Great for Group holidays

Spacious and absolutely clean accommodation. Great for family or friends group gatherings. We will certainly go there again.

Very relaxing

Had a great time! Was only two of us and it was still a perfect place. My husband enjoyed the fishing and I enjoyed being forced to do nothing!! We will most certainly be back

Sensational

Was absolutely amazing! So much cleaner than expected (previous experience with houses and this by far is the best). Honestly highly recommended. The view is stunning and I hired all 3 houses. All families had their own privacy and when we wanted to see each other we went to the grand (largest house) andit fit all of us! Super super clean and just amazing!

Wow!!

We rented the mr1 and mr3 for my grandmas 90th and it was so amazing that none of us wanted to leave the houses. Everything you could need was there and more. The only thing i would suggest is getting better mattresses as my mother and aunty slept on thed couches thd second night and said it was more comfy! Still the best place ive ever rented !!

Fabulous!

Hands down the best accommodation I've ever stayed in! The size and quality of this property has to be seen to be believed. Loved the outdoor enclosed area - perfect for a winters getaway. Made for a truly memorable 30th birthday celebration with friends and family. Look forward to coming back in the future.

Excellent

We used two of the Holiday Retreat homes for an extended family gathering over three nights/four days. We were extremely happy with the facilities at both homes although we tended to spend most of our daytime hours at The Grand. Many hours were spent in the games room playing table tennis and pool. The fishing enthusiasts in the family spent time trying to catch the biggest fish and we have fun photos of their catch and release. Others enjoyed a paddle on the pond and the warm spa was used extensively. Kitchen and BBQ facilities were exceptional with two fridges and two dishwashers in The Grand where we did most of our cooking and eating.

Absolutely awesome!

My large family and I had the most amazing weekend at this gorgeous property. Heaps for the kids to do and so relaxing for the parents. I have recommended it to all my friends and relatives as it really is a great way to spend quality time together. The property is immaculate and I cannot speak highly enough of it. Do yourselves a favour and treat your family and friends by booking a stay, you will not regret it!! And thanks Sam for offering a late check out on Sunday so we could enjoy it for a little longer, a very generous gesture that was well appreciated.

This house is awesome

Mackaloucoo Retreat is a great house for big groups. We had 5 families and there was plenty of room for everyone. Mancave, swimspa & dam with actual fish in it! My only thing to change would be upgrade all double beds to queen size beds.

Absolutely amazing!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mackaloucoo Retreats. The property was so amazing there was no need to leave. There was so much to do which created a perfect vibe for a fun family weekend away. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need and more. The highlight of our weekend was being able to paddle board out on the dam then relaxed in the beautiful indoor / outdoor area looking over the dam. I am simply unable to fault Mackaloucoo Retreats in anyway.
