by returning soon! We will have everything ready for you.

    Once again our stay was absolutely amazing! Its great when you are on vacation and the place you are staying really feels like your home away from home! This made 2 years in a row we stayed in this unit for cruising the coast! Hope we can make 3 next year!!!

The central location gives you access to everything that Gulf Coast has to offer with shopping, gaming, go karts, deep-sea fishing, museums, and art studios nearby. However, if you want to just swim, you have the gorgeous sand beach and Gulf of Mexico and the pool in the prettiest courtyard on the coast at your fingertips!!     We had a great time at this condo rental. Everything was close at hand; the souvenir shop and the beach was walking distance. All the stores shops restaurants malls Ron the same strip where we stayed on Ocean Boulevard. I recommend this to all travelers.

    We are so glad you had such a wonderful time! We furnished the condo to be super comfortable with the recliner and new beds in both bedrooms. The 2 queen beds and the one king bed allow different sleeping options, but all in beds--no sleeper sofa for us!!! A Presidential Library and historic antebellum home, a casino, a plethora of restaurants, the Coliseum, and of course the sugar white sand beach are all within walking distance. Much more is a short drive away. Thank you for the recommendation to others wanting to come to a clean, relaxing location! Come back to see us!

    Fabulous once again

    This is our 2nd year to stay in the Villas. I was really hoping to get the same Villa as last year because we knew what to expect. Unfortunately, it was already booked so we booked this one. Let me say it did NOT disappoint. We absolutely loved it. It was decorated so cute!! It was very clean and the beds were super comfortable, The management team were so helpful. Anytime I had a question they were really fast to reply, even on the weekend. My husband and I come to Cruisin' the Coast every year and we have decided the villas will be our home away from home during that week. So see you next year!!!

    Great last minute rental

    We had to do a quick change of plans due to hurricane Matthew. We were booked in Myrtle Beach and cancelled on the Wednesday before we were to arrive on Saturday. I looked for a rental someplace on the coast similar to what we had in MB. We were able to rent this lovely condo, Nancy was great to work with. She emailed me the information immediately and we were able to secure our condo quickly. The building is old and dated, but the condo itself was very modern! It looked to be recently updated and had everything we needed for a great beach vacation.The pool was not great, it was cold, but to be expected for October. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

    Dear Debra, Thank you so much for your kind words reflecting the updating of our condo! The entire complex has taken advantage of our beach location to update and improve. Costs of meeting the new building codes has kept new condos from being built, so everyone is constantly updating the properties. We have gas grills, a beautiful courtyard with free-form pool, a gazebo, tennis courts, and condos that are all fully furnished, including washers and dryers in each unit. This property survived Katrina with nary a problem so it has great "bones". We do hope you come back, but not as an escape from another hurricane, but because you had such a wonderful time! We are proud of all the Beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast has to offer and also of our fresh, beach condo! Come back!!!

    Decent stay for a couple of nights

    I really give this condo a 3.5/5. My family and I stayed here with another couple for 2 nights this past weekend. We unfortunately had a couple of issue right off the bat, first our key code didn't work, then once we got inside and were getting settled the downstairs neighbor came up complaining about my almost 2 yr old making noise. Calm down ma'am my little girl was being a little kid and this is what you get when you're in this type of complex. We were able to get the key code fixed fairly quickly and the lady I spoke to from the management company was very apologetic. Overall this condo was good but there were just multiple little things that I think could help improve the stay. The in door ice/water on the fridge did not work, the room with king bed had an outdoor light shinning in, with a toddler sleeping in the same room as us the bed was VERY squeaky, you can find cheaper flat screen tvs that are bigger than 24 inches (this is very knit picky but i would expect this at a beach condo). To summarize...if you are headed to the MS gulf coast and need a budget friendly place to stay this is the place. It's in a great location allowing quick and easy access to Gulfport, Biloxi, and Ocean Springs.

    Not pleased at all!

    I have never had to write a bad review before but as much money as was spent here I feel the need to voice my concerns! Upon arrival condo seemed clean! About 5 minutes into our arrival we had already killed two live roaches and by the end of our stay I can't count how many! I was hardly able to sleep I was so disgusted! The blinds didn't work in the living room and we where unable to open them during our stay, we where left with a 1/4 roll of toilet paper and arrived late so where stuck running out to the store late that night, we had two towels in the bathroom to use so we had to wash in between people taking baths, the soap in the bathrooms obviously had water added to them to make them last longer, we had no paper towels left for us. This may seem like a small thing to some but we where told we would have starter sets of all which was untrue! They need some serious pest control here it was unreal the amount of roaches we came across inside this condo!

    I have never had a bad review before! The guest immediately after you wrote the review at the top of the reviews. They are so different!! In each bathroom, two towels and two washcloths are displayed and the other 10 towels and 10 washcloths are placed under the sinks in both bathrooms for your use. We provide a new large roll of paper on the back of each toilet to add to whatever is on the spool. We provide a new full-size wrapped bar of soap; a hand pump bottle of soap at the sink; a pack of facial makeup remover pads by each sink; and in the kitchen are paper towels to get you started, pump dish soap, a pod for the dishwasher; in the laundry room we provide a pod or two for the washing machine. In the Policies it states that we provide starter products of soap and paper products and to please supply the balance of your needs. Most guests bring items with them so they are prepared, while others go shopping at one of the nearby never-close giant stores. I provide my number to each guest in your Welcome Packet so that if anything is wrong you may call me 24/7. I have and will continue to get out of bed to take care of whatever is wrong. I have 60 other condos and beach homes that I can move a guest to when something major is wrong. I am a problem solver and can take care of most issues. I want each guest to have a relaxing, pleasant visit. I am here for YOU! Nancy

    Hairy Sheets!

    We had traveled all day and arrived at the unit around 8pm and unloaded our luggage and got into the unit. Tired and ready to just go to bed, upon turning down the covers we discovered many hairs all over the sheets in all of the beds. Human or Animal is not acceptable! We then had to go out to Walmart to buy sheets and covers so that we could finally go to bed. Next morning went into the kitchen to cook some breakfast, the tray that silverware was in was dirty and a bug in it (alive). I have pictures of all of the above. The shower in the queen room had a stain in the bottom. The washing machine was dirty and also again hairs! Stains in carpet in King room. After checking out today I contacted the host to let them know, and I was told that I should had called their emergency line and they would had sent someone right out. We checked in late on Friday. I asked could they at least do something about the cleaning fee, since obviously their cleaners did not do their job. All she said was the above about calling their emergency number. I will never use VRBO or PRM to rent anything again. Very unprofessional response to Customer Satisfaction. This facility was an older condo and substandard lodging.

    David, your in-room informational book had our 24-hour customer satisfaction number where our emergency response team is always ready to make every guest happy. Instead of calling us, you threatened us with a bad review if we did not give you a refund. The Villas constantly gets 5-Star reviews. I am sorry you found it not to your standards.

    Weekend get away

    Overall stay was good. We joked the upstairs neighbors either had a bowling alley or rearranged all the furniture for a few hours each evening. I think they had small children. Also, a glass bottle was broken on our balcony (2nd floor) we have no idea how. We sat on the balcony early Saturday morning before eating breakfast and heading to the beach, there was no glass on the balcony at that time as me and the two kids were barefoot and didn't step on any. However, after returning from the beach around 12:45 we went back out on the balcony and one of the kids thought she got a sandspur in her foot but it was a small shard of glass. Then we realized there was broken glass all over the balcony connecting the living area and master bedroom. We found a larger piece that looked like the bottom portion of a glass bottle. We have no idea where it came from as we didn't bring any glass bottles with us. We cleaned it up as best we could (there wasn't a broom available in the unit) and just chose not to use that balcony the rest of our stay to avoid possibly stepping on missed shards or tracking it into the condo. Also, when using the washer in the unit standing water accumulated in the drier(it was a stackable washer/drier) I thought maybe condensation built up but it was significant enough to wet a hand towel. I did wash and dry clothes and at the end of the dry cycle the clothes were still significantly damp in spite of having cleaned the lint filter prior to using drier.

    We are so happy you had a good visit at our condo. The glass is a puzzle not likely solved, but we have replaced the missing broom. Please, next time something goes wrong like a glass from wherever, please call. We can get there and take care of that for you. I have setup an appointment for the dryer and washer to be serviced. They should be operational very shortly. I am sorry for the problem there. I do hope you were able to make new memories that you will always cherish!

    Freezer won't keep ice cream frozen

    Cleanliness - overall good, except for bathroom baseboards. Looked like they hadn't been wiped down in years. Toilet in guest bath had rust stains (I get it, we have lots of rust in our water too) there are things you can put in the tank to help. This toilet also ran intermittently. Check-in process good - only complaint is that the email said we'd get the code via email 3 days before arrival. I called inquiring about the code the day before our arrival, had to leave a message. Finally emailed about code asking them to text it to me, since I was merely hours away from arrival - finally got the code. (We were down there after hurricane Ida so was concerned we'd get there and have no place to stay.) Accuracy of listing - yes! Great space for the price!!!! Location - fantastic!!!! The reason my overall rating is 3 stars when I gave 4 & 5 stars for everything is because of the freezer. A review in June 2021 said the freezer didn't keep food frozen. Unfortunately I didn't remember reading that before putting my daughter's ice cream cake in the freezer. The note on the frig was very adamant about not turning the temperature down, so I contacted management. They said turn it down, which I did. Still not cold enough and cake had to be thrown away. The freezer will freeze water so the temperature is somewhere between 32 degrees F and 10 degrees F (the temp needed to keep ice cream frozen). The fact that they knew the freezer didn't work but failed to fix it or notify potential renters is why the rating is 3 stars instead of 4.5.

As to the others: the freezer was fixed in June and we have had no reports until this. It is now working correctly. ***** I am so very sorry your daughter’s cake was ruined. I can’t imagine her disappointment, or yours. **** Each unit has the cleaning contractor’s card to be called if there is a discrepancy, and they will immediately correct it. Bring it to our attention, and it will be corrected. I do hope you had a lovely time except for those few maintenance issues! Heather, I am going to be defensive for just a moment: we immediately had an appliance company check and replace the bad part to the freezer. I had no idea it was not working again. We dispatched the same company and he assures us it is now working. ****** I am so very sorry your daughter’s cake was ruined. The master suite has 2 nice Queen beds and a huge bathroom that was perfect for the kids and their mom. The unit was clean and everyone around the unit that we met were friendly. And kid friendly too which is important to grandma and grandpa when you travel with your family.

The master bathroom is spacious with an over-size tub. The pool area is clean and nice to use. We did have problems with the Wifi but may have been due to a storm the day we arrived. The queen beds were adequate but worn. Overall our experience was good and will consider this location the next time we visit.

    Nice stay

    We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as advertised. The pool was very nice and really close to the beach. There is a Wal-Mart and a Neighborhood Wal-Mart close.. no complaints.

Restaurants are only a couple minutes drive away. We would definitely stay there again.

    Place was nice but....

    Zero communication with property owner. King bed very noisy and uncomfortable bedrooms were hot to sleep. I was not given pool code that was a fiasco when trying to get it from building manager. I did enjoy my stay overall though the indoor temperature could have been cooler

    Jody, You signed the Reservation and returned it to us along with a copy of your identity card. We also sent you the code for your door which you used to get into this very pretty condo. I personally sent you a welcome email immediately upon your booking. You responded with names and ages of your party. I thanked you for that information. So, I know we sent you 4 different mailings within the 30 days from your reservation until your arrival. If you think there should be more, I will send more out to you next time. Most guests want as little email in their inbox as possible!! A prior guest had broken the box springs on the king bed and they have been replaced. The bed is silent now. The Welcome Book in your condo has lots of good information for your stay, including the pool code and the WiFi password. Did you love the beach view from the two private balconies? What about all the restaurants within walking distance and the newly famous Biloxi Boardwalk which starts just a few feet east of the complex? Did you spend more time in the pool or at the gorgeous beach? How about all that fresh seafood?? Scrumptious, wasn’t it??!!! I hope you enjoyed your girls’ weekend and that you will visit again!!!
