This stay was by far my best stay in oregon when visiting. Host was very welcoming and understanding. Very prompt and aware as well. Love the place and the setting it has. Beautiful home and thank you brit! It was amazing!

Beautiful and welcoming

This was a wonderful location for my parents to stay while in town visiting. Host was very accommodating and helpful. Snow storm happened during stay and host made sure walkways were clear and usable. Home had everything you need and was very warm and comfortable. Only concern were the random stairs (2 entry way, one in hall and one in bathroom) which were a little difficult for my mom to navigate. Lastly my parents made incorrect return reservations and host was extremely accommodating in allowing us to extend our reservation with very little notice. This was immensely appreciated. I would/will use again for future family visits.

Just lovely!

Beautiful spot in Medford! Host leaves a nice continental breakfast and water. There was a desk for me to work and my husband was able to relax and chill. Water feature in the backyard near the apartment was nice and added relaxing sounds.

Baseball weekend

Grandson's baseball tournament. great place to return to with AC it was 102-103 while we were there. We are older so getting our stuff in was a bit of a challenge, but worth it. apartment is very comfortable. Owners live above and early morning footsteps were an alarm clock:-)

Beautiful Space

The hosts were wonderful, the rooms were gorgeous and well equipped. The backyard landscaping is something out of a magazine. Simply gorgeous. If you are unsteady on your feet, be aware there is a cement ramp to get to the backyard that may be hard to navigate for some. Ie, Elderly, etc. They did install a rail for safety which helps.

Medford Visit

Very lovely VRBO. Beautiful backyard and patio. Voices from upstairs were now and then distracting when watching television, but not often. Highly recommend.

Quiet, Comfortable stay

This home is in a quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful backyard to enjoy with a brook running by the windows for a very relaxing enviroment. The accomodations were spotless and the bed comfy. It is very well appointed with just about everything you need when cooking, cleaning, etc. The continental breakfast was a pleasant, unexpected surprise. Britt was very quick to answer any questions that I had. We will definitely try to stay here each time we are in Medford!

Spectacular yard & very clean home!

The owner provided a continental breakfast with enough coffee for our entire visit. We so enjoyed the beautiful landscape. Wish we had inquired about the temperature control before our last day. The owner would have shared with us what to do. We will definitely recommend this home to our friends

Beautiful and peaceful rental

We would recommend this unit without reservation. This rental is everything you could want and so much more. The decor was lovely it was well stocked with necessities in the kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom was large with an adjoining dressing area and the bed was comfortable with extra blankets if needed. The unit is located in a great neighborhood close to many restaurants and stores. Even though this unit is the daylight basement of the main residence, it has a private entrance and its own patio which opens up to a beautifully landscaped yard with a water feature that can be heard when the bedroom window is open for a very relaxing sound. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Britt, the manager/owner was easy to communicate with if needed. We will stay at this rental again when we are in the Medford.

Tropical paradise in the hills of Medford Or

The highlight was opening the windows, letting the sound of waterfalls from the water feature sooth us as we slept or enjoyed quite times on the patio with a cup of coffee.

This was a great place!

This was a great place for my husband and I. Very clean and a very comfortable bed with a warmer which was amazing! The listing does not tell you that the owners live upstairs and you can hear them walking and talking around, not horrible, but you don't know until you're there. For that reason and the 1 ply toilet paper, I am giving this a 4 instead of a 5.

Beyond Amazing

If this property is available, BOOK IT!!! I truly felt as if I was home, while being away from home. The furnishings and decor are very homie and comfortable. Location is perfect to everything Southern Oregon. As the reviews before me state, Britt leaves a continental breakfast for you, while making sure what she leaves you either like or aren't allergic to. If you get the chance to book this place, you will not be disappointed.

Excellent Medford,Location

Located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Property manager was very quick to respond to any questions. She started our stay with a continental breakfast which was a definite plus. If available will definitely stay there on our next trip to Oregon!

This property provided us with everything we were looking for in our stay including spacious accommodations and a great location. Owner was nice enough to provide some fruit and bagels, which was a pleasant surprise. Trip worked out perfectly.

Quiet, relaxing, comfortable

This is a great place to stay when visiting the area. You are located away from the city noise, and have a comfortable retreat when you return from your travels in the region. We arrived to find some essentials already in place for our week. Britt provides coffee and half and half, juice, bagels and cream cheese, fresh fruit, etc. in the kitchen/dining area. Fresh flowers in the bathroom and live plants in what I would call the great room. The bed is comfortable and the walk-in closet area is large. Also providing comfort are the reclining chair and love seat. An expandable dining table makes meals for two or more easy to serve. Dishes and utensils are all attractive and ready upon arrival. The back yard is enjoyable for relaxing. There is a wonderful water effect outside your door. Chairs on the covered patio are outside your door are comfortable too. The laundry area was very useful too. It is worth noting that there are two small steps into the great room (down) and two small steps to the hallway (up) leading to the bathroom and bedroom. The walk from your parking area has an incline that is manageable for those that have normal movement capabilities. We hope to return to the area, and to stay here again. We are very pleased with this "home away from home" for our visit to the Medford area.

Clean very nice place to stay .

This is a great place to stay if your only wanting a nice place to sleep. place is really clean lots of space. Parking is limited to only one car. The lady was very informative and responded very quickly to massage or calls. Overall very nice experience
