Ecantadora villa muy confortable. Situada a poca distancia del centro de Playa Blanca, esta villa ofrece calidad y situación. La casa dispone de una habitación de matrimonio con un sofá cama y cuarto de baño en suite. Las otras dos habitaciones dobles comparten un segundo cuarto de baño. Anexo a la villa hay un dormitorio con baño en-suite. El anexo tiene su propia entrada y no puede alquilarse por separado. EL ANEXO ESTÁ DISPONIBLE PARA GRUPOS DE 7 O MÁS PERSONAS. Si su grupo es menor y desea utilizarlo hay un suplemento; por favor consulte.
La zona del salón ofrece un cómodo sofá y está dotada de televisión de pantalla plana con canales internacionale y fire TV stick. Unido al salón un fabuloso comedor para 8 personas con vistas al fabuloso jardín. La cocina, totalmente equipada con nevera/congelador, microondas, horno, cafetera, hervidor de agua, tostadora y lavaplatos. En el lavadero hay una lavadora. Desde el salón se accede a la piscina con 6 hamacas, mesa y sillas de teka, una barbacoa de piedra volcánica, una hamaca tropical dentro de un maravilloso jardín de vegetación autóctona. Al lado de la casa una sala de juegos con un billar y dardos y en el exterior un futbolín. La casa cuenta con aparcamiento.
Desde la azotea se puede disfrutar de maravillosas vistas

Perfect villa for a family holiday

The villa was lovely. Just what we wanted for our family holiday. Pool and outside were great, really beautiful with everything you could want. Comfy beds and good lounge chill out area. Kitchen well appointed with pretty much everything you wood need. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there.

Wonderful family holiday

We had a fabulous time in Teresas beautiful home. The pool was immaculate and well looked after the pool guy came 5 times in our 10 day stay to tend to the pool. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of towels. The games room was a huge plus for our teens. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Relaxing oasis

I chose this villa because of the photos of the garden and it did not disappoint! . We have stayed in Playa Blanca many times so are familiar with the area, it’s just a short walk to the beach and bars/restaurants. The villa is very well equipped and has everything you need to enjoy a perfect holiday. Thank you for a lovely stay, we would definitely recommend

Lovely villa in a great location with excellent outside space

We had a lovely stay at Teresa's villa in the October half term. The villa was a great size for our family group and we loved the outdoor space with various seating options, pool, roof terrace and the games room. Teresa was so helpful both before we arrived and during our stay. The villa is in a great location with Flamingo Beach around a 10-minute walk away and the main Playa Blanca strip a bit further on foot or a short drive / bus ride. There is a water park literally at the end of the road as well. The only thing we struggled with was the hot water supply, which I don't think we realised in advance was solar heated.

Great little getaway in the sun

I stayed at Villa Vistafuerte for a week with family. This is a great little villa situated just outside Playa Blanca main town. A cab cost 4 euros so no big issues there either. Lovely pool area, everything maintained well and met with Teresa who was also lovely. Hope to stay again in the future. Recommended.

Couldn't Have Been Better

Villa was every bit as good as we had hoped it would be. Spotlessly clean, spacious comfortable. Kitchen was modern and fully equipped with plenty of accessories. Garden was private, not at all overlooked and very quiet. We've stayed at many villas in Lanzarote and this was one of the best.

Lovely villa

The villa is very spacious and clean,the pool area is great with sunbeds and seating areas. The welcome pack is a nice touch with all the basics to get you started, tea,coffee,milk, bread,butter and water. The host, Teresa is very helpful and knowledgeable. The location is ideal, a 10 minute walk down to the beach, 2 supermarkets and a few restaurants and from there you can walk right along the seafront to the marina. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Family holiday in a lovely villa

Excellent stay from start to finish. The villa was spotless, comfortable and spacious. The outside seating area was a lovely spot for breakfast, evening meals and to relax with a glass of wine. The pool was great, we spent many hours teaching our granddaughter to swim. We loved the pool. The villa was in a great location, water park across the road and approximately 10 to 15 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. Teresa was an excellent host, communication was great from the initial booking to checking out. Teresa pulled out all the stops to arrange an early check in. Overall, we had a superb stay in a stunning villa. Highly recommended.

Pure bliss!

My family and I stayed in this property recently and it was pure bliss from start to finish. Teresa was a pleasure to deal with and even left us a welcome back which was so appreciated with 3 children. The property was spotless and had everything we needed. It's was easy walking distance to everything but was still lovely and quiet and private which worked brilliantly for my family as my oldest child has autism and need to retreat from time to time. Cannot recommend this property and Teresa enough

Great family and small group villa.

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. Teresa the host, was exceptionally helpful from the moment of booking right to the end of our stay. The property is perfect for a family or a group. The pool area, is amazing, with plenty of sunny and shady spots. Previous reviews have mentioned the pool is cold but we think its perfect for the hot weather, normal pool temperature. The location is within walking distance of Plenty of restaurants and bar's. We made great use of the pool and darts tables, great for family engagement and options of added things to do. The property was spotless and cleaned during our week. We would highly recommend it.

Ideal family villa

As with other reviews, we really enjoyed the 10 days we stayed at the villa. We got there late, but no issues getting in, and the welcome pack was a great help. Teresa popped round the day after, explained the pool filter operating times and showed the waterfall, but realised that there may have been an issue with the pump. Got that fixed without any issues in us using the pool. The family was me, partner, 2 teenagers, 2 kids - all enjoyed the space, pool, games room. Walk was 10 mins to bars and restaurants, and playa blanca water park is literally at the bottom of the road. All in all, a great place to stay for a family break.

Fantastic holiday!

We loved this villa. Well laid out and equipped with everything we needed. Beds were really comfortable. Wifi worked well and there is an Amazon Fire stick so you can watch Netflix or Amazon Prime Video if you have an account! Loved the garden with plenty of choice of places to sit or lounge in or out of the sun. Pool was a little cool but we covered it at night and it warmed during the week. Villa is in a good location, about a 10 minute stroll to Playa Flamingo. Teresa was a great host, very helpful and responsive . We were impressed by the welcome pack left for us with some essentials. Would definitely be happy to go back again. All in all a great holiday

Amazing villa great location to Playa Blanca

The Villa was incredibly clean and very well maintained, the outside area was amazing!!! Lots of seating and loungers and very pretty. Pool was a good size! Villa was very well located to Playa Blanca, around a 10 min walk to the main town, and a 5 min walk to Flamingo Beach, which is a lovely sheltered beach. Teresa welcomed us with a basket full of fruit, food and other essentials such as milk, bread, jam, butter etc, which was really thoughtful, she was very helpful and infact let us stay late on our day of departure as there was nobody coming into the Villa the next day, which was really kind. In the room there was a flat screen TV and a docking station for music which was a very good idea. We will hopefully be returning again soon! Take me back now! Only downside was there was some traffic noise when in the garden but overall everything else more than compensated for this, and garden was very private and not overlooked at all! Other areas to visit were El Golfo, very beautiful and restaurants right on the sea and there was great fish! Marina Rubicon is definitely worth a visit- very pretty, with restaurants and shops, takes around 1 hour to walk from the Villa along a board walk which runs the whole length of Playa Blanca- lovely walk! Timanfaya National Park and volcano worth a visit too- go early or late afternoon.

Very disappointing, while photos look good, reality is quite different!

My mother, sister and I booked a two week stay in this villa (semi detached property). The owner Teresa said she would not meet us until the following morning, so we let ourselves in and immediately were met with a cold damp musty smell. We were unable to work the wifi or tv as there were no instructions of any kind. After one hour of trying to sort out the TV (I later found out there were only 3 English speaking channels) I rang Teresa to ask her how it all worked and that the villa was very cold. She arrived one hour later with an electric heater. I asked where the best supermarket was and she said the name was in the information sheet and I could look it up on Google. She had no time to say where it was or that it had a car park under it. This would have taken maybe 30 seconds to explain and been of a great help to us had she taken the trouble to inform us of this very basic information. My sister and I were in the two bedrooms with the single beds, and neither of us slept, and in fact we had hip and back pains from the discomfort of sleeping on such hard mattresses with wires clearly visible. I phoned Teresa about this and she kindly replaced the two mattresses three days later. We had 4 nights of these dreadful beds. The main problem with this villa was the very loud traffic noise from the main dual carriage way which the property is on, which meant we were unable to use the garden in comfort. Additionally the noise from the other half of the semidetached house at night. Another neighbour, who in our second week, had the builders in with their electric drills, saws, grinders and hammers all day long! We had no respite from the unbearable noise! When I mentioned the smell from the bathrooms and kitchen, Teresa said we could move out if we were not happy! Well, as bad as it was, I did not want to put my 87 year old mother through the turmoil of moving during what was supposed to be a restful holiday in the sun. As she wears hearing aids in the daytime, the noise did not effect her at night and we decided the best way to tackle the noise problem was to spend our days out of the villa. At night we had the choice to either keep the windows closed to reduce the noise or to have them open for fresh air, a difficult choice we should not have had to make. The 1.1 meter deep pool was not warm enough to take a dip in, don't know if you could actually swim in it being so shallow. We are seasoned travellers and can not recommend this property!

Villa was everything it said it would be! Pool was amazing, rooms very spacious, Teresa kept in touch the whole way through and was very helpful. If you’re thinking of booking the villa, do it, you won’t regret it. Close by to playa Blanca beach front and lots of places to eat/takeaway. Will be returning at some point.

Teresa ist nicht ehrlich - xtremer Baulärm ohne Ende - Wand-an-Wand und die Dame ignoriert den Gast komplett. ich hatte vor Antritt der Reise eine Woche verlängert und Teresa 1200.-- bei Anreise bezahlt - Abreise war der 28.3.24. Die FeWo scheint mir wird nur als Plattform für ersten Gäste-Kontakt genutzt, alsdann erhalten alle Gäste 10 % Rabatt für den 2. Besuch sofern die FeWo ausgelassen wird (gerahmte Info an der Wand) der Grillbereich ist eine Schutthalde - ansonsten gepflegtes Haus-Innere - Wir werden weder FeWo noch Teresa jemals wieder buchen. freundliche Grüsse

The villa was excellent with lots of facilities including electronic dartboard pool table and table football. The pool area was lovely and there was great outdoor space for everyone. Short walk into town and watermark across the road. Teresa left us a lovely welcome pack and was on hand to answer any queries. Overall a first class holiday rental and great level of service

Une très belle region entre mer et montagnes volcaniques chaque ville de l'île a son charme.

Situation idéale proche commerces et mer. Accueil très chaleureux de Teresa. Des petites attentions vous attendent à l'arrivée (panier garni etc... Une piscine chauffée avec cascade, un jardin et une déco interieur de bons goûts !! Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent moment, une salle de jeux dans laquelle nous avons passé de bons moments. Nul doute que nous reviendrons avec amis et famille afin de leur faire découvrir l'île du sud au nord et ses à-côtés !!
