Great Home, convenient location, quiet!

This was our second stay at the property and it was as enjoyable as the first. The neighborhood is quiet, but close to Greenville and convenient for daytrips to places like Lavonia, Helen, Table rock and other points of interest. Levar and Lo were tremendous hosts and the house was well prepared for our stay!

Baseball Trip

This house was amazing-checked every box. We were in the area for a baseball tournament and wanted more comfier than a hotel. It was perfect. The owner was so easy to work with and communicated in real time. House was immaculately clean! Great kitchen with all necessities too. Not a bad thing to say

Quick stay before camp drop off

The house was very clean and new in what looks like a newly built community. The pictures were accurate. Lo was very friendly and responsive. The check in and check out were seamless. The drive to downtown Greenville is about 20 minutes and the house is in a remote area but we really enjoyed our stay.

Mom's Bday weekend

My mother and I really enjoyed this house. Enough space for 6 poeple and the neighborhood is quiet. About 10 to 15mins from greenville. Place was clean, fully equipped kitchen, and beds were super comfy. Thank you again for having us.

Perfect house for our stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely upgraded home away from home. The beds were firm and comfortable. The home had a beautiful kitchen where we cooked several meals. It was so much better than staying in a hotel. We would definitely rent the home again.

Great house for extended stay!

House was exactly as shown, very comfortable and clean. We stayed for 3 1/2 weeks while visiting our daughter. The office set up was ideal for remote work! Levar was really quick to respond to any questions we had. Check-in was smooth and easy. It was a nice touch to have the house stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, etc. We would definitely return!

Great Vacation Home!!

We just returned from 8 days at the property and cannot say enough good about the entire experience! The home was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and exactly as described in the listing!! The furnishings and other items in the house were very comfortable and useful. The kitchen is very well equipped with small appliances and utensils well beyond the norm (Kuerig, microwave, smoothie maker, etc.) We greatly enjoyed the quietness of the area and the opportunity to walk and explore the area on foot. The house is situated near grocery and dining options and is close to Greenville and other attractions making it easy to travel out from here for day trips. The neighbors are very friendly, and the area is well maintained. We look forward to a chance to return for another visit! Thanks Levar for a great place to spend our week of vacation!

Our stay was Superb.

Levar was excellent, helped us with anything we needed. His home is beautiful and clean and is supplied very well, just bring your personal items. When we arrived their was little bottles of shampoo,shower soap,tooth paste towels etc. and a nice bottle of wine with two glasses,that was well needed after a long day of travel. You can't ask for a better stay and a better person then Levar. If we come back to Piedmont again we will book with him again. Thank you Levar!

Great Stay in Piedmont!

This house worked perfectly for our family of 6. We still have little ones, so the office space worked out well for the port-a-crib. The house was clean, organized and bright! We loved the neighborhood for riding bikes and walking and all of the neighbors were really friendly. Our kids made fast friends and loved running around with all of the other kids. We were staying in the house for an extended time while our home was being repaired from storm damage. The kitchen was well stocked - the only items we wished we'd had were dry measuring cups and measuring spoons. Honestly, had we not been staying for so long, I wouldn't have even noticed. The coffee pot is single serve, so plan accordingly if you're coming with heavy coffee drinkers. It makes a great cup of coffee though! The owners went above and beyond with some great touches all throughout the house - travel sized toiletries, extra toilet paper and paper towels as well as few dishwasher pods and laundry detergent. I also appreciated that there were extra bed linens and sets of towels. The TV's and internet were quick and worked well. The one time we had an internet issue, the owners called and had it rectified immediately. We would definitely stay here again and will keep in mind for when family comes to visit!
