Acabamos de remodelar y actualizar esta cabaña. Alquilamos nuestro lugar en VRBO / HomeAway durante 10 años, pero lo retiramos del mercado cuando nuestra hija y su esposo se mudaron a la zona. Se han mudado ahora y acabamos de completar una extensa remodelación / actualización en la propiedad. Lavaplatos nuevos, baños nuevos, muebles nuevos y los pisos de madera renovados, ¡y mucho más! Hemos añadido un pozo de fuego para su disfrute. ¡Incluso le proporcionaremos la leña! También hemos añadido un jacuzzi! Muy privado y escondido en su propio acre dentro de un pequeño vecindario de montaña, todavía estás muy cerca de Hendersonville, Brevard y Asheville, todo dentro de 25 minutos en coche o menos. Venga a disfrutar de la hermosa Biltmore House, o Grandfather Mountain, Chimney Rock en Lake Lure, o las muchas docenas de cascadas en el hermoso Condado de Transilvania. We absolutely loved it here. We wanted a private Christmas getaway and this cabin in the woods was so perfect. Well off the beaten path, we had lots of peace and privacy. The cabin is very well appointed with everything you could possibly need plus it was spotless. Although we did not use the wood stove (it was 60 degrees on Christmas), the washer/dryer, grill or dishwasher, we did use the hot tub, microwave and oven and they worked perfectly. Even the master bed is an adjustable tempurpedic and very comfortable. The owner went above and beyond and decorated the cabin for us for Christmas - that was just such a nice surprise. One morning I opened the bathroom blinds and there were 4 deer within 8 feet just standing there looking at me thru the window. If you want a great little cabin in a gorgeous spot way out of the way but still easy to get to everything then this is the spot for you. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making our Christmas getaway so special!

This rental was just like stepping into a home! It had everything you needed. It was incredibly clean. Towels and linens were provided plenty of extra blankets as well. The kitchen was stocked! Hot tub was very clean. Everything was as described. Google Maps took us straight to the property without hesitation! We will absolutely be back. The host is very accommodating, and responsive!

Great secluded place to spend a long weekend. Hot tub was clean and very hot!!! Had all we needed to prepare meals and beds were nice and clean. Hugh is an awesome host and is very responsive and extremely helpful with all accommodations. Highly recommend!!!

Cabin was just as described. Very clean and comfortable. Hot tub was great. Host responded to me immediately before arriving and after arriving. Very kind. I would highly recommend this cabin/host. We hope to travel that way again and be a repeat customer.

We were a little confused when we arrived. We saw photos of what we thought was 2 bedrooms and a loft but there was only one bedroom and a loft.The photo of the main bedroom is taken numerous times with different bedding on it. The description does however say 2 bedrooms so that was on us. The road leading to the cabin is very secluded which is nice, but also a little rough and not paved, but most people that travel to the mountains regularly have come to expect that I think. Relaxing in the hot tub was nice! It was clean and well maintained.

Beautiful, secluded and peaceful spot. The cabin was clean, super-cozy and furnished with everything we needed. When something beyond his control went wrong, the owner went out of his way to fix it for us. If we visit Asheville again, we will book this place. Loved it.

Just Perfect

The cabin was isolated and quiet, but not too far from Asheville and Pisgah forest. It had everything you need, including hot tub, grill, comfy beds and a full kitchen. The owner was a great communicator and very flexible. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Cabin Retreat

The owners made this an easy time for a two night stay. The house was well equipped and we wanted for nothing except ice.The neighborhood was quiet, wooded and peaceful. The fire pit is situated in the front yard and there was plenty of firewood!We didn't have time to use the hot tub! The house is decorated so cute with a rustic design. The bed was super comfy. We would highly recommend this location if you are looking to get out of the rat race of the city as we were trying to do. (No icemaker

Peaceful little cabin!

Such a cute and cozy cabin in the woods! We saw a turkey, deer and lots of other wildlife. Great getaway just far enough from the city, but still close enough to all the local attractions. Asheville is still in recovery mode, but Hendersonville was such a cute town with lots of cool shops and restaurants. Hot tub was relaxing and we enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks for having us!

Spring break

We really enjoyed this property! It was exactly as advertised. It was just close enough to all the little towns that we could run into things but come back and relax. The host was very quick to answer any questions in the bed is extremely comfortable

Relaxation is the key to any good vacation. This place has plenty of that!

Seclusion. On any given day you will have 5-10 deer walk through your front yard. The Brevard area which is 15 minutes away is home of the white squirrels and abundant waterfalls. . We have a family of white squirrels on the mountain. Be on the lookout while you are here. Wild turkey abound all over the mountain. All of this and you still can be to the grocery store or airport in less than 10 minutes...
