Great place in Moab

This is a wonderful place to stay in Moab. Diane is a kind host that answered all of our questions and gave us great recommendations. We will definitely stay with her again when in the area.

Great stay

Property is clean, tidy and quiet. Close proximity to downtown Moab and national parks. Diane, the host, was incredibly welcoming, accommodating and helpful.

Moab Vacation

We had a wonderful stay in Moab. This was a perfect location for all our activities and it had all we needed to make our stay comfortable. The host, Diane, was very kind and responded quickly to all our questions. We will certainly stay here again if we visit Moab in the future.

Small but easy

Worked well for us, walked to restaurants. Bike storage great, dogs easy due to fenced yard. Fantastic shower.

What a nice place!

Great location near downtown Moab, as well as traveling to the local national parks. Kitchen had everything you needed. Small backyard to relax after hiking. Used the laundry once on location and was fine. Did not use the outdoor grill so can't comment on that. Diane was an excellent hostess with great communication regarding any questions. Just me and my wife so plenty of room for the two of us. Will definitely stay again.

Another great stay in Moab

This was the second time that my wife and I, and two dogs, stayed at this property. The property location is great for access to Main St. For us the property was a perfect size and it also had storage for our mountain bikes.

Great place with a great host!

The place is small, but was perfect my husband, me and our dog! There is a nice park right across the street and a recreation center that we had access too. Downtown was walking distance and the place was very clean! I’d stay again:)

Excellent stay in Moab!

This was the perfect place to stay in Moab! Great location, clean and very pet friendly. Walking distance to all the shops & restaurants and a short drive to Arches, we loved the location especially the park right across the street. The home was clean, efficient and had all we needed including a grassy fenced in private back yard for our pup. Parking right out front was perfect and the neighborhood was quiet. Can’t say enough great things about this adorable Moab property & owner who went above and beyond - we will definitely be back!!

Had everything we needed

Stayed 5 nights and had everything we needed including well equipped kitchen, gas grill, bathroom supplies, quiet and convenient location with parking in front of our door. The unit is small but was fine for two people. Would stay again if traveling to Moab.

Convenient location with nearby park

This is a small one bedroom unit very close to good restaurants, across the street from a nice park, and easy striking distance to Arches NP and bike trails north of town.

Perfect for your pooch!

Location was great for our overnight stay in Moab. Fenced backyard was perfect for our little dog. Convenient to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Walking distance to downtown and lots of bars/restaurants. Just as described.

Nice place

I enjoyed my stay in Moab. This place was only 10 minutes from Arches which was great. The place was clean and updated. Lots of cute restaurants around, we were just behind the Main Street. I would only recommend for 2 people as the place would be pretty small for any more. But otherwise a nice stay for 1 night.

Moab Getaway

Thank you so much to Diane for being a great owner and making our stay so enjoyable. Waylon, her property manager, was right there to help when we asked and we were very thankful. He was great! Everything was clean and well stocked and they took COVID-19 precautions seriously and I felt very comfortable staying here. This place was a short walk to amazing restaurants and coffee. We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay in Dianne's place, and I will for sure be staying here again when we come back! Thank you!

This apartment was just as advertised and perfect for our first Moab stay!

The property owner was great to work with. Close to everything in town so we could walk everywhere. We couldn’t ask for anything more.

great spot across from the aquatic center

This was a perfect base for us while we were in Moab. We enjoyed being across from the beautiful park and aquatic center, which we visited once during our stay. The bedroom is a little small, not much room for luggage, but it worked OK for us. I'd suggest putting 2 people maximum in this unit due to the lack of space for belongings. Everything was clean and well stocked.

Perfect place for two or one!

I spent a week by myself at this great apartment. Clean, great kitchen, big TV with Amazon and Netflix, and a comfy bed. Great location, close to Arches and town. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Fantastic Find!

Great Cottage

This is a very comfortable cottage with all the important necessities that would be stocked in a home such as pots, pans, coffee maker, shampoo, kitchen appliances and great tv. The yard is very nice for enjoying the outdoors with or without your pet. Most importantly, everything was clean upon our arrival. When we experienced an issues with the tv, Waylon, the manager came over within a few minutes and cheerfully resolved our problem. We will definitely stay in this cottage again.

Nice Location & Perfect Size

In town for an ultra race and needed a place to sleep two people. Perfect for 2-3, but 4 adults would be pushing the limits of the 1 bathroom. Comfortable beds. Nice updates in the bathroom and kitchen. Good parking. Quiet neighborhood. Wifi didn't work, not a huge dealbreaker. Patio looked nice too. We'll be back!

I have been coming to Moab since 1972 when my grandparents retired here. This property has been in my family for almost 50 years. It is near and dear to my heart. Great location for walking in town and short drive all the sites.
