You could see the Gulf of Mexico from the veranda of this 6th floor unit. The host, William, quickly and courteously responded to questions submitted through the VRBO app. The condo is very well equipped.

We spent most days not at the condo but did sleep there every night. The place is clean and has all the amenities needed for a wonderful vacation. Would definitely use your condo again in the future.

Harbor Towers 2, Burnt Store Marina

Thank you Bill for allowing us to book your condo from a Wednesday to a Wednesday. The condo and the furnishings/linens/towels/kitchen equipment was excellent. The owner, Bill was easy to deal with and answered our questions immediately. Building was clean, pool was nice. Good location. I would recommend this condo to others.

Stayed for a week to fish and explore the area a bit. You need a rental car as the area is spread out. Gas is cheap $3.50 a gal. Restaurants are pricey but good. Very safe gated area. Right near the marina. Condo was nicely laid out with most of the little things you need, salt, pepper those kind of things. Beautiful screened in deck. Not much for bugs and warm weather. Great trip. Thanks

5 Star Accommodations!

Although we didn’t spend that much time in the unit as we were in the area looking to purchase a new home our stay at this lovely condo couldn’t have been more enjoyable. It was very clean and comfortable and fully equipped for most every need. The condo itself was tastefully decorated and well maintained. The pool was warm and inviting and the view of the setting sun on the balcony was stunning.Bill, the owner made the entire process simple and seamless. He was professional as well as friendly and allowed us a few accommodations that helped make our visit more pleasant. The Burnt Store Marina Community itself is a beautifully well kept, peaceful place to visit with many amenities like golfing and boating or if you prefer just taking a stroll around the neighborhoods. Checking in at the gate was easy and the only difficulty we had with departing is that we didn’t want to. Everything was truly perfect. Thank you, Bill for the opportunity to stay in your amazing home. We highly recommend it to everyone.

Rest and relax.

We found it to be very sufficient for our needs. The cleanliness was good but not excellent. The security people at the gates were very friendly but not well organized upon check-in and the check-in instructions sent us to the wrong gate for after hours. Other than those minor issues, the stay was a great location. The community was very nice. Nice Rec and workout facility on the grounds 2 blocks away from this condo. Golf Course on the property is private but public golf is 5–10-minute drive. Marina is extensive for boat enthusiasts. This is an up-and-coming area that is still a little far out from where the restaurants and shopping are. I would recommend it to anyone during the summer. In Snowbird season, the traffic might get a little busy and getting around will take longer. The complex pool was nice and rarely anyone around. As described by locals, during Snowbird season, every chair will be full as will be the pool. So as previously stated, a great summer stay.

Great place!

This was a super cute condo that was perfect for me and my boys while we were in Florida for baseball and such a great price! The area was very nice and the property manager was super helpful for this first time Vrbo girl! We will stay here again if we come back to this tournament next year!

Excellent Updated Nautical Condo

My husband and I stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed walking the neighborhood around the Marina with so many beautiful boats. Everyone was very friendly and always greeted you with a hello as you passed them. The CassCay restaurant and Marina Deli served delicious food and was close enough to walk. The fitness center is also close but we didn’t use it. I would highly recommend this condo as it had everything including a well stocked kitchen and nice tv. The nautical decor was beautiful.

Location is great for day trips to beaches. VERY quiet area. The pool looked nice. The sofa in living area is not a fold-out bed.

After spending many vacations up and down the gulf coast, we found Punta Gorda the perfect small coastal town for us. Being on the marina and watching the boats and manatees was the specific draw to this community. Everyone we have met has been extremely friendly, giving us the perfect home away from home.

After walking out onto the lanai and watching the sunset over the gulf we knew we found our perfect retreat. After spending our vacations here, we now can't imagine ourselves anywhere else.
