The best location ever just opposite the beach (and a kids playground) and behind shops and cafes, we didn't have to use the car the whole week! The house itself is so well maintained and obviously loved by the owners, it was a very comfortable stay. We especially appreciated how the kitchen had everything you need to cook well and generous supplies of dishwashing liquid etc on hand.

Couldn’t wish for better!

A lovely little place in the most convenient location. The property is kept in really lovely condition and the hosts are very helpful indeed. We had an absolutely wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation at 5 Simpson St was excellent. It was close to all amenities and Point Lonsdale is a perfect place for a short holiday.

Superb location, great value $

Great stay

We had a thoroughly enjoyable time. Great property, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Perfectly presented, modern, close to beach and shops but quiet. Can see some of the bay and get a glimpse of the morning sunrise. Brendan is attentive and available if needed (we didnt need anything!) without being intrusive.

Relaxing break in Lonnie

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped for our week's stay. The bed, downstairs, was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. Upstairs is open plan and full of light. The furniture is very good quality. The smart tv with really good WIFI reception was a bonus.Communication from Brendan was first class and we were offered early check in and late check out without requesting.Possibly the best holiday apartment we've stayed and hope to return again.

Great Getaway

We were just looking for a quick getaway. Everything about the booking and communication with Brendan was easy. He even gave us flexible check in and check out. The property is perfectly located. Undercover and private parking also means we could walk everywhere. Great cafes in the area. Brendan gave us lots of ideas for things to do in the area. We did some trips to neighbouring towns. The track from Point Lonsdale to Queenscliff is stunning. However the property is also well stocked with everything we needed to stay home and relex. We would highly recommend the property.

Very comfortable

Brendan has thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It’s a great spot if you have kids. The location is terrific with just a short walk to cafes, IGA, playground and beach. We really appreciated the late checkout - very thoughtful.

Pt Lonsdale

Excellent communication with the owner. Property was exactly as described. The location could not have been better. Plenty to do all within 50klms. The quarantine station at Portsea via the Queenscliff/Sorrento ferry is well worth a visit. Secure parking. We will definitely stay again and we highly recommend this property to everyone. Thanks Brendan for sharing your amazing property.

Convenience plus

Property was in a great location, across the road from the beach and behind the IGA and cafe's which was very convient. The spaces were beautiful and clean and plenty big enough for our family of 4. The only draw back for us, being light sleepers and late risers, was the noise of deliveries and pedestrians outside the bedroom windows in the morning, however this would probably be less of an issue outside the summer peak and wouldn't stop us from returning! Overall a terrific stay, thank you for having us.

Brendan & Natalie’s place was fantastic! The space was perfect for my family and I - located right behind the shops (so very convenient), clean and tidy, modern, has everything you would need and Brendan was an excellent host, very responsive. We hope to be back one day. Thank you :)

Brendan is a perfect host, communication with him was excellent. His property is located in a fantastic location, is very clean and well maintained. The units floor plan takes advantage of the sea views. I definitely recommend Brendan's place for your next stay. 5 STARS

A Welcoming Place

I really enjoyed my stay here, a lovely place to relax and unwind. Lots of natural light upstairs and a great location close to beach, cafes and shops made it an ideal holiday. Brendan was a great host and the place was very clean.

Absolute Perfection

We love Point Lonsdale and have stayed at a large number of accommodations over the years so have a good idea of what is provided in the area. This one was exceptional, from the ease of online booking, to the personal communications from the owner. The property was immaculate and the upstairs area gloriously filled with natural light. Of course the location can't be bettered if you want easy access to the village - 30 second walk to the main street. A+
