Great location

Loved our stay. It was clean and in a good location. The walk to the beach was about 18-20 minutes. If you drive it’s 5. You will need a pass to the beach if you drive though.

Loved it!

We enjoyed our short stay! The property was so cute, pool was great. We only had one issue with parking when we got there, as there was a large group staying in the rest of the villas, but it was resolved very quickly and the rest of our stay went perfect. Will definitely stay again and am even considering renting again with family like the group who was there with us did!

Family with a puppy

We overall enjoyed our stay. It is a nice location if you are renting a cart or driving into the beach. Not so easy to just walk on. The community is nice but the unit seemed a bit musty and the floors were filthy upon arrival - could see the dirt on my bare feet. It is very pet friendly with tile floors and even a little outdoor area that the pet can stay in if not too hot. We didn’t use the wash area but the appliances all worked except the Keurig. Thank goodness there was a back up coffee maker!

Property was alright but two of the beds had sand in them and there was dust up the walls in the corners of one of the bedrooms. The garbage disposal didn’t work. Refrigerator water and ice didn’t work.

Perfect location

The villa was perfect for our adult beach trip! It was close to the gulf cart rental, restaurants, & beach! A 3 min. Drive to the beach! The pools where open 24/7! Will definitely book our stay there again!

Great little villa

When we pulled into the villa we thought it might be small but we’re so surprised the condo was a great size. The kitchen was well outfitted, beds were comfy memory foam, living room was great size for our family. Pool was huge and beautiful! The location was perfect, couple blocks up from closest beach access. Near restaurants and shopping but away from all the crowds. Loved meeting the hosts on property. Overall great stay and we will be back!

Jacenda, your property was comfortable, clean, and easy to use. You had plenty of parking, and the accommodations having laundry access was such a plus! The games in the laundry room were such a bonus. When the weather got bad, we spent the evening playing Uno. Thank you so much for letting us stay with you.

Quite stay

We had our two dogs with us and the villa compound has no grass so we walked them by the street/sidewalk area which was very pleasant and all the people were very friendly. The villa location is located close by the town shops/restaurants. You have to drive to the beach area but not far, you can park on the beach(permit required)., which was a plus!!

Comfortable cottage not far from beach

We really enjoyed our stay. Wish we could have been there in the summer to use the pool on property. Plenty of time at the beach got our water fix. Easy instructions and check in/check out. We rented a golf cart and had so much fun using it to get back and forth. Would love to stay again.

Perfect for a quick get-away

Our family of 5 had a great time at Jacenda’s property. Great location, check-in was easy and beds were comfy. The only issue I had was the pet hair I came across in the master bedroom/ sheets. Knowing that this location accepted fur babies, I choose to ignore it.

Family trip

I booked this place as a family getaway for the weekend. It was a nice stay, its not too far from the beach, my son loved the pool it was right in front of our room. We were able to take our dog which was nice.

My family and I enjoyed our stay . The only issue we had is I felt like it had not been cleaned well there was sand all over the floor. and fan and other things had alot of dust on it. But other than that it was a great stay.

Great place

Very nice space. Clean and quite. Having a keyless entry is great, no key to lose at the beach. I little farther walk to the beach than expected, but we would stay again.

Ideal arrangement

Great communication with property owners/managers. The layout was ideal for two kids and a couple. We brought groceries to avoid eating out, and found everything we needed... full sized fridge, pots, pans, can opener, dinnerware... in the well appointed kitchen. Close to beach, but too far to walk with stuff. The pool was nice. There’s a hose by the parking spaces that was more convenient than the pool shower to rinse feet and the dog before heading into the villa. The villa we were in had a sliding door into an entry room where the door and keypad was located. We arrived after dark, and I was a little uncertain about which house was ours and how to get in. The space was pretty clean, but it is the coast, and it is a pet friendly place, so next time I’ll pack houseshoes. The best thing about this place is the people. The folks on property were helpful, warm, and generous hosts.

Shadow Palm really does reflect what my family likes in a vacation home...you have privacy. Each villa is a stand-alone home. Only Shadow Palm guest can use or even see the pool area. Each villa has everything you need for cooking, socializing and having fun.

The grounds are beautiful and you can hear the ocean, so whether your vacation group just includes your immediate family or several families in multiply villas, there is enough room and space to relax and enjoy the breeze.

The resort style pool is great to cool off or for sun bathing. It is also a comfortable place to enjoy dinner and cocktails. The pool area has outdoor grills and cabanas.
