Extremely clean. Tim is easy and fast with communication. Instructions with the space are clearly written. Our trip was for South Bend Cubs games and it is close to the stadium and also close to Notre Dame. Restaurants are within walking distances.

Close easy walk to many restaurants, shops and public library right in the heart of South Bend and only 5 mins by car from Notre Dame campus. Lots of useful amenities, all modern appliances, two bathrooms each with showers and one with a whirlpool. Small desk in the living room near an outlet was fine for my laptop. Tall windows with lots of light, but view from the 2nd floor suite was mostly of other commercial buildings, but still a distance away, not right next to the suite, so I could leave the blinds open.Heating and cooling quick and efficient. Older commercial building but very modern well designed suite - with 11ft tall ceilings and quiet ceiling fans !Gas range, Keurig, refridge-freezer with ice dispenser, filtered water and well supplied kitchen cabinets with free snacks provided too. No dining table, but bar height counter at kitchen was fine. Lots of seating in LvRm. Secure space. Free off-street parking right behind the building. Excellent management - Timothy was very responsive and made my 5 night stay problem free. In town middle-May for young relatives Notre Dame graduation, PhD PolySci. Would stay again at Pinnacle Center for another visit in the future with relatives in South Bend. Price per night was very reasonable, much better than other venues I looked at.I had a relaxing time. Highly recommended.
Commercial two story building with it's own free parking in rear. Detached so other buildings are 80'ft - 100'ft away. Suite on 2nd floor - top of building.
Master Bedroom with attached bathroom and adjoining large walk-in closet. Dresser and two night stands with drawers. Ceiling fan is modern, quiet
Kitchen, plenty of counter space, Gas range, big new fridge/freezer, ice, filtered water. Keurig and lots of pans, supplies, free snacks
Mechanical room with washer/dryer in it's own closed room.

Stayed a very quick night while helping daughter move in to Notre Dame. Everything about this rental was just as described and better. Communication with Tim was excellent. Very nice place; convenient; only negative is the 2nd floor stairway is a climb with a suitcase

We enjoyed our summer golf outing at the ND course. The apartment was just as advertised. It is clean, well-furnished and convenient to downtown as well as Notre Dame. Tim communicated all the details very punctually. Codes to access the facility were perfect and easy for a non-tech guy to understand.

My husband and I needed a small, centrally located place to stay for our daughter’s graduation. Tim’s place was ideal-right in the heart of the downtown area but also close to campus. Loved it and wished we had more down time to be there and relax-highly recommend for game weekends!!!

Great location, close to Notre Dame, Java Cafe and Fiddlers Hearth. I felt safe staying here alone because of the security measures. Offstreet parking was great, too. Tim was very communicative and hospitable. Everything was very clean and comfortably furnished. I only stayed a few days but it is furnished well enough for a long term stay as well. It was quiet and dark enough to sleep well. I would stay here again!

Quite Stay

The property is exactly as stated. The location is perfect if you are looking for a quite, private stay. Tim was very helpful and responded quickly to all inquiries. The stairs leading up to the unit would be my only caution to those who have trouble getting around. There are plenty of quality food establishments within walking distance.

Great for a couple.

The unit is clean and bright. It has everything you would need except an elevator. The stairs are steep and the treads are short. We found it rough carting luggage up. If we only had weekend bags it would have been fine. Host was great instructions were easy to follow shuttle to ND football game runs for 3 hours prior to game and 1 hours after . Very convenient.

I purchased this property originally to have an office right downtown. I have enjoyed seeing downtown South Bend grow into such a great place to visit, dine and enjoy the arts and other activities.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

If you are looking for privacy, comfort and peace and quiet, this is your spot. With only one other suite in the building you will have much more of those benefits. But the suites are fully furnished with fully equipped kitchens, and 2 baths. There is really no other space quite like ours designed for the ultimate in short stay comfort.
