You had me staying in a townhome that you knew had problems and when I brought those issues to the front desk, they didn’t care. Even though a maintenance guy showed up all he did was put a band aid on them. Not to mention the time sitting around for him to show up and leave only to return again. I should have never had to do on my vacation. You should be ashamed of yourself as a team. I won’t be back.

In fact, the guest who stayed immediately before you left a 5-star review, and no similar concerns were noted at that time. We would never knowingly place a guest in a home with unresolved issues. That said, once your concerns were brought to our attention, we immediately involved maintenance. We understand that the back-and-forth and time spent waiting was disruptive to your vacation, and for that, we sincerely apologize. We stayed here due to the proximity to the conference we were attending. House was beautiful- clean and comfortable. Great communication from manager. Will stay here again.

Summer getaway

Our stay was exactly what we expected. It was close by all of the resorts with easy in and out. The pool was within walking distance. The check in and out was very simple.

Great Stay

Location was really good, close to lots of shopping, eating and activities for both children and adults. The unit was clean and spacious, accommodating two couples and two teenage girls very comfortably! We needed nothing! Just added some snacks from Publix and we were good to go. All in all, it was a very comfortable stay. 10 out of 10!

Great location, beautifully decorated. We did have to spray for bugs coming out of the garbage disposal (no I did not send pictures) but it was probably from left over food in the disposal. Other than that the property was perfect.

Excellent location with lots of space

The property is ideally located close to Universal Studios. We enjoyed being able to make breakfast every morning before heading to the parks. I would not recommend this if you have a limited mobility family member. While there is a bedroom on the first for, they need to be able to go up at least one flight of stairs to get to the kitchen area.

Beautiful Place

Everything was nice. Would have had no complaints u til Day 2: Ants were on the counters and floor. In the toaster !!!! Didn’t feel comfortable leaving anything on the counters. Then when it stormed water started flowing from the side of the wall onto the family room floor. Other than that lovely place

Good rental

It was a good rental. I have no real complaints. The pictures are a bit out of order which was a bit misleading. The 3rd floor has the master bedroom with the double vanity and shower/tub. It also has the bedroom with 2 twin beds. The first floor bedroom had the patio area. The location is fantastic. We were right in the middle of everything, making it easy to get to Disney, Sea World, and Universal.

extremely Disappointing

I have stayed at vista cay every year for the past 10, outside of location this was the worst unit ever. Constantly called for repairs and infestations, water damaged ceilings, no drain worked , definitely nothing renovated or new. List is a huge misrepresentation

Not impressed with cleanliness

My husband and I were looking forward to our weekend away with our 5 month old son. I wrote in the morning and asked about checking in early and they said sure our unit was ready. We got there about 2pm and the check in process was really smooth. Front desk people were really nice. Loved the heated pool area, bar and gift shop. My husband went to the gym twice. He said it was small but got the job done. Loved that it was a gated neighborhood and yummy food nearby. The listing raves about cleanliness which I was really grateful for given COVID and having a kiddo. For the additional cleaning fee, I was highly disappointed. There were ants in the master bath, hair on the floor in two of the bathrooms, I found a piece of broken jewelry by the couch. I peaked out the blinds to look for the SeaWorld fireworks and the window seals were disgusting… The worst part was our master bed though.. there was no fitted sheet. It was a top sheet with black stains on it. Not cool. I spoke to the front desk about these concerns the following morning and they offered to send someone out but we were checking out the next morning and I really didn’t want someone spraying for bugs when we had the baby there. I’m not one to write negative reviews but the home does not stand up to the listing, atleast in the cleanliness department.

Clean and Stylish

The property was lovely! It was very clean and tidy, which I appreciated. I particularly like the color scheme of the walls and decor. The blues and grays are peaceful and modern. Check-in was fast and easy, and it gave me an opportunity to see the Club House. During my stay, I did go to the pool and pool deck twice. I would have gone more, but that is what weather permitted. I enjoyed being out there! It’s beautiful, clean, and if you’re hungry, order some chicken wings. Yum! If and when I come back to Orlando, I’d like to stay here again!
