Esta configuración de la vendimia le da la bienvenida con una entrada en un patio de relax con arte patio original y asientos cómodos. Espacioso y cálido interior con la carpintería restaurada. Amueblado con piezas de mediados de siglo, se sentirá como si retrocediera a tiempos más simples. Por supuesto, usted tiene comodidades modernas, así como una estufa nueva, TV con Netflix, satallite y wi-fi. La cocina es pequeña pero cómoda con todo lo que necesitas para tus vacaciones. Hay una cómoda cama doble con un 1/2 baño, además de un nuevo adjunto 3/4 baño.

A sólo 100 metros del mar de Cortez. Es un paseo fácil a la ciudad donde podrá disfrutar de tacos en el Malecón. Música en las noches entretener a la gente si todas las edades. Perfecto para peinar playa, excursiones por el desierto y tiempo pasado con la familia.

Hay 3 remolques de época más una casa en esta propiedad, se pueden alquilar todos para una escapada de la familia o simplemente un pedacito de este retiro privado. El complejo está amurallado y cerrado con seguridad y privacidad en mente. Esta ubicación es la base perfecta para explorar San Felipe!

Gail and Mike really nice. Mike gives a tour around town and helped with a really good mechanic when my car broke down. A reading light in the living room would be nice.

Hello, Gail and Mike were so accommodating from arrival to departure. Property was so inviting and relaxing to stay at, Air conditioning was superb, 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach and less than 10 minute walk to malecon, if you’re without wheels this is the place to stay just just pack a pair of comfortable shoes, Cheers Don

Absolutely Loved Staying here!

My husband and I absolutely loved this place! The location was so perfect; just across a street over was the beach. The Airstream was so cozy too, and had all the amenities we needed. The best part was having our 12 year pup with us, and this place had it fully prepared for him. Michael, thank you for taking care of us and showing us around. We can't wait to come back, soon!

Wonderful Place to Stay

We loved it here. The location is perfect for walks into town, the beach is right across the street, and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Couldn’t be better. Thanks so much Gail and Michael!

Everything we hoped it would be!

The trailer is every bit as advertised, and feels like more. Right across the street from the beach, walking distance to town, stove and fridge to go with the microwave. Mike and Gail are excellent hosts, and when he found out it was our first visit to San Felipe Mike even took us on a quick tour of the town. We were very comfortable the entire stay.

Owner Michael was really helpful. He recommended restaurants and bars and they didn't disappoint. We had a great time and will be returning soon.

Good Location

Our stay was really good, the place is in a very good location, close to the Main Street but far away to have minimal traffic. They let us stay with our two dogs, which we really appreciated. I recommend you staying here.

A great sray

We can’t comment on trailers as we upgraded and moved across the street to one of their condos. We did see in the trailers and they were as as advertised. The condo was great. Very private with 3 Terrazas. One of the was a large roof top which we enjoyed using.. we definitely recommend this rental.

New Year's Visit

The property was as advertised. Nice, well maintained property. We were greeted by the host upon arrival and given a tour of the town. The trailer was small but cozy. One big selling point was the kitchen which served our purpose but lacked some basic items like a lime squeezer and large bowls...we were making ceviche. I would also recommend that they put in a bbq/grill so better use could be made of the outside seating area. The nearby beach was very nice and the walk to town not so bad....the shortest route required walking by an abandoned night club and across a derelict Bridget.

Great time in San Felipe

We had a wonderful time, we ended up staying in a larger condo close to the beach. Mike and Gail are wonderful hosts and we even ended up adopting a dog from them. This was our first time in a San Felipe and we will definitely be back All their properties are beautiful a lot of very personal touches and artwork.

I didn’t end up going on the trip but they agreed to give me a mostly complete refund despite that I was cancelling so late, Gail and Michael are definitely awesome hosts and really want to cater to their customers.

Tidy, cozy place with a very sweet friendly dog to greet you!

Great trip, loved it all. Yard is well kept and walking distance to beach and downtown. Micheal and Gail are very helpful. All went well. Advise to older folks who may rent this cozy cabin, you can only exit from one side of the bed, so if you have to get up in the night, and your on the inside, know that you will have to wake your partner to get up as well.

Originally from Washington State, my wife, Gail and I have been living in San Felipe for over 10 years and coming here since the "70's. I enjoy working on different projects and in April of 2015 bought the first aluminum trailer to upcycle for guests and turned our property into a vintage trailer court. It's been a fun project with it all complete. One house and two vintage trailers allows for plenty of garden area and parking.

What a great location across the street from a sandy beach and just minutes walk into town. The Malecon is fun for people of all ages and has some of the best taco's around! San Felipe is the home of the original fish taco.
