Peligros Lamer Beach House

Peligros Cuenca, en la costa este de Tasmania es una casa de playa de diseño arquitectónico que ofrece una experiencia única y confortable en un entorno natural.

La casa de playa está situado en el borde del Parque Nacional de Freycinet, la puerta de entrada a la Bahía de la copa. Rodeado de arbusto Peligros RIM está a sólo 100 metros de una playa protegida encantadora y está cerca de los senderos para caminar Copa Bay.

El alojamiento dispone de planta abierta muy cómodo vivir con una cocina moderna totalmente equipada. El gran salón tiene ventanas de piso a techo e incluye un televisor de pantalla plana con DVD, reproductor de CD, equipo de música. La barbacoa y la cubierta es perfecto para el entretenimiento al aire libre.

La casa tiene capacidad para cuatro personas en dos habitaciones - una habitación de matrimonio y una cama king size que se puede dividir en dos. Bush ve desde los dos dormitorios.

Ideal location literally steps from the entrance to the national park. Kitchen was well equipped. Negatives were that there is no dryer as advertised, the heater was only in the main living area so the bedrooms were chilly, and even though we rented the entire home they gave us the bedroom with a queen bed and levied an additional charge if we used the king bedroom. False advertising.

Regarding the bedding, as noted in the confirmation sent at the time of booking, "Proposed Bedding Allocation: 1 Queen bed Please let us know at least 2 days before your arrival if you need a different bed arrangement based on the house's configuration. Last-minute changes to bedding may incur extra charges if not confirmed in time." To Clarify the proposed bedding allocation is based on the number of guests reserved. and charges only apply if extra beds are used without prior notice. This helps ensure that additional guests are not accommodated without our knowledge. We apologize if this was not clear and appreciate your understanding. We also note your comments about the heating in the bedrooms and will review ways to better communicate the setup to future guests to ensure comfort. Thank you again for your feedback, which helps us improve both clarity and the guest experience.

What an amazing artwork of a house

We had a really love time at Hazards Rim Beach House. It would be impossible to find accommodation any closer to the beautiful Wineglass bay - we just wish we had longer to explore the area and do more of the walks. The house is really nice - I really liked the separate sleeping and living areas. The kitchen was equipped with everything we need to cook a nice meal or two, and most importantly (because we were there in Winter) the house was heated and there were electric blankets. A very nice place to stay!

Coles bay privacy

Overall the accomodation on offer is fine, there were minimum kitchen items but apart from that our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The area this house is located in interesting, while quite isolated it is one of the many houses privately owned. We were surprised by the level of property ownership within this lovely national park, with even some sections of the beach privately owned. Don’t go near! Or risk being yelled at as we were for nearing their space.

Beautiful Location! Beautiful Home!

Such a beautiful home! We were lucky with the weather and got to hike the near by Wineglass Bay track (walking distance from the house) on a beautiful day! We cooked at home one night but all the other nights ate out: at the nearby lodge and in Coles Bay for pizza. We were sad to leave but perhaps we'll get to come back one day!

More than a cabin

This was a perfect cottage in the woods. All the amenities are there except the internet and wasn't that a nice change. (There is a TV and DVD but never turned it on) Walked out the door and down a dirt lane; cut off onto a track and followed it....went nowhere with no one....loved the silence and when I returned to the cottage everything was spotless....no bric a brac; no distractions. The owners gave us a perfect hideaway.

So peaceful!

Awesome place completely surrounded by bushes and trees. Feels isolated but Coles bay village is only 5 min drive away and Wineglass bay track starting point is only a few steps away. We got daily visit from wallabies and possums. We were actually sad to leave the place.

An excellent property

An interesting house designed to take advantage of the surrounding bushland and encourages outdoor lifestyle. Wonderful to be adjacent to the start of all the walking trails. We preferred it to the Lodge accommodation we had on the previous visit. However, not for those with phobias of multi-legged critters other than bennet wallabies. We relocated several huntsman, but I'm afraid we dispatched the scorpion.

stunning location!

What a stunning location and such a gorgeous beach house. We enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable (though pillows were a bit flat). So close to everything in the National Park and less then 5 mins walk to a beautiful little cove. Only real issue was no ironing board and iron!

Beautiful house in stunning location

This is a very special place and we felt privileged to be there. The house is so beautifully designed, in a spectacular location and also well equipped. It is only one of a handful of houses that are inside the national park. It is metres away from the starting point for walks and there is a beautiful secluded beach a short walk through the trees in front of the house. We saw sweet little Bennetts wallabies from the living room.

Peaceful and comfortable

My husband and I hired the house for 3 nights in August 2015, it was cold when we arrived but after cranking the heater and keeping it on, we were able to maintain a comfortable temperature. Double glazing would make a big difference. The house is walking distance to a quiet little beach, if it ever got hot enough for a swim, this would be perfect. The house was pretty well equipped, most of the basics we needed for cooking were in the kitchen. The outlook from the lounge area is beautiful, a very peaceful environment to wind down, and a good base for hiking, the house is close enough walk to the trail start point for Mt Amos, and the various wineglass bay/hazards walks. We would love to come back. Overall a very comfortable stay.
