Amenities are poorly maintained very disappointing, as the location is magnificent so sad to see the disrepair state. Do a proper inspection and you will see for your self.

Gold Coast Getaway

The place was in a great location, comfortable to stay here with a group, walk to the beach and shops was great. Unfortunately the Jacuzzi did not have any bubbles.

Wonderful Family Stay on the Gold Coast – A Perfect Home Away from Home!

We had a fantastic stay at this house on the Gold Coast! It was spotlessly clean and in an ideal location, close to everything but still peaceful. The house was spacious and perfect for our large family, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The neighbors were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Walking distance to beach and Cavill Avenue. Lots of space, but needs a bit of maintenance and cleaning, otherwise an awesome place.

Great location but needs some TLC

This property is in great location and works well for a group. Easy walk into Surfers and close to cafes and restaurants. It is quiet and peaceful with lovely view. The property itself needs some TLC and cleaning needs to be more thorough. A little maintenance would make all the difference. There is only one small car space for parking.

Perfect spot

The property was a bit run down. The technology was not working well, Internet slow, all remotes needed new batteries. We had an unexpected visit from a cleaner who arrived unannounced to clean the spa. There were no spare trash can liners and no tissues anywhere in the house. There were smell of stale tobacco upstairs in the main bedroom. The location of the property was perfect.

Family get away

We checked in fine. We had queries but could not get thru to Marianne at all that day which was v frustrating! We had to wash all kitchen utensils before we could use anything. Pots and pans need changing. Pillows were dated so we requested new pillows and they were changed. Dated cushions on the lounge so we just put them aside. Never use the pergolar as it was dirty. Spa was dirty so we requested a clean and chlorine was added and started up again. Otherwise all good, we enjoyed our stay. Location is within walking distance to surfers Paradise beach, shops etc. Nice views too. Water activities are within reach. Big house and lots of room for family get away.

Great family get away

Property was in a magnificent location with all the activities and shopping we wanted to do close by. Fairly priced and management was very responsive. Night time view from the spa was amazing and very relaxing. Ample room for everyone, very spacious. Only issues which was communicated is as follows: One of the family room lounges needs some upholstery work due to the cushioning being heavily worn. The dryer had lots of lint and fluffy fibres in it. Between the spa and the rendered walls was lots of cans and bottles that look to had been there for a long time. The decking and balustrade in the back yard could do with some TLC and re-inforcement as it was not very secure and had movement. Being on the river with young children should be taken seriously as a safety concern. Apart from that, we had a wonderfull time staying here and would highly recommend it. We have wonderfull memories to cherish for years to come.

Amazing views, great location!

We had the most wonderful stay in this gorgeous property...everything was just perfect, from the brilliant location...just a short walk over the bridge into the heart of Surfers Paradise, to the breathtaking views...particularly at night! The property was spotlessly clean, beds comfortable, airconditioned and totally relaxing. The fishing was superb and our favourite spot was lazing on the day bed just watching the river and the nightlife and the spectacular skyline. We BBQ'd outside most nights and also made use of the wonderfully stocked kitchen. Everything has been thought of and you truly only need yourself and your clothes! We were unlucky in that the spa had broken down irreparably and a new one had been ordered, but despite the owner doing his utmost to have it installed before our stay ended, it just wasn't possible, but he was kind enough to offer us two free nights next time we come up and we will definitely be taking him up on this offer. We did not want to go home and we can't wait to come back next year. Thank you to the owners for providing such a haven for our truly memorable holiday. We will be back!

Beautiful view but badly maintained

the view at this house was absolutely beautiful. Communication from start to finish was terrible. The check in person did not come to the house and asked us to self check-in so did not show us around or talk to us about any of the workings of the house. Rather than working out what was broken it was a feat to find anything that was not broken. The spa was set at 38 degrees and couldn't be changed the spa headrests were broken off; boards on the decking were old and damaged; the stove was broken; the toaster was broken; cupboard doors hanging off; screen blinds removed from the front of the house and just lying inside on the floor; door handles coming off in your hands. The check in person was extremely rude when contacted about all of the broken items; the office was closed and didn't respond to any of our emails. There was a book but maintenance pages were missing and much of the information was wrong. For example, the wifi passcode was completely incorrect. Communication about return of the bond has been non existent.

Great location, large enough for our family of 6 - but room for another couple people. Short walk into the heart of Surfers Paradise. The property is in need of repair inside and out. The wooden part of the deck is going rotten. The filters in the air cond units look like they never been cleaned (we cleaned them).

Lovely holiday house.

Perfect Location

I feel so lucky to have found this fabulous house for our holiday. To say the location was perfect is an understatement! It was so nice to leave the car parked in the drive and walk to Surfers, shopping, food, entertainment and to catch the light rail for adventures a bit further. It will be even better when the rail line is extended to the "worlds". The house is beautiful, more than enough room for everyone and everything with a million dollar view of the strip. Raelene was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Absolutely wonderful

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Keri and John bent over backwards to accommodate us at short notice and came up trumps. The house is modern and has all the amenities that any group could want, we were a large group mixed of adults and children and it was perfect. The house is an easy walk from the beach, parks and shops while still retaining the quiet home away from home feel. If you want a location that's convenient to everything the Gold Coast has to offer this is the place for you. Thank you oneve again to John and Keri and the property owners who all did everything they could to ensure our stay was great. Top marks all round.

Amazing Stay

This place was fantastic. It had everything you could ask for- location, comfort, space and all the little extras you could need. My family and I had the most wonderful holiday with as much enjoyment coming back to the property as the excitement the Gold Coast had to offer. Raelene was wonderful to deal with an extremely welcoming property manager and willing to assist when needed. I cannot thank or praise her enough. My family and I have every intention of returning and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this property.
