El apartamento es un estudio hogareño recientemente renovado con pasillo y baño privado, ducha y cocina (ver fotos). Tiene aproximadamente el tamaño de una habitación de hotel con baño de buen tamaño y está diseñada para 2 personas solamente.

El edificio en el que se encuentra el apartamento data del siglo XIV y recientemente ha sido objeto de una amplia renovación. Como el edificio ha sido designado como de extraordinaria importancia histórica por las autoridades checas, todas las características originales se conservaron durante la reconstrucción. Hay un recepcionista en el edificio de 8 a.m. a 6 p.m. para ayudarlo con cualquier pregunta que pueda tener durante su estadía.

Ahora tenemos internet WIFI de alta velocidad gratis.

UBICACIÓN: El apartamento está a 50 metros a pie de la Plaza de la Ciudad Vieja, a unos 200 metros del Puente de Carlos y a 200 metros de la Plaza Wenceslao.

We loved the location of this apartment, and the stylish vibe of the furnishings. Very nice. We can't give five stars because both the check-in and check-out processes were very clunky. First, there is no number outside the building identifying the address, so we weren't sure we were in the right place. Then, there was no one available to let us in, even though we had communicated our arrival time in advance and were told we would be met there. Given that we weren't even sure we had found the right building, this was pretty stressful. Then, on our departure day, the receptionist came knocking at our door at 10:00 am, insisting that we hand over the keys. We showed her documentation that our check-out time was 11:00, but she wouldn't take no for an answer. We handed over our keys and felt rushed out, but we really weren't ready to go yet. It was a strange way to end our stay. If the check-in and check-out processes can be ironed out, this would definitely be a five-star accommodation.

This apartment is very centrally located and ideal for getting around the entire city. The Mustek metro station is just a short walk from the aparment.

Great wee apartment

The property is in an ideal location . The host was very communicative through out the process and no issues. The apartment is perfect in size and for ease to everything around and about. The bed was clean and comfy and all tops were clean. But kitchen cabinets and drawers utensils etc needed a deep clean as some items had not been washed and cupboard were dirty.

appartamento perfetto e ben arresato a 200 metri dall'orologio di -praga vicino c'è un supermercato Tesco ha ottimi prezzi ed orario lungo. evitate i piccoli negozzietti dove pagherete molto di più. IL percorso dall'aereoprto all'appartamento nonnlo fate con taxi o pulmini cvhe vi rapinano. fatelo con i mezzi pubblici in particolare con l'autobus 59 fino al capolinea li scendete e prendete la metropolitana e scendete aMustex sarete a 300 metri da casa dietro l'orologio e avrete speso un paio di euro- evitate i cambi al nero sono solo truffe vi danno soldi falsi ma simili. uno spacciatore di cambi truffa è normamente in cima al ponte carlo.

Perfect location, excellent communication

This is an outstanding place to stay in the heart of Old Town. Lots of restaurants nearby and very convenient to public transportation. The owner was very communicative and made sure we had all the information we needed before we arrived. The document about the apartment was super helpful and the transfer from the airport made our trip so enjoyable!

Ferienwohnung gut gelegen, leider ein paar Mängel bei Sauberkeit.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut und überaus freundlich. Man wir mit dem Taxi von Bahnhof/Flughafen abgeholt. Leider ist der Taxifahrer sehr unfreundlich. Ich habe gesundheitliche Probleme und kann nicht schnell gehen und brauche zwischendurch Pausen. Ich habe das auch gesagt, der Taxifahrer hat es verstanden, hat ihn aber nicht interessiert und keine Rücksicht genommen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Zu Bäcker, Restaurant und Shops muss man nicht weit gehen. Der Innenhof sieht sehr nett aus. In der Nacht scheint leider ein Scheinwerfer ins Zimmer und somit ist es so hell, dass man Nachts kein Licht anmachen muss, wenn man mal zur Toilette muss. Wer da empfindlich ist, braucht unbedingt eine Schlafbrille. Die Matratzen sind so durchgelegen, dass man das Gefühl hat, man sinkt auf den Boden. Es liegen zwei Matratzen aufeinander. Trotzdem habe ich schließlich mit Schlafbrille gut geschlafen. Nachts kommen die Partygäste zurück und im Hof knallt dann die Tür zu. Da steht man schon mal senkrecht im Bett, zumindest, wenn man damit noch nicht rechnet. Die Dame, die einen empfängt ist wirklich sehr nett und hat für den überaus rüpelhaften Taxifahrer wieder etwas entschädigt. Sauberkeit ist wieder ein eigenes Thema. Ich habe es als Männersauber bezeichnet. Nicht so schmutzig, dass man rückwärts wieder raus läuft, aber überall Staub und leider auch Schimmel im Bad. Unter dem Waschbecken ist Schmutz geklebt, den ich nicht näher definieren wollte.

Great apartment!!!

This was a wonderful apartment! The hosts were great and communication was easy with them. The location was perfect and easy to walk around the old town and even to the castle. The check-in process was very smooth and the free taxi ride from the airport to the apartment made it super easy. We would definitely come back and stay again!

Fun in Prague

Prague visit

Excellent location. It is mainly walking distance to a lot of attractions. You have all your basic amenities. The owner/manager is very very responsive and helped us in every step of the way until check in since it was a very difficult time when we arrived. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Prague.

Wonderful Location!

We read the previous reviews mentioning the great location, and can only affirm what others have said. The apartment is in the old town, only minutes from everything youll want to see. The apartment was as described, except there was no television; however there's so much to see in Prague that we didn’t miss it. Having transportation from the airport was a great benefit. We'd definitely stay there again.

Perfect Location

Oh my gosh, this property could not be better situated for a stay in Prague. You step out the door and you are right in the middle of the activity with every site is a short walking distance away. The owners were very informative, Halina very helpful, and the apartment was clean. I gave the apartment 4 stars because I felt the lighting, especially in the bathroom could be better. Things that are important to me but not everyone would be having paper towels and better bath towels. However, these small things would not keep me from renting this wonderful apartment again.

Very cute and comfortable place

The place is really cute, with a unique charm in it! The bed is comfortable, the shower is hot, and a little kitchen lets you cook if you are in the mood! The location is unbeatable! Everything is within walking distance! We have absolutely enjoyed the Juzz Republic across the street, which has free jazz performances every night. The pick-up from the airport makes this place totally unique. I will definitely recommend it.

Great location and nice spacious flat

I enjoyed the privacy at this spot. Close proximity to everything in Praha! Host was very easy to get in touch with. Has a nicely decorated space with many books to read and a beautiful large tub to soak after a long day of sightseeing

A wonderful host in a wonderful part of town.

Excellent property right in the midst of the old town. Bars, restaurants, shops, transport, all at your doorstep. The owner and receptionist could not have been more helpful. Our driver was wonderful. A great experience.

Emplacement idéal

L'appartement est très sombre, ancien et athypique, mais silencieux et surtout idéalement placé, tout peut se faire à pieds.... Grand merci à John pour toutes les infos concernant la location et de prévoir un taxi de l'aéroport à l'appartement (gratuit !!!) et qui, si vous le souhaitez, vous ramène à l'aéroport pour 20 euros... Donc location à recommander.
