Great Stay

Stayed for 4 days to golf and it was a great location, the house was just as advertised and well stocked with kitchen items that make cooking easy. Kevin is a great communicator and makes all expectations clear. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

Wnoderful place o stay

This property is updated and very clean. The hosts were very attentive to our questions and needs even after hours. We liked the handy location near downtown and other activities we were interested in. Very quiit at night. Comfy bddsWe eenjoyed the back patio. We highly recommend this property

Very nicely updated older home with great backyard. Kitchen is very well equipped.

We had a great stay at Kevin's rental while in Phoenix for spring training games. Perfect yard for a dog. Whole house is extremely comfortable. Nicely remodeled and well equipped.

Great location! The house was perfect to celebrate Christmas with our family. Very comfortable and clean. We had everything thing we needed. Kevin and Dan checked in on the first day to make sure all was well which we greatly appreciated. We will definitely be back!

ARIZONA2021

The property was a exact match of the listing. The neighbor hood was very nice. Every kind of shopping you would need is nearby. The rental was very clean and had everything a person could want. The owners Kevin and Dan were the best people that we have rented from in the 4 years that we have been coming to arizona. Any issues we had were dealt with immediately. While we were in arizona we bought a modular home so we are now SNOWBIRDS. But if we didnt we would not hesitate to rent this place again!!!! THX again guys.

As advertised, a beautiful home in a quiet centrally located neighborhood

Upon our arrival, we found a clean and comfortable well appointed & attractively laid out home. Centrally located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The grounds were the best kept on the street. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I would have no hesitation recommending this property to anyone and will definitely be back for another stay. Thank you, Kevin and Dan, for helping to make our visit as enjoyable as it was. Looking forward to staying with you again in the future.

Great hosts, wonderful house and neighborhood

The hosts were extremely easy to work with. The house was spotless upon arrival, stocked with everything you could need. The house was beautiful and the neighborhood very clean and quiet. Really responsive hosts, clean, quiet neighborhood

I would recommend this property to anyone who needs to be in central Phoenix or on the west side of the valley. It is a quiet neighborhood and the house is vintage. They've done a great job updating the inside and we had everything we needed. Kevin and partner were very responsive to any questions we had. I would stay at this property or another one of theirs at any point in the future

It was a fun and comfortable place to stay.

My friend and I stayed there when we attended a weekend class nearby. That big screen TV and comfortable couch made a great spot to decompress and relax after a day of training! The property is very quiet and comfortable. The door code system makes coming and going very easy.

Nice home but discontent

Nice home but the only thing that bothered me and my family was that the owner kept calling us constantly. They have a tenant that lives in the back house who watches what you do and don't do. The owner text us at one point and said that the tenant saw us take down some beer bottles and assumed we might be planning on partying and if that's what we were thinking then we needed to leave their house. I thought it was rude of them to ASSUME something that was not even the case. We were only there for the night because we had a 6 hour drive back home. After driving from out of state for the weekend that's the last thing we needed, was to be homeless for the night.

Perfect and cozy!

The owners were very responsive. They communicated every step of the way and make sure our stay was comfortable. The welcome book had all the instructions and was very easy to understand. The home was comfortable, VERY clean, and beautifully decorated. The pictures do not do it justice. The neighborhood is very quiet and although the house is close to a main street, it was very quiet. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you Kevin and Dan!

Born and Raised in Arizona! I grew up in a small town in the White Mountains called Show Low. I have lived in Phoenix for 15 years and during time have enjoyed working in the real estate industry and have acquired several properties which my business partner Dan and I have turned in to vacation rentals.

We purchased this property because of the character of the older red brick homes. Built in the 1940's this home was built to stand the test of time. Boasting a large landscaped front and back yard these classic homes are unique in today's terms.

Redbrick homes are a staple of history in Phoenix, back in the day the materials used to make the red brick were mined in special mined located in the foothills of the local mountains. Red Brick homes are one of the strongest built homes in today's standards. One of the many reasons I fell in love with Mulberry.
