Se adaptaría a las reservas para 1, 2 o 3 familias, como áreas separadas pueden ser sellados.
Muy cerca de nivel a pie de tiendas, restaurantes, clubes, parques y lago.
30 minutos en coche de las estaciones de esquí en Thredbo o Perisher. Ideal para paseos de verano, ciclismo de montaña, equitación, deportes de nieve, etc.
La pesca de truchas de río es una especialidad local.
Un montón de aparcamiento en la calle, incluyendo espacio para barcos
Aire acondicionado de ciclo inverso. Servicio de lavandería con lavadora automática y secadora.

Fabulous Stay

Excellent stay for a group of families in Jindabyne. You can walk to all the shops, lakefront and parks and the visitors Centre if you wish to catch the bus. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, ski drying room, bathroom, kitchen, dining and living room. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living as well. The whole place was clean and tidy. And the jacuzzi is great, even in the cold. But above all this, the highlight has to be the host Dianne, she is so accommodating and welcoming. Thanks for having us, would absolutely recommend to others.

Great house for large group

This is our second stay at this house in Jindabyne (group of 6 adults and 6 kids). The house is as advertised, and a great warm place to stay whilst driving back and forth up to Perisher or Thredbo and an easy walk to the shops and coffee shops. We enjoyed the spa which was new since our last visit. Dianne was very helpful and very responsive and has great local knowledge.

Great base for a ski trip!

A very comfortable and convenient place for 6 adults and 6 kids to stay in as a "home base" for day ski trips to Perisher. This place is within walking distance to the shops. Dianne the host was very helpful (giving us good advice about the weather conditions and very responsive (despite being in ISO with COVID).

Good location. Flawless communication with Dianne. Check in process was easy. However, we don’t think we would be coming back in Aalen 1. The house is not new which is not an issue, but the house need a maintenance at least. We have to wash all the dishes before using it as everything from the cupboard are grubby. The sponge is old and dirty, this should be replaced in every new guests. Bring your own pillow if you want a good night sleep, as they only provide a 1x flat pillow for each guest. Do not forget to bring your bin liner too, they only supply 1(in the bin) for our 2 nights stay with 12 guests.

Great place to stay with family and friends

We had a wonderful stay at Dianne's place. There was plenty of space for our group of 12 to spread out and bedrooms were spacious. It was a bonus to have 3 full working bathrooms. Thanks for a great time!

Host good communicator

The place was very clean and comfortable. A couple of minor issues which the host attended to promptly. Plenty of strong hot water!

Affordable property

Overall good experience except delay in check in process as when we arrived the property is not cleaned. Cleaning is underway and have to wait 30 minutes.

Fantastic house for a large group in a great location

Great house for a large group with two living areas and spacious rooms. We were a group of 12 and never felt like we were short of space. House was very tidy and neatly presented. The house is in an excellent location. Being within walking distance to the main shops and restaurants made it easy to duck out for provisions or a coffee in the morning. Friendly owner who is very responsive to queries and easy to book with, Would highly recommend staying here.

My family loved their stay at Aalen; it was so handy for all of them to be in one spot when they came to their brothers birthday. Comfortable and warm on a very cold winters weekend!

Great property

Clean, tidy, spacious and just a short stroll to the village supermarket, restaurants and cafes. Rooms were comfortable and adequately catered for our large group. We rented in summer and there was a nice breeze flowing through the house when we opened the balcony doors. Definitely recommend staying here and will rent again

Great for 2 families with extra room for friends

Friendly owner, easy to book with. The place was clean and comfortable, a great setup with 2 living areas so the kids could do their own thing. Plenty of room so friends could come too. Close to shops but quiet location. Great value.

Excellent accomodation

It's an ideal place if you are a group or a family of 2 or 3. We had 5 kids altogether and enjoyed our stay from the start. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. All of us had very restful sleep both nights in this place. (I usually find it hard to sleep in a new place, but this place felt like home). There are no bunk beds here so kids are safe from falling off beds. Each bedroom was spacious for us parents, while kids joined together and formed their own separate bedroom upstairs. We used the barbecue and was not hard to clean up as well. Absolutely peaceful place with no disturbances from neighbours or traffic, compared to the noisy, busy life where we live in Sydney. We got to meet Dianne who manages/owns the place and is very helpful, friendly and understanding. (She even gave us an extra hour to stay, just because we lost an hour due to daylight saving). Will definitely go back and strongly recommend this accommodation to others.

Excellent accomodation

An ideal place to stay if you are a group, or even 2 or 3 families with kids. We were 3 families with a total of 5 kids and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this place. The accomodation is very clean and was also very close to the shops. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. All of us had very restful sleep both nights in this place. Simply brilliant!

We booked the entire house for our stay and found that it ended up being so much bigger than I expected it to be. With four children, I try to be as organised as possible and pack to ensure that I have things to make my life easier EG kitchen utensils and appliances as rental properties so often have the bare minimum and low quality at that. What a surprise it was to find that not only did I pack unnecessarily but I over-shopped as well. The kitchen has virtually every appliance that one could poke a stick at (there is even a rice-cooker) and condiments both basic and "specialty." There was ample tea, coffee, sugar and yet another unexpected treat, delicious hot chocolate which the kids relished. The cupboards had sauces, herbs and spices, olive oil, dressings and the list goes on. The fridge had milk and butter and orange juice to welcome us as well as small boxes of basic cereals. There is more than ample amount of containers, crockery and cutlery, paper towel, plastic wrap, foil, baking trays and this was all just in the upstairs kitchen. As for the house itself, it is clean and well presented and the beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows were comfy too - I take my own pillow everywhere (I know that's OCD) but Aalen's pillows were of a very good standard and plenty of them. Having a few living areas allowed for us to not be under each other's feet, especially after a long day of skiing, and having Foxtel was an added bonus. It's location to the centre of town - walking distance - made life so much easier too. Though I didn't meet Dianne, her correspondance was fantastic and her understanding, even greater. I would highly recommend this house and we plan to make Aalen a regular place to stay in the future.

Great property

The house is very neatly presented with plenty of space for our stay of 3 families. The 2 levels provided enough privacy for all. Very close to shops which was very handy to duck out for things. Would be very happy to stay there again for our next trip.

Super spacious... great location!

Great place, spacious and we loved the two separate entertainment areas! Lots of room for big family get togethers! We were impressed that the kitchen was so well stocked with plates, cutlery, cooking utensils, etc... we had everything we needed for our weekend away! Location is great too.. walking distance to the Lake and shops! Will definitely be staying here again!

I am a retired secondary school teacher. I purchased the house in 2003 with the ambition of setting up a small language school, but decided holiday rental was a lot less stress than setting up a new business. I have enjoyed the interaction with my guests so much, that I have no intention of changing to original plan. I also married and moved onto 5 acres out of town. I love it in Moonbah, but years are catching up and will need to move to town.

I chose this property because it had lots of bedrooms and space to make a classroom. Being able to walk to shops would be useful for young people visiting from overseas. I have since purchased the second house on the strata, Aalen 2, and intend putting new living area on top to pick up northerly lake views for my husband and myself, then sublet the downstairs 3 Bedrooms as BnB

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Aalen 1 is really great for a large group of people, all ages. 2 separate large living areas means not everyone has to watch the same stuff on TV, or be sitting chatting. People can choose. The balcony is also a nice area to socialise. So close to CBD means going out for dinner and a beverage or few, will not create a problem getting back to bed in public transport deficient Jindabyne.
