En la planta baja - Cocina con vista a la playa- con máquina de capuchino, licuadora, exprimidor, lavavajillas, microondas.
Gran comedor con capacidad para 10 con vistas a la playa. Gran salón con 4 plazas y 3 plazas y vistas a la playa, con una gran chimenea. (suministramos la madera) TV / VCR / DVD / FOXTEL
Gran terraza acristalada / sala de juegos que se abre al jardín trasero con biblioteca y juegos. Solárium en cocina con vistas a la playa. Comedor separado ideal para los niños. Pequeña segunda cocina con nevera extra. Cama 1 - 1 reina + 1 KS literas. Cama 2 - 1 cama de matrimonio. Cama 3- 1 reina. Cama 4 1 litera trio (1 doble y 1 individual). En la planta baja duermen 11. Baño principal con bañera ducha. Segunda ducha / WC fuera de la terraza acristalada. Tercera ducha exterior / aseo. Cuarta ducha / WC fuera de verander.
Arriba - (para 4 personas) Cama 5 - 1 reina con vista al mar. Cama 6 - 1 literas KS. Sala de estar con tv / foxtel ideal para los niños. 1 cuarto de baño con ducha y aseo.

Great family locantion

Excellent property, an excellent location, right on the beach. Our family loved some beautiful walks and a short stroll up to the pub which also has a great family atmosphere. Would say again.

"Best Old Time Beach House Ever"

Three families, fire, food, beach walks, games, fishing, kayaking, bush walks, sudoku, swimming....and that was mid winter!! We loved this old timer.

Perfect beach house for families

Big beautiful rambling house with so many nooks and crannys for everyone to have space to socialise or quietly read. Tastefully decorated, right on the beach with bush walks nearby. The house even had kayaks! We will be back.

Big house in fantastic location

3 families fit comfortably in this house. Large lounge room, dining rooms and other areas to relax in. The view from the top bedroom is lovely. Despite the hot weather it was always lovely and cool downstairs. The location is amazing. We swam and kayaked in the calm water straight out the back of the property and strolled up to a beautiful spot near the creek’s entrance for a few small waves. The house does need some immediate work done though: ripped lino in the kitchen, shower screen doors missing or stuck and the staircase banister has several missing/broken pieces.

Great place for a large extended family reunion

House is spacious and has an excellent location on the beach. It is old but homely. Good wifi which is important as the network is weak if not Telstra. Lots of rooms to socialise or escape. Kitchen is well resourced. There is a large fridge in kitchen and washing machine was appreciated. A second fridge out the back doesn’t work very well (freezer fine) but is helpful for drinks. Overall everyone enjoyed themselves at this large house.

Beach haven

Patonga is a fabulous spot for families. This house sleeps several of them comfortably. Plenty of break out space, great walk to the Boat House, this house, though showing its age, also shows its charm. For the price/weekend it was disappointing the house was not aired, felt sticky underfoot, gardens unkept and outdoor furniture not fit for sitting on. All that aside, the house was very convenient given spacious size and ease to sleep 3 families. We had a great time.

Old style beachside holiday home

We loved the character of this house situated right by the water with great views, close to a great pub and perfect for a girls weekend catch up. Plenty of beds for us with lots of space, which made for a relaxing getaway from hectic lives. It isn't a perfect house but it feels just like someone has lent you their much loved holiday home. Just remember to take tea towels too.

Relaxed Family Time

Our family has stayed several times now and really enjoyed our time relaxing together. It's such a great location and has everything you need. Even though it's not the newest place it's clean and has a great character. Thanks for the stay Danielle!

Our stay at Patonga

We had a lovely couple of days at Danielle’s house. It was perfect for a big group with lots of kids. Only disappointment was lack of tv on the first night & a lot of time spent resetting the power trippage and trying many ways of getting the tv on. The power was explained the second day, and then the tv worked and Foxtel was reset. Being an old house it’s understandable, but I think a warning ahead of time regarding the power tripping due to 1 heater being on in the separate wing would elimate frustration for future guests.

A Great time had by all

We had a core group of 15 family who all came to celebrate a birthday. It was the first time for most that we had all been together for a night. A great old house with lots of places to hide for the kids and lots of places to get away for the adults. A really enjoyable weekend in a venue we all enjoyed.

Fantastic location

Ideal location, great access to the beach. Lots of areas to relax and enjoy a lazy meal. Several options for showers and toilets. Even a bath for the little ones. Good kitchen facilities with 2 large fridges. our family are looking forward to a return stay.

Great location

Being right on the beach front, this place has an amazing location. It is literally 25m from the beach. It has a very pleasant back patio area where you can sit and look out at the water. It is huge in size and easily accomodated our group of 15 people. Unfortunately, when we arrived it was clear the place had not been cleaned. The owner was very helpful in organizing for the cleaners to return and address the major issues (the bathrooms), however, the place still required a lengthy, thorough clean. The photos also represent the house in its best state - rooms cleaned and clutter removed - so we were somewhat disappointed based on what we were expecting. Nonethless, we had a great weekend, enjoying the beach, the locality, and the company.

Lovely weekend

Great house for our group of women. Plenty of space for everyone. Spent a lot of time in dining room looking out at the water.The beds were really good. Some maintenance issues need to be addressed. Upstairs shower head would not stay up which was annoying. No light in one bedroom. Also it was a cold weekend and wood was in short supply.

Fantastic property

We recently had 7 couples - 14 friends for many years stay here and had a wonderful time. The location was beautiful and the house was big enough for us all. We thoroughly enjoyed it and hope to come back same time next year.

Our large church group(16 adults plus 2 toddlers) had a wonderful stay at Patonga in September. The house is well set up for large groups (there is enough bathrooms for once) and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed. The view from the dining room is amazing and we enjoyed hanging out on the beach. The only niggles was having enough hot water if more than one person was showering and one room was missing a light globe altogether. Would definitely recommend this to anyone and we would all love to stay there again.
