The space fit our needs. Traveling across the country with two small Frenchies, and having the fenced in back yard made it extra nice for them to stretch their short little legs. The highway accessibility was awesome for getting back on the road. Finally, the house was outfitted well. The eclectic style was fun.

We stayed a full week here. The place is clean, cozy and very cute. Excellent communication with owner, check in process was easy. Will be staying here again while visiting family in Amarillo.

This place was just right for us, super fun and funky decor with a nice size kitchen and fenced backyard for our two fur babies. Brandon was super responsive and we enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend!

Very nice place. Centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Mall, botanical garden, Goodwill,big Texan steakhouse, Cadillac Ranch. Canyon football game, Palo duro canyon. Mo place had everything we needed. All we had to bring was our food & clothes. The host was very prompt with communication. Neighborhood was quiet. Enjoyed places from my childhood. Taco Villa, Long John silvers. Little blessings mean alot.

What a breath of fresh air, this was the perfect place for me, clean well stocked and wonderfully thought out. Easy safe location and super comfortable. Great hosts that went so far beyond my expectations. I’ve bookmarked this for future stops!

Great host communication. Cleanliness is subjective I suppose. So no comment. There are some really interesting light fixtures. Well decorated. The tub is old. The tile around it is beautiful and was installed superbly. It’s a nice place. Some modern upgrades, but they don’t jive with the rest of the space. For someone particular about design and esthetics you’ll be challenged. Most people won’t even notice.

Comfy and cozy

The home is located in a very convenient area to get to sights or activities you are looking for. The home was nice and clean. Host was easy to reach and very helpful. We throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. I would say it is setup for one or two people, rather than a full family.

Beautifully Decorated

Quiet neighborhood and really easy to get to! It's a cute little duplex with parking right by your front door. This place is beautifully decorated too! It's the little details for me, like the pretty little coasters and the welcome book on the desk with things to do and places to eat. My 14 year old really liked the instruments displayed in the living room. It was just a really cool place. Thank you!

The property was exactly as described and in perfect condition. Brandon was a fantastic host. When I checked out, I inadvertently left my laptop behind. He immediately contacted me and then went out of his way return my laptop to me via overnight shipping. Thank you!

Clean, charming decor, comfortable bed. Travel priority is to be able to cook my own food. Kitchen is listed in amenities and the pictures are lovely so I assumed I would be able to prepare a meal. There were no pots or pans to use on the stove top. I found a cookie sheet, but the oven did not work.

Response to guest: Oh no Carol, sorry you didn’t find them, you should have called us. We have a lot of pots and pans in the house. They are on the bottom cabinets across from the stove. The oven on the stove doesn’t work, it went out a month after we bought it and we didnt buy a warranty. But there is also a wall oven next to the stove and refrigerator that works. We figured since the wall oven works, there isn’t really a need to have 2 working ovens in a 1 bedroom house. Thank you.

Perfect place for small family Christmas

Wonderfully close to the medical district yet in a neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Well appointed kitchen with almost everything one needs. Nicely updated without losing the charm of the period constructed. Just right for 2 of us to stay, yet room to be comfortable for 5 to cook a nice meal & have space at the table. Even mom could get around with her walker (except in the bathroom, which is narrow enough to navigate safely without her walker). Hosts were very responsive to my questions. Wall oven was perfect for baking. No baking sheet but lots of pans. If u need something specific, bring it yourself or request it in advance. We were well pleased and comfortable. Bed slept wonderfully. Hubby loved the shower so much, he's planning a renovation of his shower to match.

Cozy Duplex with a yard

This has perfect yard to feel safe about your dog going out and not disturbing neighbors (tall wood fence) or being able to escape while going potty. The inside of the house is cozy yet sassy in decor with creative touches throughout. Hosts leave yummy snacks and added amenities like toothpaste and toothbrushes. Duplex is located next to walking path that is accessible through back gate.

672 sq ft, so there is plenty of room to relax. 1 bedroom, 1 bath duplex with dining area, living room, master bedroom with king bed, full kitchen, and laundry room with washer and dryer. King bedroom has purple mattress. The Purple Mattress provides a unique feel that is equally pressure relieving and cool to sleep on. The Purple Grid is the only comfort technology that instantly and intelligently adapts to your body to softly cradle your hips and shoulders and firmly support your back's natural shape. All at once. Plus, the open air channels neutralize body heat so you don't sleep hot. The backyard is completely enclosed for pets. The Rock Island Rail Trail sits directly behind the house. The trail is 4 miles long and follows an old rail corridor and is perfect for a nice walk or a nice bike ride. When making a reservation or sending an inquiry, please include all guests. We welcome all well-behaved dogs, but please be sure to mention your pet when you are making a reservation or sending an inquiry.
Our location is perfect for visitors to the Civic Center, Amarillo College, and West Texas A&M University.
