Wine Country Villa Guest House

Si lo que desea es aislamiento, tranquilidad, privacidad y comodidad, únase a nosotros aquí en 45 acres de sabana de roble. Mirar las estrellas es una actividad nocturna favorita. Hermosa casa con terrenos igualmente hermosos. Rutas de senderismo, pájaros cantando, árboles para la brisa y un cómodo y acogedor espacio para relajarse y dormir. Hay un laberinto, ruedas de oración y una cancha de bochas, esperando que lo uses. Aislado pero un vecindario exclusivo cerca.
Su espacio en el país del vino es un estudio de 400 pies cuadrados sobre un garaje separado en Eugene muy rural. Algunos lo han comparado con una villa italiana. Entrada exterior privada escalonada, 1 habitación queen, 1 sofá cama queen, refrigerador grande, estufa y horno "box", 1 baño. Hay una pequeña estufa de leña para el calor adicional en el invierno, le proporcionamos madera. Vistas del valle desde la terraza privada orientada al sur. Mesa de bistro para comer al aire libre, parrilla y 2 cómodas sillas para relajarse. Cielos tranquilos, oscuros y llenos de estrellas en un silencio virtual.
La sala de estar es una gran sala con cocina, comedor y área de relajación, también donde se encuentra el sofá cama. Hay un dormitorio separado donde se encuentra el baño. Gran espacio en el armario también.
El agua proviene de nuestro pozo y es muy sabrosa. Huevos frescos disponibles de nuestras gallinas orgánicas a finales de primavera y verano.
A solo 1. 5 millas por el camino hay dos bodegas: Silvan Ridge y Sweet Cheeks. Unos kilómetros más allá está el aclamado King Estates. Está a unos 20 minutos en coche de casi cualquier lugar de Eugene. Podemos organizar y recomendar restaurantes para usted.
Si está buscando tranquilidad, la encontrará aquí, un excelente lugar para desconectarse. ¡Puede que te encuentres durmiendo, relajándote, caminando, leyendo y sin perderte nunca el mundo exterior!

Lovely get away

We had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed our stay at the Villa guest house. The curious little hens provided us with their fresh eggs. Our hosts Bev & Mike were very gracious and we felt so welcome. They made sure we had all the comforts of home. Bev made reservations for us at their favorite vineyard, Silvan Ridge Winery. We spent an entire day with our daughter, her boyfriend and our son playing bocce ball. The shaded courtyard was so inviting we didn’t want to leave. This was truly a jewel that beckons us to return upon future visits in Eugene.

Paradise

This was our second time staying here and we were so happy to return. The guest house was very comfortable and spacious for the two of us and had everything we needed for our six day stay. It sits on a stunningly beautiful 45 acre property 15-20 minutes from Eugene. There is a nice walking path around the property and places to sit and take in the serenity of nature. No neighbor noise, no road noise, just the sound of birds and the breeze. The best part of our stay were our hosts Bev and Mike. Such generous people and such good human beings! Bev was very attentive to our needs and questions yet at the same time gave us our space. Whenever we were to be near the Eugene area we would without a doubt stay here again.

Beautiful Spot

We've stayed a couple times now when visiting our son at University of Oregon. It's about a 20-25 minute drive from campus but well worh it for this scenic gem. Hosts are great and will provide fresh eggs from their chickens!

We had a lovely, relaxing stay in this homey, comfortable garage apartment. The owners were a pleasure to talk with, their dog a friendly hoot and the winery down the road a generous perk of our stay. Oh yes, fresh eggs, too!

Serenity at the villa

Such a pleasant stay at the villa. Beautiful property and lovely hosts. If relaxation is what you seek, this is the place to be. Also enjoyed a walk on the hiking trail through the oak savannah.

Peaceful setting in the hills

Located in the hills southwest of Eugene, close to the airport (15 min) but a bit farther to downtown. Owner (Bev) over the top with communication. Upstairs apt has A/C but we had to use an extra fan in the bedroom due to unusual heat in the Eugene area during our visit. Site is somewhat hard to find so pay attention to directions and arrive during daylight. Nicely appointed and comfortable

House hunting trip

Wonderful apartment above the garage with 1 queen bed and a sofa queen hideaway bed. Nice sitting area near the door and a larger table and cushioned chairs on grass at ground level. The fresh eggs were very much appreciated. Thank you to our very friendly hosts Bev and Mike!

This is our third or fourth time to stay at Redfeather and we just love it there. Incredibly peaceful and excellent hosts. Love the fresh eggs and hearing the peacocks from down the road. A nice way to retreat, hustle and bustle elsewhere.

Great remote and peaceful place.

Bev was an amazing host and great to ask her local area questions, get recommendations, or just to talk with. The rental had everything we needed, and she even made the fold out couch into a bed before we arrived since there were 3 of us staying. We got some restful sleep as it is a very quiet and remote location surrounded by a beautiful view of the hills and some great walking trails (if you enjoy hills). I will be inquiring if available the next time we are in the Eugene area. We were grateful that the checkout time was 1 PM as we had an appointment in Eugene (30-minute drive) later in the day. It is a neat rental above their remote garage that Bev and Mike lived in until their house was built nearby. This also made convenient if we had any questions or needs as they were nearby.

Perfect Stay

I had a great stay while in town to move my son home from UO for the summer. Bev and Mike were warm and welcoming and communication was excellent. The neighborhood and property are beautiful amongst rolling hills and large trees. The unit is perfect for 1 or 2 people, well stocked and comfortable. It is about a 25-minute drive to UO, but if you’re not in a hurry it is worth it – the setting is beautiful and peaceful!

Awesome place for us

We arrived late and Bev was so very helpful. She even offered to help us carry in our stuff! She brought up wood and had the wood burner all ready for us on our second night. We really loved it here and look forward to more stays! Bev is definitely a Super Host!
