Excellent hospitality and stay!

Greg was a brilliant host and gave us tips for our stay. We had an amazing time soaking up the sun by the beaches. Greg's tip to see Murray's beach was spot on and it's beautiful there. Greg's bread was brilliant and the supplies for breakfast were generous and fresh! Excellent stay and will likely go back again!

Fantastic property at an amazing location

Thank you Jan and Greg for sharing your beautiful property with us. You are terrific hosts with a fabulous property. Great modern amenities kitchen, laundry and bathroom, iron and .Ironing board, aircon, BBQ and beach banana chairs. Big, clean, new light filled room with a terrific ambience. A great breakfast provided. Use of a paddle board, single and double kayaks and big large range of DVD’s. Beware, although WIFI is provided the signal is very poor at best, even 4G is limited between 7am to 8pm. Palm beach is a 20 second walk from our room and a great walking track as well. 10 minutes from Huskinson shops and many amazing beaches nearby. All in all, a great stay and we will be back. Thank you Jim & Sharon.

Beautiful clean and serene

Great place to relax and recharge away from the sounds and bustle of the city. The breakfasts were lovely and the apartment is so clean and very modern. Beautiful bush surroundings with so many lovely walks and great beaches nearby. Greg and Jan are very welcoming and would highly recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing stay. Lovely stay :)

The property is quiet and within walking distance to the beach, the park and a corner store/café. It is also a short drive to nearby Vincentia, Huskisson, Murrays Beach and major supermarkets. Many thanks to our hosts, Jan and Greg, who made sure our stay was as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

Won't regret it !

A great place to stay for a mini holiday!

My partner and I stayed for 2 nights as a gift to him for his birthday. We were both happy with the place. The pretty location and the self contained apartments made it quite romantic. The rooms were very clean and modern. Will definitely be staying there again and I would recommend it to anyone.

Relaxing beach holiday

We had a lovely holiday here for a week in January. It is perfect for anyone wanting to relax and enjoy the beautiful beaches of the south coast. It's a great location with a beautiful outlook, perfect with a glass of wine. I recommend staying here!

Even constant rain couldn't dampen our stay

Despite the rain and cloud, we had a wonderful time. By the Beach is happily situated at elevation at Sanctuary Point. Our self-contained apartment was perfect: with water views, was very clean, modern, comfortable and equipped with all that we needed for our long weekend stay. Greg & Jan are super friendly, helpful and accommodating. We made use of our private BBQ on our little deck. An IGA may be found on the Sanctuary Pt High Street (less than 5minutes drive away) and the bustling town of Huskisson is less than 15mins drive away. We look forward to the generous and scrummy breakfast basket each morning. Looking forward to returning again some time soon.

Excellent property

We had a great time at By the Beach B&B. Greg and Jan were excellent hosts, and the freshly baked home-made bread included with breakfast was the perfect start to the day. The rooms are clean and well appointed in a quiet spot in Sanctuary Point.

What a wonderful place to stay for a get away! My husband and I went there for our honeymoon and loved it. The best thing was the breakky in the mornings - which we cooked ourselves, use of the DVD collection, the view and just how friendly Jan and Greg were. They made us feel at home :)The only thing we would have liked was a couch where we could put our feet up! Was a little uncomfy watching TV sitting directly upright. Also, as the floor is polished concrete, a rug in the living area would have made it more relaxing. We found the concrete floor made the place echo and made it cold.All in all though, a great place to go!
