Cómodo y tranquilo, esta es una buena alternativa al hotel o alojamiento urbano. Apt es abierto, moderno y bien equipado. Gran sala, cocina abierta, baño completo y dormitorio con cama queen size. Sofá convertible queen size adicional para 2. Amigable ciudad suburbana con acceso rápido a Nueva York en tren, autobús o automóvil. Tren y autobús a corta cuadra y media a pie. Una cocina completa con horno, estufa, lavaplatos, frigorífico y micro permite cocinar en casa o entretener. Se proporcionan todos los platos, copas de vino y artículos básicos de cocina, junto con ropa de cama, toallas y suministros básicos. Hay un lugar de estacionamiento disponible si el huésped lo necesita. En el primer piso, pero a varios pies sobre el nivel de la calle, el Apt es tranquilo y conveniente. Wonderful place

This is the perfect place to stay. Right near the train to NYC and in the downtown. The apartment is wonderful.

Convenient to downtown

We recently stayed for Thanksgiving week while visiting family in a neighboring town. The apartment was clean and very comfortable for a family of 4. Updated with all the amenities of home including wifi, Netflix and a full kitcken. The owner, Joe was great. He met us and made sure we had everything we needed, including a welcome bottle of wine. The house is walking distance to excellent restaurants and shopping. Located in a nice little suburb called Westfield. Would definitely recommend!

Our apartment was indeed comfy and convenient. We chose it because it was near restaurants and shopping in downtown Westfield NJ and a quick stroll to the commuter train to midtown Manhattan.The layout of the apartment was fine. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable and despite facing the street, was remarkably quiet!The living room sported a large, virtually new TV with a variety of options which made for enjoyable evening viewing from a comfortable couch and loveseat positioned around a nice, solid coffee table.The kitchen offered a complete array of options for in-apartment cooking. The new microwave and an upscale coffee maker were special. An adjacent dining table was perfect.We showered in the tub but overall, the bathroom met our needs.We used the washer and dryer in the basement a couple of times during our two weeks stay.. They were coin operated, clean and efficient.The apartment was quite clean. There were some small concerns that needed attention mainly dusting, but they did not detract from our stay. There was ample closet space but other than a desk there was no bureau.The apartment was secure, and we could count on a parking space in the private lot behind the building.Communication from booking to the check-in and check out processes was seamless. The renter responded immediately to our few questions.Of course our apt. was not a hotel room, but rather a nice place for us to live for two weeks. We would stay there again!

comfortable and convenient in downtown Westfield.

This apartment stands out for it's convenient location, in walking distance of so many shops and eateries in downtown Westfield, as well as near the train station and bus lines. The furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen has pretty much everything you will need if you want to cook in. For groceries you need only walk across the public parking lot next to the building to arrive at Trader Joe's. The small designated parking lot behind the building is also a bonus, although a bit tight for a large SUV or truck. It took me awhile to figure out how to start the shower. (Hint: the ring at the outflow of the tub spout pulls down.) Note : mobility could be an issue as there are a few steps leading to the back porch entry even for the first floor apartment. If you are not accustomed to the early noises of a bustling downtown area you might want to have earplugs available for sleeping. The bedroom A/C unit can also be used with just the fan to mute outside sounds. We enjoyed our stay there and would rent it again.

Great Stay

This is the second time my wife, daughter and I stayed at Joseph's place. Everything was ready for us when we arrived, and he checked in on us halfway through the stay. Looking forward to coming back next year.
