Regular guests at 'Rivermouth on Kingston Beach' and will definitely be returning. Smooth check-in process, great location and extremely responsive hosts.Good size apartment for 2-3 guests with many dining options available within easy walking distance.

We loved our stay! The unit was cute and comfortable for the three of us, with beautiful views over Kingston Beach. Having a great coffee shop, fish and chips, and The Salty Dog downstairs was so convenient.We loved walking along the beach and watching the wildlife. Seeing seals and dolphins was a real highlight! Mark was great with communication, and we’d definitely stay again. If I could change one thing, it might be the beds, although I’m extremely fussy about mattresses!

Excellent spot

We had a great stay. Location excellent and so lovely to hear the waves. Very well equipped and supplied apartment, having come on a plane with little luggage. Loved the beach and coffee shops etc and close proximity of Hobart.

We had such a lovely stay. Great location and a very comfortable apartment. The view from the apartment is exactly as the photos suggest, there are good dining options at the bottom of the apartment building and very close by. The owners responded quickly to messages and provided clear, easy to follow information

Literally across the road from the beach

Fantastic apartment literally across the road from Kingston Beach. If you have access to a car when you are in Hobart, I wouldn't hesitate staying here. Highly recommended and we would love to come again.

Lovely apartment in great location

We really enjoyed our stay in this sunny bright apartment with wonderful ocean views. It is situated on the beachfront and a short walk to everything. Spotlessly clean and beautifully presented.

The Best

If you’re looking for a lovely place to stay and near the beach, look no further!! The apartment has everything you need, easy check in, cafes, pubs and restaurants nearby, lovely walks along the beach and sitting on your Balcony watching the world go by is just the best.

Perfect property in a gorgeous location

The property was absolutely ideal for our family of 4. Very well setup, very homely and a stunning view! The location is perfect away from hustle and bustle, but still lots of life with cafes/restaurants. Thank you for sharing your property with us! Absolutely love Kingston Beach!

Excellent views of the beach and plenty to watch as we slowed our pace for a bit of a relax before we headed home. We booked last minute and felt lucky to get this place. As the seafood festival was on in Hobart for the weekend. Easy bus ride into the city. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Kitchen was well stocked with everything ( except a dishwasher) but that is easily overcome. Mark got in touch to make sure we were settled in I thought that was a nice touch.

Kingston Beach Paradise

Great apartment in the perfect location for enjoying the beach, watching beach volleyball and sunny-siders, and to simply enjoy the atmosphere of the eateries on main street.Fabulous 2-week stay with the benefit of laundry and kitchen facilities and most importantly, a second bedroom for 17-year-old to have space. We shall return!

GLORIOUS VIEW

The moment you open the door you are greated by a spectacular view of Kingston Beach. Fantastic sunsets and sunrises were a delight. We had everything we needed. Mark was a great host. I have already booked a 2nd stay.

Room with an amazing view

We came to relax and use Kingston as a base however we found ourselves coming back each afternoon to simply relax and take in the view and ambience that was Kingston Beach The Salty Dog lured us over with its live music and the food there was delish! The apartment was comfy and we lacked for nothing Thank you for sharing :)
