Una hermosa casa de playa COSTERA Y RELAJADA, de 3 dormitorios, totalmente equipada con PET FRIENDLY, que domina las prístinas aguas del ESTUDIO DE POTTSVILLE. Duerme cómodamente 8 y puedes traer a tu perro. Toda la casa es tuya. ¡Nunca querrás irte!

No hay camino para cruzar para acceder al agua: está justo en la puerta de atrás y la playa está a solo 5 minutos caminando.

Hay una cocina completamente equipada que incluye olla de cocción lenta, olla arrocera, horno de pan y una licuadora para hacer batidos. Hay una PORT-A-Cuna y trona, así como una caja de juguetes, libros y DVDs. Hay BICICLETAS en el garaje, un KAYAK debajo de la casa y STAND UP PADDAR BOARDS también.

La casa también cuenta con aire acondicionado y ciclo inverso para el invierno, no es que la necesite en invierno cuando tenga la chimenea de madera en funcionamiento.

ESTA CASA LO TIENE TODO y ni siquiera tiene que irse ya que al cruzar la calle hay una TIENDA DE CONVENIENCIA, una PANADERÍA (los CROISSANTS son deliciosos) y el TAVERN (las comidas son simplemente fantásticas) A 5 minutos a pie se encuentra el IGA, la farmacia, la agencia de noticias, la cafetería y un restaurante tailandés, chino y mexicano.

NUNCA QUIERES SALIR ........ Lo mejor es que se puede traer a su mascota. Los perros son más que bienvenidos y se encuentra una cama del perro y tazón de fuente en el patio esperando por ellos. Hay un patio delantero inclosed para su perro querido, un patio trasero para que ellos se encuentran en y no se olvide el agua justo fuera de la puerta de atrás para que puedan nadar. Realmente es el cielo de perro y que se dándole las gracias por este día de fiesta.

Las toallas y las sábanas no están incluidas. Toda la ropa de cama tiene almohadas y mantas, usted trae sus propias sábanas, toallas, toallas de mano, toallas de té, etc.
Las camas pueden ser prefabricadas y las toallas se suministran a un costo adicional de $ 25pp

This was a lovely home and a home away from home with everything you could possibly need, and on top of that, a wonderful location and close to the beach where you could hear the waves. This house ticked all the boxes for comfort and relaxation for my family and the fur babies, and we will definitely be back!!

Beautiful holiday home right on the water. This is the 3rd time I have stayed here and will no doubt stay again in the future! Facilities are excellent & everything is well thought out. Owner is very thoughtful which makes the stay very comfortable. Back deck a highlight and perfect for enjoying relaxed meals with family/friends. Location is the best with local pub across the road and main town centre a 5 minute drive away. Owner even supplies bike if you'd rather ride there! Just the best house for rest and relaxation!

For a rainy weekend, Pottsville is a lovely place to stay. quiet and relaxed. not too many ppl about which made it felt extra special. its hard to find places not infiltrated and overun by tourists these days. so finding a gem is a dream. Thank you for allowing us into your home. it was perfect, very homely and comfortable. kids had the best time there and were well entertained by all the toys and games available. adults enjoyed bike riding, fishhing, and going on a couple of runs around. will be back hopefully when its sunny.

What can I say. If your looking for peace and serenity by the water this is the property to stay at. My family had such a beautiful stay. The host had everything there we needed to truly just enjoy our holiday :)

A fantastic stay for the whole family!

We loved our time at Pottsville Beach Retreat! The house is in a great location, right on the water, close to town and shops. The house was awesome, great kitchen and living areas, excellent aircon, and relaxing deck space overlooking the water. Everything was provided- paddle boards, kayaks, bikes, big TV and board games. The kids and us parents loved it, only wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you so much to our host, we’d love to come back!

Great location, spacious, beautiful house.

Huge house set on creek. Dogs loved a morning run out the back. Would be great for a short break, unfortunately I was there to help a friend move house. Pipit Restaurant in Main Street is one of the best eateries I experienced.

LITTLE LUXURIES

Everything was just top notch, best quality but we came after the cyclone so there was a lot of vegetation down. Only problem I had was the TV in the bedroom.....couldn't get it to work??

Excellent Location

We had a lovely two nights in Pottsville. The house was spotless and everything you could think of was provided. The location is excellent, I think we went to the shops across the road at least 6 times. My husband enjoyed fishing & caught 5 fish. We had fun taking the two dogs for a walk to the beach which was only about 5 minutes walk. The woodburner was an added bonus & it made the house cozy in a short time.

We arrived to overflowing maggot infested garbage bins and had nowhere to Put our own rubbish during our stay. We loved our holiday, we loved its location but felt a little disappointed by the house’s state of disrepair considering the money we paid to stay there

Fabulous in every way

What a great location for a gathering for family or friends. The owners of this property have thought of everything. Fully equiped kitchen and bikes, rip stick, canoes, stand-up paddle boards & games for the kids. Fabulous outlook and great spot to keep your tinnie. We caught a great feed of Brim & an impressive Flathead just in front of the house. We are coming home to buy a new bed for us as we enjoyed the comfort of Pottsville Beach Retreat so much! Thanks Anneke. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Beautiful view and spacious house But...

Be careful where you sleep, sit and shower. There is a Lounge chair broken, second queen bed has no support under the mattress and groans loudly when you move. One shower unusable and other sometimes stays above head height. The what to do book is outdated on many items and gives the renter a stern reminder that the lovely grass between the deck and water is a public walkway, dogs must be on the lead and the ranger comes and checks...the only place for our dogs is on the deck as the small enclosed front yard has an unsecured gate that blows open in the wind even with a brick (supplied) in front. Plus the smell from the overflowing bins that greeted us was not a good beginning. The bathroom taps leak, there is lots of dust inside the house, louvred are broken or stiff, there was sand all over the chairs outside and the list goes on. It is a beautiful space...in need of regular maintenance and regular checks from the owner. Whilst I appreciate it’s an ongoing task maybe the house needs to be blocked as unavailable a few times a year? Some of these issues are obviously not new as they have either been mentioned or alluded to in the visitors book.

Hi Toni, I thank you for bringing some of these items to my attention & I am sorry that you feel you had an uncomfortable stay. We take great pride in our home & aim to address issues as quickly as possible. Unfortunately though some things do happen while guests are staying in the home, like the loose shower heads. Both of them seemed to want to fail at once & these have both since been fixed. A previous guest did slightly break the back of one section of the U shape lounge but as it does not effect the comfort of the lounge itself we have left this as is. Thank you for pointing out the groaning bed, this has been tightened & no longer groans. I apologise about the overflowing bins. This can be an issue if the bins have not been put out each weekend. We usually rely on the weekend guests to put the bins out for collection but it appears this did not happen & you were greeted by it during your midweek stay. I have actually bought new inside Ecobins to help seperate the rubbish so that the rubbish can be put in the correct coloured bin in the hope that this will help the overflowing issue. The front gate latch has been replaced & can no longer open in the wind. Thank you again, if we aren't told about the issues then we can't fix them. We look forward to seeing you again at some stage.

We are a family of 5 who own Pottsville Beach Retreat and love visiting here regularly. We can't always be here though so find that holiday letting it is a great way for us to utilize our second home more fully.

This property is truely beautiful. You are instantly relaxed as soon as you walk through the front door. Whether it is water sports that you enjoy or simply just relaxing with a good book & a glass of wine, this house has it all. It also has great high speed internet for those needing to work or download movies. Not to mention that you can bring your dogs.

Pottsville is a quite coastal town with excellent beaches.
The perfect holiday destination.
Pottsville Tavern is right across the road - amazing well priced meals
Night Owl Convenience store is right across the road - such good prices
