Perfect lovation.

Rustic house that provided all we wanted. Perfect location, everything in walking distance. Allows dogs, that is a bonus.

Budget accommodation

Great stay. Very quiet considering on Main Street. Great heater warmed the whole house. Hot water was great. On problem with WiFi. There is some mould in the double bedroom ceiling needs fixing as can cause Health problems. Will stay here again

Good Location

The property is well located with shops just across the road. It was clean and tidy and ready for us on arrival. Just needed new tap washers as the taps kept dripping. Most annoying. Also the dead cockroaches on the skylight could do with removing as they are a bit off putting But apart from those two items the property is great and you could have a wonderful family holiday here.

Shabby,very bacic setup, supposed to be dog friendly backyard and the gate fell over dog's got out.

The only and i mean only thing going for this property was its location. The rest was just awful didn’t want to touch anything in the house all stained and grotty chairs and pillows. If we hadn't travelled so far woulld not have stayed.

Some TLC needed.

Pleasant stay, in a good location close to shops. Well equipped home clean spacious bathroom comfy beds however requires some serious cleaning in kitchen especially cupboards.Could not use cupboard due to mice dropping inside and doors were dirty,had to keep food items in our closed bags. Mouse found roaming in bedroom at night.! Dinning chairs unstable /hazard of collapsing. Back sliding door can not be closed needs fixing and also back gate needs securing off its hinges.

Great location, Cottage Dirty & not maintained disappointed

*Front door hard to shut & lock loose *Back sliding door didn’t lock *Kitchen window didn’t have a lock *Back gate rusted off hinges *Front Porch hand rails loose *Main bedroom Ceiling light had no Cover *Aircon had a bad smell *3rd Bedroom light didn’t work *Back outdoor area/furniture Dirty *Used towel left behind bathroom door *Fridge had sand on top shelF & difficult to adjust temperature *Listed as self contained but very limited crockery eg only 2 x dinner plates *Booked/paid for 5 people but Only 4 beds made up *ceiling fans thick with dust We have stayed here ~4 years before and was cosy but overall needs a Really good spring clean & TLC.

The smell from the air conditioner and cleanliness was a total let down.

We were booked for 3 nights but left after 2 as the terrible smell of a dead mouse coming from the air conditioner was so bad I was feeling sick. As we arrived Christmas eve, it seemed pointless contacting the property manager to have the problem fixed over Christmas as we would have been gone by the time an Electrician was available, plus the smell would have lingered another day or two after the mouse was removed. I could smell this horrid stink as soon as I put my foot in the front door so surely previous tenants and the cleaner noticed it. We couldn’t sit out the back as the chairs were too dirty and would have needed a hard scrub to remove the built up dust/dirt. On arrival there was a dirty cigarette butt in the ash tray which is off putting for non smokers and the toilet floor was dirty and had not been swept or washed. The house itself is what we expected, the location is fantastic, however the cleanliness and smell from the air-conditioner was a total let down.
