Home away from home

Couldnt ask for anything more. Arrived at 2am from a late night flight with 2 children and woke up to find eggs, butter, bread and milk as well as a coffee machine. Very thoughtful and considerate.

Wonderful Place

It was my second time staying at Boronia. I love the location and the well equipped, comfortable apartment. The owners went out of their way to pass me a vehicle parking permit so that I could park my Imax in the visitor car park. The apartment has almost everything you need eg. laundry detergent, washing liquid, wine glasses, etc. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip.

Great location and great for kids

We recently stayed at this property and found it fantastic. Very clean, tidy, welcoming - a real home away from home- great for kids- co located in a resort with access to pool and tennis court, close to kings park and the CBD. Traveling with kids is stressful and this accommodation certainly took a lot of street out of it! Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

We were looking for a nice neat and safe apartment for a few nights that was close to the hospitals and also had on-site parking. This 2 bedroom Gem, had everything we needed. Heating, security, a bath for post surgery, modern and tasteful furnishings and quality and comfortable bedding. The owners even left a small basket of tasty goodies to help settle us in. The location was perfect, easy to get in and out of the city and very safe and secure. Will definetely bring the whole family back next time ?

We loved our stay here. Had everything we could possibly want. The little touches Gavin and Jo put in make it a home away from home. Kids loved the pools gym and tennis courts. Close to everywhere but also very quiet of a night. Close to jacobs ladder for some extra exercise. We stayed January 2016

Outstanding Holiday Apartment

We travel a lot and this apartment is by far one of the best we've stayed in. It literally has everything you can think of, the locate is perfect and it has such a nice homely feel to it. The hosts are extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay here again!! :)

Great property!

Attended a conference in Perth and shared Boronia with 5 other ladies. Found the place spacious for all of us. It is quiet, clean and had all the things we needed including the kitchen. Conveniently located between Kings Park and the city .. also just a short walk to the free city bus pick up/drop off points. Gavin is a very efficient property manager... his customer service is excellent. He answered my queries and emails very promptly.
