Construido en la costa rocosa de Chile con una vista completamente despejada del Océano Pacífico, Playa la Boca, las montañas costeras y el río Aconcagua y el valle se encuentra '' La Casa Cafe ''.

Esta casa se alquila como alquiler vacacional. También se puede alquilar para alquileres a largo plazo. Para más información consultar.

Originalmente construido en 1970 por Don Juan Brown, un navegante chileno que realmente amaba el océano. Su concepto original era construir un trasatlántico en el que estar en el mar mientras estaba en Con Con. Sentado en la sala de estar o en la terraza y mirando al mar, no es difícil hacer un viaje por el océano, incluso mejor con una copa de buen vino chileno y buena compañía.

Esta casa de dos dormitorios y un baño está en excelente forma y es muy cómoda para estancias cortas o largas.
La Casa cuenta con una cocina completamente equipada, estufa nueva, horno, microondas. La cocina tiene una vista completa al mar. Es muy privado y seguro.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama con somier Queen. Ventanas frente al mar. El pequeño dormitorio tiene literas, vista al mar y una puerta que sale a la terraza. El sonido de las olas varía de tranquilo a atronador.


Hay un baño, recientemente renovado. Todos los servicios funcionan bien y hay una combinación de baño con ducha.
La Casa tiene muy buena televisión por cable y Wi-Fi de alta velocidad.

El salón comedor es amplio y abierto. Hay una gran mesa de comedor. Un sofá y una silla en el área de televisión.
También tiene dos colchones individuales en una cama nido.

Hay una estufa de leña / chimenea en la sala de estar. La cubierta es grande y se extiende a lo largo de la parte trasera de la casa. El extremo sur está más protegido del sol y los elementos. El extremo norte es más abierto y recibe mucho sol. Hay muebles de terraza y una barbacoa.

La propiedad también cuenta con una hermosa zona ajardinada con un pequeño césped con vista al océano. . Un lugar perfecto para salir de la casa y permanecer en la propiedad.

Fantastic!

Just look at the photo of the full moon on the VRBO site. We were treated to that same scene on our last day. The Casa itself is rustic but we found it charming. and the location and view are stunning! It's perfectly located for day trips up and down the coast and we took advantage of that. If you want modern luxury, stay in one of the cookie cutter condos in Vina Del Mar. If you don't mind a little rustico, and want incredible views and location, pick this place!!

Spacious with great view

Stayed at La Casa Cafe solo for two weeks in January. The house was quite spacious with a large deck which had several seating areas and included a table and 4 chairs as well as a couple of rataan chairs and 2 (low end) loungers. The inside furniture was heavy duty and very functional. Excellent views from every room except the bathroom. Tile floors throughout so slippers or sandals are helpful unless you enjoy "earthing" in bare feet. Comfortable bed in main bedroom and two bunk beds in smaller second bedroom that I didn't use. Kitchen was pretty well equipped with utensils, cookware, dishes and glasses. It also has a blender which I used every day, a new hot kettle which was provided to me when I checked in since the old one had apparently died, toaster oven, toaster, good size refrigerator, and a functional 4 burner gas (propane) stove and oven which lights manually with matches. Cool place to hang out and watch the surfers and activities down below. I did interval running on the beach or adjacent path most mornings. The beach is more dirt than sand and gets its share of litter from the locals. Doesn't compare to Southern California beaches but the sound of the surf from the house, and the setting and view are nonetheless inspiring. It's a 4 minute downhill walk to the beach. Single car attached garage is adjacent to the house with direct access. Very good security for the house and garage. Mark, the owner, and his Spanish speaking henchman Carlos were most helpful. Mark went out of his way to pay his respects and make sure everything was OK. Very nice guy, also originally from California and now living a couple of doors down from the rental house. He bought the properties and has done a good job of turning them into nice rentals. Mark is a very affable, easy guy to deal with and very responsive to emails or direct requests. He promptly refunded my entire damage deposit within two days of my departure. I recommend the house I stayed in, or his other adjacent rentals if they fit your space requirements. You'll love the view and ocean sounds and smells. And maybe you'll like all the seagulls constantly flying about. I recommend the house to families, couples, or singles.

Fantastic

We really enjoyed the view and the accommodations were clean. Owner was very attentive to our needs. Easy walk to a great beach clos to vina del mar was all round great experience.

Boca Bay

The location is great, near the beach and has a large terrace from where you can appreciate the view. The house is large but should be renewed in the furnishing. It is well connected with all the coast. The beach is very large but it is dirty. There are many outdoor activities you can do. The owner is present at your need. If you stay for a long time, I recommend the house keeper - a wonderful person -. The city has everything you need. If you go by car there is also private parking.

What a wonderful place to spend a week at the beach. Easy access to beach, bars, and restaurants. Delightful deck...excellent place to read, nap and just hang out. Landlord very helpful.

Wir hatten wunderbare Ferientage inLa Casa Cafe. Toller Ausblick auf den Pazifik, nahe zum Strand, ruhige Lage und genug Platz für die ganze Familie. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, so dass man selbst Gerichte zubereiten kann, es gibt auch einen Grill, Terassenmöbel und einen Parkplatz für ein Auto. Zudem ist Concon ein idealer Ausgangspunkt viele Dinge im Valle Central zu besichtigen. Für Fragen war Marc, der Vermieter, immer erreichbar.

Beautiful views

Our family of 4 stayed here for one week in April of 2013. It is in a nice, quiet location. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the surfers. It's a short walk to the town for meals, We took day trips to Valpariao and Vina del Mar. Carlos and his wife were very helpful.

Review

The place was just what I was looking for. It was close to Vina Del Mar and Valparaiso. I stayed nine nights and took many day trips. It was nice to come back to the comfort of La Casa Cafe. The on site manager Carlos was very helpful. I will recommend this place to anyone traveling to that part of Chile.

Life's a Beach

La Casa Cafe is wonderfully situated on the hill overlooking the beach. Providing quiet and peace and yet close enough to the beach to enjoy it on a daily basis and to hear the sounds of laughter and delight coming from the people enjoying the beach. Close enough to walk to the beach, shops, markets, catch a bus to Vina or Valpo, fish markets and yet far enough from the noise to relax on the huge terrace for meals, drinks, or reading. La Casa Cafe is well equipped with all that you need, including an extensive collection of books, safe car parking, plenty of room inside and out, comfortable beds, DirectTV, full kitchen, and so much more. For any stay in the Vina or Valpo area Con Con Bay and La Casa Cafe is home.

We're Ready to Go Back

We just returned from a spectacular month at La Casa Cafe. We stayed there with our two young boys (ages 3 and 6) and were very comfortable. There was room to spread out and enjoy the amazing views. The location can't be beat, as you can do surf checks on the beach below from any room in the apartment. The deck was one of our favorite places -- we ate almost every meal at one of the two tables, watched the New Year's fireworks, and enjoyed watching the daily beach soccer games below as we sipped delicious Chilean wine. The caretakers live nearby and were extremely helpful and kind. It's a less-than-5-minute walk down to the beach and town, where you can get great empanadas and seafood or shop the local market. We really liked Concon because you're out of the hustle and bustle but it's an easy and beautiful coastal trip to see the historic sites in Valparaiso and the great beaches at Vina del Mar and Renaca. Mark was wonderful to deal with, answering all our planning questions and returning our security deposit before we even unpacked. We highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful View and Blazing Internet!

La casa cafe is the perfect place to chill out whether you have a few days or a month! The deck is huge and awesome for sun bathing, grilling, or just enjoying some sun downers. Vina del Mar and Valparaiso are very close by and the public transportation is simple to figure out. Concon is a relaxed beach town. Things get busy on the weekend, but the rest of the time the beach is practically empty. Both Don Carlos and Mark are incredibly helpful, whether you need info on the house, or getting around. Don Carlos is very responsive anything you need, he's right there. It is worth setting up a cheap prepaid phone so you have it in the apartment, although it's not imperative. Also, the internet is incredibly fast. A huge plus for us! Thanks Mark and Don Carlos, we are gateful!

Impressive view over the ocean

We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment, for 11 days at the beginning of September. It is spacious and well-equipped. The caretaker Carlos had made sure everything was in working order and he was immediately available for any question. It was a bit cold due to the fact that we had some cloudy days and it was still winter. But fortunately the apartment was equipped with a gas heater. The location of the apartment is superb. An impressive view over the ocean and the ever present surfers from the terrace. Walking distance to supermarket and restaurants. Boca beach is simple, but nice. Con-Con is a cute town. Not much to do in the town itself, apart from the beach and the surf, but at close distance from interesting locations. We can heartily recommend a stay at Concon Bay Apartments!

Incredible Value, Breath-taking Views

This house is complete with all the amenities not to mention an absolutely stunning view of the ocean and the rising mountains of the Andes. The beach was just a hop down the hill and there were attractions galore in cities on all sides, Valparaiso, Vina del Mar, Horcon. The house is in a residential-type side street just off the main street of Old Con Con so it's pretty quiet too but close to lots of fresh seafood restaurants. For the price we got it. was. absolutely. incredible. Too good to be true, practically, but believe it! This place is the best.

Relaxing Vacation

Stayed at this place with a friend for a week and it was really sweet. The beach and the streets were wayyyy less crowded than other beaches and sections closer to Viña de Mar. You really could hear the waves crashing 24/7. There were also nearby places with delicious seafood and surfing lesson. Other than that, it was tame. That was what we were looking for. The place looks just like the pictures and it is pretty comfortable. The only reason we gave it 4 starts instead of 5 is that the neighbor´s dog barked and woke us up each night and we could not connect to any internet service, which we thought was included. You could catch a microbus all the way to Valpairiso easily enough, but if you want to book a longer busride to anywhere that Condor does not travel to, you will have to head back to Viña del Mar and take a bus from there. We would definitely stay there again and rent from the same owner.

Great beach atmosphere - comfortable and affordable

The outstanding feature of this house is its spectacular views of the bay and beach below from every room and the huge deck, with a perfect mix of shade and afternoon sun. Although a bit rustic, Mark keeps his property spotless and well maintained, and is quickly available (he lives next door) if any problems should arise. The kitchen is well equiped with a table by a sliding window to watch and hear the many birds and crashing waves while enjoying breakfast. There is only one bathroom, but it is large and updated. For the price this property is great bargain, especially for families, with a broad variety of interests for all ages closeby. Also, Mark is eager to point you in the right direction to the excellant nearby fish shacks, food sources, and easily accessible bus transportation to Valparaiso and Vina del Mar.

The area is a great place to visit.
