Ubicada en 21 Coppards Road, Moolap, Coppards Rest es una encantadora y bien mantenida casa de 3 dormitorios ubicada en tranquilos jardines con mucho espacio para niños, remolques o botes.

Hermosa cocina nueva totalmente equipada con placa de inducción, microondas, nevera y muchos electrodomésticos.
Se proporciona cafetera Nespresso con vainas, té, café, leche y azúcar.

Baño completamente reformado con ducha y WC.
Segundo baño separado.

Televisor HD de pantalla grande con reproductor de rayos azules en el salón.
Cómodos asientos de cuero y calefacción de gas.
R / C aire acondicionado en salón y comedor.
Calefacción en todas las habitaciones.
1 dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio.
El dormitorio 2 tiene dos camas individuales king que se pueden unir para hacer una cama king size.
3 dormitorios tiene una cama individual king y una cama nido individual está disponible, si es necesario.
Una cuna de tamaño completo con ropa de cama y una silla alta están disponibles para niños menores de 2 años.

We appreciate the kid-friendly set up!

We stayed for a couple nights and we’re really impressed with the cleanliness of the place, the hosts obviously work hard to keep it clean and well presented. The kids loved the cubby house, the play yard and the chickens, a real high light! There were plenty of books and games to keep them quiet indoors too. Even a cot provided, so it’s very family and kid friendly

Pleasant and Comfortable Stay at Coppards Rest.

Thank you for a pleasant and convenient stay at Coppards Rest. We appreciated the cleanliness, comfortable beds and extra goodies provided by Linda. The children also enjoyed feeding the chickens, checking for eggs and the trampoline.

Very clean and welcoming.

Very comfortable clean welcoming home. Beautifully renovated with immaculate bathroom. Great location - ample parking and the chickens were an added bonus.

Perfect home away home!

Thanks for hosting us Linda! 😊 Linda has exceptionally thought of every little thing to make sure our two night stay at Coppards Rest was the most comfortable and pleasantest. Really appreciated the thoughtful and generous touches added by Linda (who lives on a separate property) and her kind assistance in general. 😊 Clean spacious house and newly renovated bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped, house was cozy and homely. Comfortable king size beds in two rooms and another single room! Bathroom with toilet, a separate toilet, laundry and comfortable recliner chairs in lounge room. Gas heating in lounge, and two oil heaters were provided in two rooms we occupied. Loved the atmosphere + Linda's great company. Enjoyed complimentary sparkling juice and home made raspberry white choc muffins by Linda! 🍾🧁💖 We will return and we highly recommend Coppards Rest!

Perfect home for a relaxing family get away.

We had an awesome couple of nights stay at this lovely home. The location was close enough to Geelong and cafes and shops, but far enough away to have a peaceful relaxing stay. Our host Linda was extremely helpful, and the house was setup with lots of extra goodies when we arrived such as hot cross buns. Great place for kids, the caravan cubby was a huge hit, as were the chickens. The other bonus of the chickens were the fresh eggs we had available to us. The house is well equipped, and is ideal for relaxing and resting after being on the go all day. I'd definitely return to Coppards Rest next time we visit Geelong.

Very comfortable home but be aware of Rooster.

Home is very clean, great location, ideal for families. Host is extremely friendly and welcoming. Has nice chickens but unfortunately no mention of a rooster which crows at the crack of drawn and continuously throughout the day.

Best Stay Ever!!!

Linda was a great host, the place was spotless and the kids loved the chickens and the caravan to play in. Could not have asked for a better mini break and the cookies were delicious. Cannot speak highly enough of the property and Linda as a host and would recommend anyone to stay there if they get the chance. We will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Coppards Rest. Lovely house with every possible amenity. Very clean with quality inclusions. Coppards Rest is a clean, comfortable, delightful home away from home.

Could not fault our stay. Already thinking of reasons to go back. Had everything we needed and were welcomed, accommodated and supported through our little mini break. It’s in a very accessible location with plenty of room for our vehicle (and boat). Hubby tootled off to various fishing spots while I attended a class in the heart of Geelong. The house is light, clean and spacious with every facility you could need. The beds were comfortable, the house was just easy to relax in. We were made to feel very welcome right from the outset with fresh scones on arrival and fresh eggs for our breakfast from the resident chooks! I feel like I have made a new friend in Linda (and her beautiful dog), she was easygoing, helpful and very likeable. Looking forward to a return visit in the future.

Paul and Linda have been married for almost 40 years and have 4 adult sons and 5 grand children. Having both grown up in Geelong, we know the area well. Paul is an accountant, owning his own practice in Geelong and Linda enjoys gardening, sewing and baking.

Paul and Linda with their youngest son, Scott, moved to Moolap from Leopold in 2009 and lived in the property for 8 months while building a new house at the rear of their acre block.
