Hermosa casa de playa frente al mar

.Carrickalinga Podría fácilmente tener una de las playas más bellas de Australia en su puerta. Establezca una hora al sur de Adelaida, se encuentra a poca distancia a Normanville, y un corto viaje a yankallilla. Unidades de día se pueden tomar para Victor Harbour, Cabo Jervis, o visite profunda parque de conservación arroyo. O simplemente sentarse y relajarse en el balcón, bebiendo vino viendo la puesta de sol después de un día nadando en las aguas claras. La decisión es tuya.




Carrickalinga se encuentra cerca de la ciudad de Normanville, con dos playas, al norte y al sur de la playa. La playa del norte que da a esta casa, es realmente hermoso. Aguas cristalinas, con visitas regulares de delfines, hay piscinas de roca en el punto entre las dos playas donde los niños pueden explorar para cangrejos y pescar. La playa está a menudo protegida contra los vientos, con un caminar / correr pista desde Normanville más allá de la puerta principal de la propiedad. Por otra parte, en un día precioso caminar por la playa durante media hora a la embarcadero en Normanville para tomar un café.

Wonderful few days with our whole family in this house.we fitted perfectly with our tribe and both the set out of the rooms and the kitchen and living room facilities included were excellent.Downstairs was perfect for a 6yo dance party on Sat night as well...Easy check in, and prompt assistance on Sat from Nel when we somehow managed to lock ourselves out !Beach day on Saturday, even swimming for several of us and long walk to Normanville jetty on a windy Sunday.All in all, a great place for our " not often happens "full family get together. Cheers Phil

A great place to stay. Fully equipped kitchen & plenty of comfortable seating inside & on the huge balcony.Stunning beachfront views & walking path in front of property were amazing.Had a wonderful long weekend with 10 friends. It was very clean & all linen supplied which was great.May suggest a bigger fridge or second fridge to best accommodate larger groups.We would definitely recommend staying in this excellent property in a lovely part of South Australia.

Beautiful Location

The house was perfect for my whole family, accommodating 4 kids and 8 adults with plenty of room. Amazing evening sunset views over the ocean. The property is well appointed and clean. We had a great weekend celebrating my dad's 70th birthday!

Perfect 4 day weekend down with a coastal view

We had six couples, with four children under two years of age. Very convenient being right on the beach to get the kids back and forth from the accommodation. Modern beach house with great inside and outside entertaining areas. Beautiful location and small drive from other great locations

Great place to stay with family and friends . Comfortable beds Great view and beach is easily accessible . One negative ...frdge didnt work . However property manager was easily contacts , however not rectfied ..lost aprox $300 in food....:(

Great seaside getaway

This property has a stunning location with gorgeous views to the sea and coastline. The perfect get away location to relax for family groups. Upstairs living-dinning area has great character and is well furnished for multiple families to comfortably hang out. Aspects of the lower level were tired and in need of renovation and stone bench top in the kitchen is unfortunately stained giving it an impression of not being clean. Otherwise the kitchen is well provisioned. A big thank you to the property manager Sue for her assistance with rescheduling our booking and for answering all our questions so promptly. Would thoroughly recommend this property!

Beautiful and ideal location

We loved our view and balcony! Great upstairs. Listing is how it is pictured, although we had a few technical appliance faults. Top dishwasher did not work, had to have the repair man out to look. He also said the fridge/freezer was not at temperature and was frozen over. The bathroom basin was also not draining and he had to fix this. The oven also did not turn on for our Christmas meal! Communication with host was good, although the home needs some upkeep and TLC in terms of making sure the drains and kitchen appliances are functioning/fridge can be at its correct temperature.

Carrickalinga Beach House

This property is in an absolutely perfect location. Close proximity and easy access to the beach. Beautiful views of the beach from the balcony and open plan living area. The house itself is a little tired. Needs a bit of a refresh: a good dust and repaint. The house was tidy. It was relatively clean but certainly wasn't spotless. Shower could've probably been a bit cleaner under the glass door seal etc. The beds were comfy and lovely soft bed linen. Unfortunately when we went to use the bbq, most of the bbq burners didn't work, and the one small burner that did work was quite dirty which was frustrating. Overall we enjoyed our stay. A stunning location, a bit of a tired house.

Not very clean

Please accept my honest review as We are very very disappointed with the dirty property. I don’t know if the owners hire cleaners in and wether they are aware of the terrible state of the property. The outside is rundown and unkept. The couches are so disgusting and dirty that we had to put blankets on a couple of them. There was dog hair on the pillows and the windows were so so dirty, they look like they weren’t washed for months. I went and got window cleaning gear and washed them . The kitchen coffe machine milk wand was grotty and skirting board and walls and doors all needed a wipe and wash. There were dusty surfaces and some of the cupboards were dirty inside with all sorts like crumpled up bedding in one. We bought a family here to spoil them with a holiday and we were very disappointed with the state of the property. We are a clean family and the house could use a good few hours of scrubbing and cleaning. Very very dissatisfied given the amount we paid for your property. We contacted the owner and they offered us a refund for any nights we didn’t want to use, but it was difficult to find another property in the area at such short notice. The bed linen was super clean and smelled freshly washed. The location is amaaaaaazing and if only the property was up kept and clean we would rehire every year!

Great location, cleanliness could be improved

-Loved the split level -Kitchen is quite small however well equipped -Location is great, very close to shops at Normanville -disappointed with cleanliness of property, spider webs everywhere (they would have been there weeks/months) and rangehood was quite dirty -no wifi -owners really need to clean out the cupboards downstairs as it has old clothing, and junk and mess inside. I went looking for another blanket and pillow.
