Great location near Asheville!

Very quaint and quiet with all the amenities. Close to Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Close to the North Carolina Arboretum.

Perfect for our need!

Very comfortable and quiet home! Julia, the property owner was very attentive to our needs and requests! We were an unusual tenet in that we stayed almost six months as our new home was being built. We have nothing but compliments about our experiences!

Great place outside of town!

This little spot is perfect for anyone who doesn’t want to be right in the thick of the hustle and bustle of downtown Asheville. Quiet neighborhood, and excellent property manager. She was very quick to respond and makes sure you have all the basic necessities for traveling. I highly recommend and will certainly be back!

Comfortable spot close the the Blue Ridge Pkwy

My son and I enjoyed having this convenient spot to sleep close by hiking g, Asheville and the Parkway. The beds were comfortable and clean, and it had all the amenities we needed. Julia (Host) was responsive via email and made sure any questions were answered in a timely manner.

2nd Time Around

This was our 2 nd stay at this property. It worked out very well. Very quiet and convenient for us. Property had a couple appreciated improvements since we last stayed. The property is very clean and well taken care of. We will try to stay here next time as well.

Short Stay in Asheville

The mobile home met our needs for our short visit to see family in Asheville. All the basics were covered and we wouldn't have a problem staying here again. The rate for a 2 bedroom/1 bath was fantastic up against what just a hotel room was charging in Asheville. The property is super convenient to shopping and it was easy to use the back roads to get around given the traffic in Asheville is horrible. It was a very quiet park and we had no issues at all. The home owners have done their best to make the home comfortable and we appreciated that.

Perfect location, perfect place!

We took a long weekend to visit Asheville and catch some shows. This property was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Great location and very clean. Very prompt communication from the owner. Everything you need. We will definitely be back.

Review of Stay in Asheville

All was well except for 2 things. I am a big coffee drinker and the Keurig was a pain in the butt. Would recommend a coffee pot be added to inventory. The television setup is too complicated and difficult to use. We don't have ROKU, Netflix or any of the other gadgets to get movies, Etc. Local programming on the tv set was unacceptable. Fortunately, we were active and didn't need it very much.

Great quiet stay!

The rental was freshly cleaned upon arrival. It came with everything I needed for my long weekend stay. Great quiet neighborhood tucked away just outside the hustle and bustle of Asheville. Definitely will stay again when in the area.

Great location for mountain biking

This place is the perfect spot to stay for a mountain biking trip! It was perfectly centered between DuPont and Pisgah and is only 15-30 away from all the good trails! Plus there is shopping and food nearby making this VRBO a great spot to make great memories with family or friends.

Cozy property, great host

Julia was a very responsive host. It did make me appreciate my dishwasher once I returned home! Was close to everything we wanted to visit. Very clean, nice to have a washer and dryer.

Perfect for a mountain getaway

The home was super clean and just the right amount of space for our family of four to spread out. The host was extremely responsive and provided everything we needed. It was the perfect out of the way place that was close to everything. Would definitely stay again!

Comfy place to stay

We needed a place to stay while visiting our daughter (her apt is Too Small!), but hotels in Asheville are stupid expensive! This was more comfortable, more space, more personal, and half the price of a hotel! The owner (Julia) was great and very responsive, and the place is comfortable, thoughtfully outfitted, and nicely decorated. Would rent again!

Great stay!

I worked remotely here for a week and it had everything we needed - laundry, blender, sufficient space. The only downside is that its a ~10 minute drive to downtown (which we knew and we were fine with). The neighborhood was calm and parking was easy. I would stay here again.

Quiet retreat

Very nice quiet location located outside of town but very close to parkway and arboretum. COVID procedures in place and appreciated. Will try to stay at this property again.
