Spacious and accommodating

The house was plenty spacious enough for our family and had enough space for children to play on the back porch. Love that it was located across from a cut through path to go to the front pool and could walk to the beach in 7 min. The owner/management company were extremely responsive and directions were clear. Doors were a little tricky to figure out how to lock.

the best 40th bday trip!

What a JOY to stay at the Blue Fish Cottage! The house was wonderful- clean, comfortable, and as described on the listing. Theres a cutthrough across the street that makes the walk to the beach so easy. King and the property managment company were SO responsive when we had questions and needed anything. We love being so close to some of our favorites- takeout shrimp from Goatfeathers, ice cream just down the street, and obviously- hours in the sunshine at the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

A+++ Perfect home for a Perfect Vacay!

Our family had an amazing time at this beautiful home! I honestly would love to live here!! I read all of the reviews before mine, so I'll try to note some different things. ROOM LAYOUT: Bdrm #1 primary (king) with attached bathroom including enclosed toilet. Bdrm #2 (two twins) and #3 (queen) is shared with a Jack and Jill bathroom with enclosed toilet. Bdrm #4 (queen) with a hallway bathroom. Heads up only 2 of the 3 bathrooms have a bathtub - not the primary - big shower only. This is helpful info with kids! BEACH STUFF: Shed had 8 beach chairs (good to rough condition), 2 umbrellas, 3 broken but slightly useable boogie boards, full bucket of sand toys (very popular with our kiddos), a beach tent and then a beach cart that we realized quickly we could not use thru the shortcut path to the beach due to the small wheels. KITCHEN: well stocked with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, silverware and utensils. We cooked every meal there except one and we lacked for nothing. Heads up though on the consumables (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, cleaning spray, kleenex, etc.) are scant for weeklong occupants. A trip to Publix was needed after two dish loads! This is a seriously beautifully appointed home, perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 littles. I loved the screened in porch. It is a quick walk to and from the beach and pool AND ice cream store! I would rent here again and hope to make that happen a few years down the road. Enjoy!

Perfect Place for a Perfect Vacation

We could not have picked a more perfect location. The cottage was precious. It was so easy getting to and from the beach with the bikes we rented. If we had a question, management answered our questions immediately. We will definitely be coming back!

Family vacation 2024

We had a wonderful week at Cassine Village. The house is perfect for us. I would highly recommend this house and area. We’ve stayed here several times and plan to come back! The host is very responsive, it’s a very short walk to the beach and shopping! We loved walking to ice cream shop with kids! Very family friendly area!

Family vacation

This property was just as listed. Extremely clean and beautiful. We have been coming to Seagrove for about 13 years and this was our favorite place we have stayed!!! Can't wait to come back.

Our family's stay at this property was everything we could expect. The location was close to the beach with easy access. The house itself was extremely well maintained and very comfortable. We will definitely plan to book this property again when we return.

Amazing Home and Location

This house is perfect for your 30A vacation. It is located just a simple easy walk to the beach and central to anything on 30A. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful for relaxing. The home is spacious and very clean. We loved our stay and look forward to returning.

Perfect stay!

We loved our stay at this house. It is close to the beach and pool. One of the best equipped kitchens we’ve ever had on vacation. The beds were comfy, everything is super updated and the common areas are great. Highly recommend!

Excellent Choice for Vacation Rental

There’s so many options for places to stay along 30A but we absolutely made the right choice! It was a short walk to the beach - even my 18-month old grandson walked back and forth twice a day and had memorized the path. Right across the street is a shortcut that gets you to the beach in minutes. Great accommodations, relaxing decor, lots of beach equipment to borrow from the shed and super clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked most of our meals there. The beach was also perfect - fluffy white sand and clear water with just the right amount of waves. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing week!!

Everything about the property was excellent! Super clean and well stocked kitchen. Beach toys - supplies were perfect. Cannot ask for a better house to stay in. Short cut to the public beach was wonderful. Deer Lake State Park was amazing.

Fantastic week

Blue Fish Cottage was perfect. We loved that we were able to find a 1 story home with 4 bedrooms for our family. We have 2 young kids and most houses at the beach are multi-level and have SO MANY stairs. We loved the screened in back porch and used the charcoal grill several times. The house was clean and well-equipped—in the kitchen as well as beach towels and a small shed with beach cart, chairs, umbrella, floats, and a few toys. The beach was just a short walk, very doable for the kids. Such a relaxing and fun week!

We loved our stay at Blue Fish for the second year in a row! Short walk to the beach! The house is a short bike ride from the square but just far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet when you need it! Our teenage boys had a great time! Thank you! See ya next year!

Lovely home!

This house is laid out well, clean, and convenient to lots in the 30a area. The kitchen and closet for pool/beach area were well stocked and in good condition. We really enjoyed the large screened-in porch out back in early mornings and evenings. The street is charming and quiet. One note if you stay: you might want to bring an extra blanket if you like extra weight/warmth at night. (Not a negative but just a note if you read comments like me and get info). It was a great rental! We just were very pleased overall!

Wonderful Beach House!

We (2 adults, 6 year old, 3 year old, and 8 month old) had an amazing time at the Blue Fish Cottage! A really wonderful location close to shops and food, and a very short walk to the beach! We will be back!!

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot

We really enjoyed our stay. Place was immaculate and comfortable for our family and it was only a short walk to the beach. The only things that would have improved our experience would be an outdoor shower and a gas grill. I’d also suggest electronic locks for the exterior doors for ease of use, and a map of where the pool and tennis courts are located.

Blue Fish Cottage

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Blue Fish Cottage! There is not one negative thing to be said about this home, its location, the property manager and owners. It has everything you could possibly need, the location is perfect and the home is beautifully maintained, spotless and very welcoming. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to spend our long- awaited trip back to Seagrove in such a lovely home!

Lovely, quiet neighborhood. Wonderful neighbors. Close to the beach access at 1 Seagrove Place. Nestled against Point Washington State Forrest the neighborhood has its own access to the trail system for the forest.

Blue Fish cottage is close to the beach access at 1 Seagrove Place. It is unique because it has only one neighboring property. There is a park/common area to the east side and a finger of the state forest across the back of the property.
