Un apartamento completamente renovado de 2 dormitorios, 1. 5 baños en el piso superior con una excelente ducha y un aseo separado. También tiene una cocina totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para autoabastecerse con una placa eléctrica, horno, microondas y una barbacoa Weber Baby Q. Allora también tiene una lavandería totalmente equipada con lavadora, secadora, plancha y tabla de planchar.

Las 2 habitaciones incluyen una cama tamaño queen en la habitación principal y 2 camas king size en la segunda habitación con ropa de cama de calidad superior. Las dos habitaciones tienen batas de espejo empotradas incorporadas, aire acondicionado de ciclo inverso y ventiladores de techo.

Cocina moderna totalmente equipada y renovada con todos los electrodomésticos modernos y lavandería con cargador frontal con máquina y secadora. Plancha y tabla de planchar también se proporcionan.

Amplia área de comedor y sala de estar con LCD de 55 pulgadas, televisor LED y aire acondicionado de ciclo inverso. Hay un pequeño balcón orientado al noreste para sentarse y relajarse bajo el sol de la mañana o mirar las luces de la ciudad por la noche, que también cuenta con una pequeña barbacoa Weber Q para uso de los huéspedes.

Excelentes cafés boutique y tiendas al otro lado de la calle, y el hotel Raffles está a 5 minutos en coche o a 20 minutos a pie. Muy cerca del río Swan con excelentes senderos para caminar y montar en bicicleta.

Una excelente ubicación en un pequeño complejo en una zona tranquila y frondosa cerca de excelentes cafés y tiendas.

Absolutely fabulous stay at Carols lovely apartment. She was an incredible host and the apartment had everything you need and more. It felt like a home. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was lovely. There were 4 of us visiting from England for a week and we had a great stay. The area where the apartment is located is not far to the city and has lovely shops and restaurants over the road. The independent grocer was amazing. I definitely recommend this accommodation. Thank you Carol for all your help and advice.

Wonderful location, thoughtful touches

Such a wonderful apartment in a fabulous location. We stayed for 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time. I hadnt realised when booking the apartment that a wonderful set of shops - cafes, restaurants and a very swanky IGA are at your doorstep. I caught the bus into town one day and the bus stop was at the front of the property! The many thoughtful touches from the hosts were very much appreciated - all the staples were provided - meaning after a long flight we could have a great cup of coffee and a snack without venturing any further than the kitchen. The apartment was sparkling clean and very very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely accomodation

What a great place, had river and city views, the host was fantastic, I arrived in the evening and the host already had milk, bread and butter and other condiments for my arrival I really appreciated the attention to detail.

Cool and calm and clean, welcoming and well located.

We arrived following a 5 hour drive from down south, in the evening of a 40 degree Perth summer day. Carol had very thoughtfully been to Allora and turned the airconditioning on for us, as well as leaving milk, bread, fruit & eggs. We walked in to a gleamingly clean, cool, well organised apartment, and were instantly impressed and at ease . We really appreciated the quality linen on comfortable beds, abundant towels and toiletries in great bathroom, and all the equipment in kitchen. We walked to fabulous restaurants and cafes, enjoyed the weekend outdoor cafe bustle of the neighbourhood, found anything we needed (and a few things we didn't need but were delighted to find) at the nearby bookshop/newsagency/bottleshop/grocer/patisserie/boutiques. The happy community of locals, kids walking dogs, cyclists, strollers and walkers was lovely to step into. But once we were back in Allora it was quiet and peaceful and airy, with views of the city from its second floor vantage point, and trees and flowering shrubs in the gardens around the apartment block. This is a great apartment and Carol is obviously an experienced and organised host, who anticipates needs, offers extra hospitable touches, and responds to requests really promptly. Good value. We will stay again and recommend it to any friends visiting Perth.

Lovely bright modern apartment in great location

A very well equipped and comfortable second floor apartment. Bright and modern. Parking space under building. Very quiet neighbourhood and a minute’s walk across the road to cafes and shops. Lots of little extras provided and a very helpful owner. We found it was a great base for exploring Perth and Fremantle. Only downside is that it is 32 steps up from the car, but it was worth the climb!

Just perfect everything we wanted and more

The apartment was wonderful could not be faulted, close to river, cafe and shops. All our needs were catered for by the owner, beds were extremely comfortable and a great location. We look forward to staying again when we are next in Perth.

Fabulous property excellent host

Exceptionally clean and modern property. Well located with shopping hub across the road where you can get groceries, bottle shop, great coffee and massages! Fabulous host Carol who firstly checked before taking booking if my mother would manage the stairs, put on airconditioning prior to arrival, left us with goodies to make sure we could survive without racing out to get milk, bread, fruit and much much more. Comfortable beds with a great supply of towels, a kitchen with everything you could need. I will be returning.

Home away from home

Carol went over and above to make sure our stay was perfect like having the essentials like bread, milk. tea, coffee and juice ready to use on our arrival which was perfect for two hungry children. Unfortunately the whole week we stayed it rained so she even provided us with umbrellas to use and camp chairs to watch my daughters games at the AFL competition which we were there for. I loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser in the shower too. Carol was so accommodating and even allowed us a late check out. Eleven out of ten for service.
