Studio 4 On Fearn es un moderno, elegantemente designado plan abierto apartamento solar pasivo. Caliente en invierno y brisa fresca durante el verano permite que el medio ambiente regular su estilo de vida.
Orientación norte con puertas de concierto, trae el exterior en el desayuno en el balcón o cenas al aire libre con el bosque del río Margaret como una gota atrás. Situado en el corazón del centro de la ciudad Studio 4 tiene una cocina totalmente independiente para su comodidad de cocina o puede cenar fuera en restaurantes galardonados cerca.

Dos dormitorios con camas de matrimonio, ropa limpia y ropa de cama de calidad. Dos baños, con el baño principal con una bañera de hidromasaje para su relajación. Cocina totalmente independiente, incluida la máquina Nespresso Pod. TV de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD y un surtido de DVD, centro de música y los huéspedes también tienen acceso gratuito e ilimitado a WIFI. The accommodation was centrally located to restaurants, local businesses and supermarkets. It was an easy walk to access all of these. The apartment was clean and well appointed, facilitating relaxation and comfort. The instructions to find the apartment and check-in process were clear and reliable.I would fully reccommend this accommodation for anyone wishing to bas themselves in Margaret River.

Excellent location in town

Clean, well appointed and perfectly located. Good contact with the host, easy access and quiet at night. This accommodation suited us well for a few days of wining and dining.

Very roomy apartment, with good facilities, including 2 bathrooms. In a convenient location, just off the main street, but no views to speak of (overlooking car parks).

Great location

Firstly there were a few negatives. It shouldn’t be assumed that when booking for two adults, that they are partners. I specifically chose this property because it had two bedrooms. Paid all the fees prior arrival as required and one day before check in received an email stating that if we use both bedrooms I must pay an extra laundry fee. If I had needed only one bedroom I would have booked a one bedroom. Not happy. Also, I was a bit disappointed that there was no welcome ‘treats’ upon arrival. Each accommodation that I have stayed in in the past at least had a small amount of milk in the fridge so a weary traveller could make a tea or coffee upon arrival, some even supply a small basket of goodies as a thankyou for choosing their accommodation but not in this case. Also, we were only supplied one towel for our entire stay. Two would have been better. Apart from those small inconveniences the accommodation was clean, modern, well situated and comfy.

Convenient location in town. View not great as looks out to back of Cole’s and car park but we knew that on booking. Clean and had everything we needed. Few items could be upgraded but overall very happy with the accomodation.

Great location and comfy accommodation

We decided to plan a last minute getaway to Margs and chose Studio 4 on Fearn. The property was clean, tidy and very conveniently located. Once the car was parked, it didn’t move until our departure as we made use of local wine & brewery tour operators. Only complaint would be noise from those going about their morning routines and wrk days. However we did sleep with the balcony sliding door open. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Beautiful flat in town centre

The accommodation is extremely comfortable and well equipped. Looks over a car park but you can see lovely trees from the balcony and it is not intrusive. Opening the whole window open brings the outside in, Highly recommend

Comfy stay in the Heart of Margaret River Town

Comfortable and self-sustaining home right off the Main Street, and right next door to Coles. Couldn’t have been more convenient. We stayed over Christmas and the house has a decent kitchen with all the essentials to cook meals at home. 2 comfy beds, 2 bathrooms and high ceilings with lots of light. Also has a big size table on the spacious balcony if you fancy enjoying drink or meals outside. Has free parking right outside, getting in and out of town was very convenient avoiding the Main Street traffic. 30 second walk to the main Street, 2 min to the bakery. 5 mins to all the cafes and resto’s. Erica the property manager was very proactive and very responsive, checking to see everything went well after we got in. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again! Highly recommend!

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Margaret River

Spent a couple of nights at this lovely apartment within a 30 second walk from the main street of Margaret River. Light and airy with two bathrooms and bi fold doors onto the large balcony which was lovely in the evening . My only criticism was the very squeaky bed frame in the master bedroom .Many thanks for a fantastic stay and will definitely be back.

Very clean, comfortable and central unit in Margaret River

This property has all you need for a very comfortable stay in Margaret River. It is walking distance to shops and restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped, the unit is spacious and the furniture is comfortable. The property manager is very responsive to queries and provides all the information you need in advance of your stay. I would highly recommend this property to others.
