Everything was as expected and the host was very informative and communicated good. No one's fault but the property is on Main Street on a corner so you hear vehicles all day and night. *PARKING IS HORRIBLE.

Well I don’t know where to start, what appeared to be bird crap on wall and headboard. Hole in floor you could see to floor below. Dangerous steep steps off back. No dressers or anywhere to put clothes but did have four hangers in closet. It was 54 degrees when we showed up took till that night to get warm. I thought quite time was to be after 10pm but we heard people floor above us laughing and running around. Front window wasn’t installed correctly and you could hear everything outside and cold air coming in. One and a half rolls of Toilet paper for 6 people for four days was not close to being enough, we bought more! Couch looked like cat scratching post on the corner. Basically place was in run down condition. There was what looked like blood on sheet and pillow case. But two positives it smelled nice and was roomy.

I would absolutely stay here again. The host was ALWAYS very kind and responsive, the apartment is clean and had plenty of room for 4 adults. We got into town a few hours before check in, the host allowed us to check in early without a second thought! The pictures are a very good representation of the apartment. It’s warm and cozy and felt very safe. The front two bedrooms were a little loud because of the busy street below, and it was difficult to find street parking, but totally do-able! Just be sure to read the street signs before parking. (All thoroughly explained to me beforehand by the host.) 10/10 would recommend!!

Location close to Boston, can walk to restaurants and bakeries, small shops, etc. public transport via bus is close, a bit further for subway or train but not walking distance for most people. Street and building noise at times significant. Single bath challenging with 4 adults in apartment sometimes. Looked better in photos than in real life. 4th bed (convertable in LR) was misrepresented and adequate bedding was not present despite request prior to rental date to ensure availability. It seemed less like a bed than a few boxes pushed together that was pretty uncomfortable, even for just watching TV. But I think it has many qualities that would make it more than adequate for many travelers including a price lower than others in the area. If we had been a party of three we probably would have found it more satisfactory

It is worth noting that this property has no parking available. The property is above a busy restaurant and there is absolutely no parking that is available. I received parking tickets during my stay. The lighting on the fire escape outdoor area does not work and there is certainly no view of Boston from that area. This property definitely does not sleep 8 people either. There are 3 queen size beds and a very small couch that most people could not possibly sleep on. We had a pleasant stay but I dont think the property description is at all accurate or truthfull. Especially with regard to parking which was a real challenge with tow trucks whisking cars away all weekend. There is no driveway or any place else that could be misconstrued as 'available parking'. Sadly, I think the listing is extremely misleading and way over priced.

Beautiful charming apartment near parks, splash pads, shopping and restaurants. Cozy fireplace, washer and dryer, large dining table and a porch that views the sunset. Large windows to view the city with good sized rooms. Updated bathroom. Convenient check-in and check-out. Responsive hosts. *Must try restaurant below, Zuzu Mo:Mo. Amazing authentic Indian cuisine. Their MoMo's are delicious, naan is fresh and warm. Few dishes we recommend, Ramen MoMo and chicken marsala with onion naan. And the outside porch is cozy as you eat.

It was ok

My biggest issue w the property was parking. It’s advertised as free, however you still need a resident pass to park anywhere, which we were never told. I messaged the owner on Sat prior to our arrival on Sunday and didn’t hear back until Tuesday. Unfortunately we woke up Tuesday morning to find our car was towed for parking in a street cleaning zone. Our fault, we got in late that evening and didn’t see the signs posted. However, aside from paying the tow fees we were also fined for not having a pass. Probably should be posted on the listing and maybe owner should include a pass or advise where to get one. The property was ok. We are a family of 6. 4 kids between the ages 9-14. Rooms are decent size but we had to double up as there are just 3 beds. There are no extra furnishings in the bedroom just the bed and 2 teenie nightstands. So aside from the floor and the closets there is no where to lay your things. It’s on a main road which is a bit noisy w traffic at night. The back deck was a mess. Some pizza crusts, broken canopy, cut up lights. The kitchen is a bit beat up as well. Aside from needing some aesthetics on these areas, it was clean. The bathroom drainage was a bit slow in the shower and the living room is small. The couch fits 3 people comfortably when the apartment sleeps 7 if you include the couch. There is only 1 tv in the unit which wasn’t an issue bc we were out most days but at night it was tricky w the kids.

Not a big fan of the busyness of the streets and the honky late at night. I didnt realize it was right on one of the main roads. But it was not a bad stay and the apartment was great.

Excellent 2nd floor acvomodation

Provided everything we needed. The bedrooms were large, and the common areas easily accommodated us. The kitchen was well equipped, the washer and dryer were excellent, and the dining room table handled us all perfectly. Parking was a concern, because we didn’t understand local regulations until the owners explained how they would open their patio for parking when street parking wasn’t possible. We were unaware of any noise or cooking odors from the restaurant, below us.. The owners were quick to give us the extra sheets towels we needed for our 7th guest. The only thing that was unexpected: the 7th guest bed was only suitable for a small child.

Great Guys trip

Host was very communicative and provided great detail on things to do nearby. The spot was nice in that we walked to restaurants and a brewery, but the Main Street noise go loud at times. It was also very easy to uber into Boston.

Loved the place! Nice art work and spacious bathroom. Loved how the old history of the building was updated. Nice washer/Dryer. The family owned restaurant is really great food and they give you 10% off. Very close to a lot of tourist spots. Balcony was nice as well.

Great Weekend Getaway in Everett

3 of us came into town for 2 nights and the apartment was perfect! We each had our own room and the common areas had plenty of room. There was even a little porch that was nice to sit out and enjoy some coffee and conversation. Clean, the owner was very responsive.
