Dear Michele, I am very sorry to hear about your frustration. I would have liked to hear from you during your stay as my husband and I are always available to help, and could have solved your issues very fas. 1- There is electricity in all bathrooms, if you connect two many devices on the electrical sometimes a fuse may close and you just need to turn on again. 2- The toilets are very high end and working perfectly, if too much toilet paper you may need to unplug, just like in any other house. 3- There is a pool table and also ping pong, we have it set up as a pool table, but the ping pong slab, in leaning on the wall, so guests can choose which one to use. Again Michelle, I am sorry you did not contact us on our cel phone which is open 24/7 and we could have solved all these issues for you immediately.

As evidenced by the many extremely positive reviews below, it’s obvious that you are sadly that 1 out of every hundred opportunistic renters that just wants to try and get money back from honest caring home owners. We bent over backwards, as we always do, to try and accommodate you. You asked , if you could get a half day extra for no money. You asked to check in a half day early, without offering to pay any extra, and we agreed and rushed housekeepers. Despite our cleaner having to leave early due to your early arrival, we even offered to have her come back the next day for an extra 4-5 hours of cleaning, for free. You declined. Nonetheless, as we always do, anything that is pointed out by ANY tenant, no matter how frivolous it may be, we address them that day and rectify. The 2 plastic cover plates, not accessible without moving the bed out, were screwed back in. We took a cloth and wiped the areas you felt had a tiny cobweb. As the previous tenant last week felt the hot tub cover was getting too heavy, we had just replaced it with a new one. The old cover has now been taken away. The plastic bag that the previous tenant used to raise the chandelier half a foot,has been removed. It was not, as you indicated, holding up the light. The single shower that wasn’t spotless, is now. Even the lose window crank has been tightened This summer, due to covid, we dropped the price and allowed larger groups. There was more wear and tear than usual. We will as we always do, at the end of each summer, fully freshen the house up again. As you will see from the next review, the house will be perfect. We went silent as soon as you tried to blackmail us. It’s not cool by saying I just want 500.00 back from you and then I won’t “DESTROY you in a review.
