The Veenker home in Diamante is a great way to enjoy Cabo with a large group. The house is very spacious and the the service from the Diamante staff is wonderful, from the house manager to the concierge and front desk.

Been coming to Diamante since before there was even a clubhouse built. I have watch this property grow up and stay here was exactly what was expected. Thanksgiving

This home was perfect for our stay in Cabo. There was plenty of room for our 6 adults and 2 kids. We even left one bedroom unused. The living room is open to the kitchen and dining area as well as to the outdoor living area. This works great for a family stay. The pool and outdoor area is terrific. We would highly recommend this home.

Great week but,

Large spacious house. Wonderful hot tub and sunset views. The pool was unusable as it was unheated. The driveway is so steep it’s dangerous, especially for us being over 80. The flies were ever present and annoying. There should be seating in the fountain courtyard as it’s out of the constant wind.

Most Beautiful Home in Cabo (Diamanté)

This home is beyond incredible and is breathtakingly beautiful. The pictures don’t even come close to capturing it’s true beauty. Rooms are huge, air conditioning is really great, pool and numerous patios are so perfect. There are big screen TV’s in every room AND an indoor / outdoor sound system that will rock your world. The owner is super easy to work with and spending the money to enjoy this property will be the best money you will ever spend!

Fabulous all around

We just got back from a week at this beautiful home in Diamante, a gated community. Very spacious and clean house with breathing views from the amazing backyard. We travelled with 9 people, ages 16 and up and there was plenty to keep everyone entertained. TJ was quick to answer the few questions we had via text. The Concierge(Carlos) was great and took care of planing many things for us to do in Cabo. The community has a shuttle service to get you around to the restaurants and pool areas in the community. Staff, food, location, house was all well above standard. We definitely plan on returning!

The property ended up housing all of us. The service room housed the teenagers but being girls they complained they did not have their own bathroom. 😎 The owner TJ Venkeer was always readily available to answer my questions. We had gorgeous sunset views. The only draw back was that there is a lot of constructions going on so the other view was not great and the noise and truck smells was reaching us. We are members at Diamante too so not Mr. Venkeer’s fault . The pool and jacuzzi were great. The patio very pleasant to sleep under. We had a great time. The lagoon is always a hit with young kids and teenagers.

Needs some love but a great house

The House: It needs a little love. It is a wonderful home. Only the master bedroom is in the main house, all the other rooms are connected by courtyard doors. The layout otherwise is very nice. The pool area for us had some issues, the pool bar area was not functioning. No TV and no appliances working at bar. The fire place by the master B was not functioning, and it would have been nice for watching the fabulous sunsets. The linens for us were not the greatest. Fitted sheets did not stay on the beds. Pillows were foam. Community: it is a large area. You need a golf cart for any travel. The house could have supplied a community map to make it easier to figure the area out. Restaurants and room service: The Woods was a real treat, we had great service at all the restaurants and fast delivery from room service. Concierge: We had some issues but i am assuming it was because of the holiday week. Our concierge was off and tried to help by texting on grocery delivery and other issues but pushed us off to a general person that was not fast at solving any of them. TJ the owner was available and tried to help as much as possible. Overall: a fun family centered location, safe, beautiful sunsets and nice get away. I would stay again.

Giant house in a great development

Beautiful 5 BR place at Diamanté. Perfect place for a multiple family vacation. Just keep in mind that 3 BRs are technically outside of the house, albeit within the gates of the courtyard. We ended up having 12 people from ages 17-80 and never felt like we were crowded. The kitchen/family room is enormous and the backyard is beautiful and spacious. No need to rent a golf cart as you can call a shuttle to get transportation around the community.

Such a beautiful home that was perfect for our family trip. Communication from our host and his team was spot on. We were greeted at the house when we arrived and the team showed us all the many features of the house. The Diamante team accommodated anything we needed, from a rental golf cart to grocery shopping, in house chef and more. There is so much to do on property and we love our trips to Diamante. Thanks TJ and team for a delightful week!

Checked out within 24 hours

Only one Master bedroom, one “overflow” room, one full shower/bath inside the main house. All the other rooms are outside the house without being enclosed and open to the street. With young children, it is beyond dangerous and not as described. Our family could not stay there and had to find another place to stay.

Our family and friends enjoyed this beautiful property, which had the technology and amenities that made us feel at home. However, we did have a persistent issue with hot water despite maintenance visits during the stay and we endured many cold showers even after we thought the problem was fixed. We “shopper hopped” each night to see which of the 5 showers had hot water. We each had only 1 hot shower each in 7 days. The owner was very responsive to requests. Also, the unexpected security cameras in the common areas (kitchen, dining room, living room, pool, jacuzzi) made some guests uncomfortable. Resort staff were very kind and courteous. Easy access to Lagoon (great lifeguards), golf, and fitness center.

On the outskirts of Portland, Oregon, my family and I reside in the city of West Linn. By day, my wife and I spend the bulk of our time running our businesses – with myself in the real estate industry as a developer and her working as a pharmaceutical brand representative – we find getting away has its perks. By night, our home is filled with the beautiful chaos of three kids, ages ranging from 13 to 23 years. We all spend a lot of our time getting together, hanging out and enjoying the little things in life. Not far from us is the rest of our close-knit family – whether it be getting together for fun outdoor adventures or lazy pool days, we take great pride in working hard and playing even harder. You only live once; we believe in making the most of it and taking full advantage of spending time with the friends and family that surround us.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We chose to build within Diamanté and Cabo San Lucas for a multitude of reasons. It all started back in 2011 when my wife and I took our first trip to Cabo. Ranging from superb golf-course galore (yep, I’m a huge golfer – not great, but love the game), beautiful ocean views, clean beaches, and a warm and welcoming host of people within the local culture, we found it was the paradise we had been looking for. I had told my wife, years ago, that if we ever came across “Palm Desert” on the ocean, I would, without a doubt, have to buy. A year or so later, we found out about Diamante, the incredible community it was going to host, and of course, the signature golf-course Tiger Woods would be putting in. I had found my “Palm Desert” on the ocean. I was sold. My wife took it upon her studious self to further explore the ‘why’s’ of this property – sooner than later, she was sold too. With the safe and family-oriented environment, surrounded by top-notch amenities, one couldn’t go wrong in choosing to invest within the Diamanté community. Now, as it stands, we have built the vacation home of our dreams in the paradise we love so much. It has been, by far, the best investment our family has made – it’s our home away from home – one in which we can bring friends and family to, knowing that any time spent here is priceless.

Our biggest goal was to make this house feel as much like home, for anyone who stays, as possible. Though, we find that the most unique parts of our home are found amongst the authentic little touches made throughout the house, starting with the décor. It was important to my wife and I that we take our time decorating the house in authentic and local cultured art. As you may find out for yourself, the streets in downtown San Jose are filled with different ‘art crawls’ – featuring local artists and their art. In addition, the town is filled with smaller art boutiques featuring the authenticity of the local culture – and so you will find, our home is host to a variety of these pieces. Next, we have the personal touches made during construction; to start with, there is the beautiful private-entry courtyard that features a tranquil sitting area, surrounded by a serene water feature (of which you will find strewn throughout the property). We have the grand master bedroom featuring a master shower that opens up to the great panoramic views of the ocean and rolling dunes… but don’t worry, a wall has been installed that is the perfect height to hide the essentials, yet allow you to view the scenery. Next is what seems to be the number one spot for our friends and family to gather and hangout at the end of an adventure filled day – the rooftop dry-bar. This spot offers great views of the surrounding areas and a killer sunset experience. Down from there, we have the ‘main-deck’ that is host to an incredible pool and full-blown in-pool bar that features a lovely flat-screen TV for entertainment. Just off from the main deck, we have the custom-made fire pit with a built-in surrounding bench – perfect for any night. Among these awesome features, you’ll find that every bedroom in the house has its own private feel – with 12” thick walls, a private bathroom and a private patio – you’ll have the tranquility you desire, no matter where you’re at in the house.
