We are the owners, Mark and Patricia Janmaat-Blom, living in The Netherlands/ Overveen.
We like to answer what we is important for your holiday and what we can offer with our villa and bungalow in Juan les Pins?
1. That you don't have to worry about everything being old. Everything was bought or renovated in 2019. We always hear that we have fantastic beds and mattresses!
2. That when you arrive that you will feel immediately home-sweet-home.
3. That you can sit in the sun next to the pool at the end of the with a delicious glass of wine!
4. That a domestic help can come to help you (we make a schedule).
5. That there are 8 bicycles. There are also child seats available as well as cots and high chairs.
6. That a taxi service can be called in for your large groceries.
7. That the pool and jacuzzi is private. The villa and bungalow are located in a courtyard and is therefore not visible from the road and no sounds of cars.
8. It is so luxurious to walk only 3-4 minutes to the sandy beach with warm clear sea water, even in the night!
9. All shops are within walking or cycling distance.
10. There are many restaurants within walking distance.
11. The train station to Cannes, Nice or Monaco is also within walking distance.
12. That you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea from the roof terrace. There are also many places to relax in the garden and on the balconies.
13. When you book, you will receive information about the rates of our taxi service, restaurants, what you can buy in the supermarkets, tourist options (including very nice boat trips at sea), the inventory available for small children and babies (a lot… !) and a plan for getting a domestic help.
14. That we have experience with renters since 2007 for our chalet in Les Collons 1800m/ Switzerland.

This is the best appointed villa I have ever stayed in. If you like cooking the kitchen is superbly equipped. We employed a local chef and he couldn’t fault it. The house is beautifully decorated, fully air conditioned should it get hot, has a large split garden, salt water pool which I love and lots of public spaces to relax. We were a party of 16 and could all eat at one table which was lovely. There are shops and restaurants within easy walking distance and the villa has numerous bicycles for the guests to use. We can’t thank Patricia enough for hosting us. She was polite and responsive and very welcoming. She and her villa absolutely made our holiday a wonderful experience. I can’t recommend the place enough.

Guests in winter/Teambuilding business in Juan les Pins-28 rue Dulys - February 2025
A really cozy house with a special interior: an incredibly long velvet sofa in the living area with armchairs opposite, where we could easily spend the evening with eleven people. Beautiful tableware, stylish and practical kitchen. Quiet nights in good beds! For us, the two houses were a good place to work quietly, also because of the workation.
Only a five-minute walk to the beach. Some even took a dip in the sea every day at the beginning of March.
Great location - we cycled in Cannes, but of course also around the Cap. Good train connections in all directions for those who traveled without a car. Also on foot to Golfe-Juan.

We drove into the beautiful hinterland to Tourettes sur Loup, Saut du Loup and St. Vence de Paul. Everything, really everything was beautiful - especially out of season - everyone enjoyed it immensely!

3. Many restaurants, bars, supermarket, bakery walking-distance.

4. Big swimmingpool (40 m2) with a nice big plateau for small kids ... but also suitable for diving!

Our family stayed in Patricia's beautiful Juan les Pins homes, Villa La Mauresque & Maison des Pêcheurs, in June/July of 2023. We had been looking forward to it for several years as the Pandemic delayed our trip. We are grateful to Patricia and her family for their flexibility throughout this time.

Before our arrival, Patricia was very helpful. She was in good communication with us
regarding the house layout and amenities and also helped with suggestions for child care, restaurants, chefs and activities. Being from the United States this was much appreciated. Communication was also very easy while we were on property and our questions (which weren't many) were always addressed.

The villas were perfect for our family of 20+ with comfortable bedrooms and lounge space in both, all of which were lovingly decorated. The villas had recently been renovated and were outfitted with all of the modern conveniences. Updated bathrooms, new laundry facilities etc. The amenities were as advertised and worked perfectly. The chef's kitchen was stocked with everything our large group needed for the three weeks we were there. Beautiful serving dishes, plenty of silverware, flatware, pots and pans and a large refrigerator.

The outdoor space is the icing on the cake. It feels a bit like a secluded oasis. The pool was beautiful, large and clean. There were very large outdoor dining tables and plenty of outdoor living areas. The windows and doors that open to the outside enhance the flow and make entertaining a breeze. The hot tub, ping pong table, swings and trampoline were used often by the the adults and the eight children with us.

The house is in a great location. It felt very private, surrounded by landscaping and off the beaten path of the main boardwalk areas yet a five minute walk to the beaches and restaurants. Also a five minute walk to shopping markets.
