Antiguo granero reformado en parte en 2017.
Tranquilo, no aislado, en una zona residencial, con vistas, el Mas se compone de 4 dormitorios, 3 con su SDE y WC + a T2. La sala de estar de 70 m2 aproximadamente con una hermosa altura bajo techo se divide en 3 partes y está expuesta al este y al sur. No hay vis à vis, tranquilidad y vistas.
Podrás disfrutar de su gran terraza de madera de 100m2. La cocina de 16m2 está totalmente equipada.
El terreno en terrazas está vallado y tiene una superficie de 3500m2.
Autobús a 10 metros y tiendas a 900 metros (panadería, carnicería, peluquería, floristería, farmacéutico, camión de pizza, supermercado ...)

Lovely stay close to Aix. Easy location for day trips to Luberon and Les Calanques. A perfect home base with lots of space and a phenomenal view!! Can’t beat that view and the pool!!! Well equipped kitchen for cooking in.

Great visit to Provence

Amazing villa

Family Celebration of 3 Milestone Birthdays

Six family members thoroughly enjoyed our 2-week celebratory stay at this wonderful property with a breathtaking view of the valley below. Perfect spot for many convenient, sunny day trips to beautiful, historical places like Cassis, Avignon, Arles, Gordes, Roussilon, Marseilles, Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Isle-sur-de-Sorge, and Chateau LaCoste. Everyone loved Aix, just 10 minutes away, and the Provence countryside. Each has said it was the best trip ever. Beautiful home overlooking Aix en Provence

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home overlooking the valley. Comfortable beds, well-equipped and plenty of room for our group of six. The pool was refreshing after a day of sightseeing, the views were amazing, and it was a quick drive into Aix en Provence. Nicolas and Laetitia were welcoming hosts and it was the perfect place to relax after the hustle and bustle of Paris.

Great Stay!

Several family members and friends spent a week at Nicolas' and Laetitia's wonderful property just outside of Aix-en-Provence. It is situated near Marseille, which was great as we attended a number of Olympic football matches there and is very close to a number of beautiful Provencal villages and towns. Given the high temperatures while there, we spent the majority of the time by the pool and patio. The view from the pool area was hard to beat, both during the day and at night. There was always a comfortable area to sit in the shade if one didn't want to be in the pool. The inside of the house was also comfortable (even though we just used it to sleep and prepare food when we didn't go out). Nicolas and Laetitia were great hosts and were in constant contact to make sure everything was going OK. We would recommend their property highly!

Gracious hosts and beautiful vistas

We had such a lovely time in this beautiful home just outside the city of Aix-en-Provence. (If you are looking for a walkable city spot, this isn't it -- but if you are looking for great space and amenities as a hub from which to visit the region, it's spot on!) Our hosts were exceptionally gracious, accessible, and helpful, recommending restaurants, grocery stores, sites to visit and more. We had access to a pool, two patios, a loft, and a basement "apartment" in addition to the 2BR/2ba on the ground floor, along with a sizable garage for our two rental cars. We traveled easily to Gordes, CDP, Marseille, Nice, and other spots from this beautiful home overlooking the valley. You may need extra paper goods and laundry detergent to make full use of the property, but it'll be worth it.

Gorgeous home, amazing hosts

This property was beautiful, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. A group of 6 of us stayed here to explore Provence for 4 days. Whenever we were not enjoying all the area has to offer, we sat outside on the patio or by the pool to take advantage of the incredible view, the garden and the abundance of birds. The house was comfortable inside and outside. The kitchen was very well equipped! We felt like we were in our home, not a rental property. There were so many different places in the home to sit and relax that we wished we could stay longer to use all of them. The hosts were the best. They communicated with us well in advance, provided recommendations, and were flexible with our check-in time. They accommodated our needs, as we were traveling internationally. They even went out of their way to drive to the house late on our last night to help us with an unexpected issue to ensure our seamless departure. I have never experienced such a high level of hospitality at a vacation rental before! I highly recommend renting this property. Laetitia and Nicolas - thank you so much for your help, the use of your beautiful home, and all your hospitality! I hope to come back some day.

Idyllic stay in Provence

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The owners communicated in advance of our arrival and were very responsive and helpful with information not only about the property, but also the surrounding area. The house is as described, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views and setting are just spectacular. We did a lot of touring/driving around the area and came back to the house in the evening exhausted. Jumping in the pool and looking out at the view was cathartic. The owners couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. They were there upon our arrival to show us around and explain things, and stayed in touch during our stay. Leaving was like saying good-bye to old friends. We will for sure look to book again when we return to the area. Merci and à bientôt!

Séjour reposant loin de Paris

L'accueil que nous ont réservé Nicolas et Laetitia était sympathique et chaleureux. Le séjour dans leur maison était conforme à nos attentes. Chacun avait son espace, et nous pouvions tous nous retrouver au bord de la piscine ou bien pour une partie de pétanque. La maison est idéalement située pour découvrir la Région et ses environs. Les restaurants sont nombreux à Aix-en-Provence. A noter que pour des dîner à la maison,la ville d'Eguilles a des commerces de bouche offrant des produits de grandes qualité. Enfin, la maison est de Nicolas et Laetitia a contribué à la réussite de nos vacances. Je la conseillerai sans hésiter. Thomas et Géraldine

Stunning home, wonderful hosts!

This home was our absolute most delightful accommodation in France. We ended our trip here--which I highly recommend! Very clean, updated, spacious home. Gorgeous views from the pool, high-end decking, large outside table. We enjoyed the location which was above the city (for the views) but easy enough to get down to the large supermarket in one direction and a great brick oven pizza spot and large bakery in the other direction. The owners were very gracious and explained the house quite well, in addition to checking in on us to ensure we had the information we needed. We spent a fabulous day in Valensole and the nearby lavender fields and another perfect day at the beach in St Cyr sur Mer. We would have loved more time in the area and at the house so stay as long as you possibly can! Highly recommend this property.
