Esta nueva casa se encuentra en un lugar estupendo, fácil dentro y fuera de la ciudad el acceso .. sólo 5 minutos de la rampa de lanzamiento en Windsor y cerca de restaurantes y bares.
3 dormitorios 2 baños completos con una gran habitación y un garaje RV masiva que es también aire acondicionado. Nueva Pool & Spa fue construido justo. Esta es una gran propiedad / diverso para cualquiera que quiera alojarse en el Lago Havasu Área ya sea para la semana / fin de semana o durante meses ..

Best VRBO Experience!

This property exceeded my expectations in every way. They thought of everything. From seasonings to Kitchen equipment, you need it, they have it! The backyard is an oasis. Extra bathroom in the garage was brilliant. No going in the house with wet suits while swimming, wow! Hard to leave this beautiful home!

Great property.

This place has everything anyone would want or need in a vacation home. You would be pressed to find a more comfortable, vacation spot in this price range. These folks paid a lot of attention to detail when your talking about being well equipped for relaxation and luxury. We loved being able to use our own devices throughout the interior & exterior speakers via a simple app. Excellent televisions in every room, including the garage and patio near the pool. Pamper yourself and try this place. It's as advertised, and much more.

NEW, GORGEOUS home has everything you need!

This house is new, perfectly decorated, with all new pots, pans, utensils, etc. everything matches, there is no hodgepodge of old stuff!! Beds are super comfy, with soft white sheets. The garage has AC!! It was perfect for leaving the lake and wiping down the boat INSIDE!! The location is super close to the Windsor launch ramp. The pool and spa are beautifully kept. We had such a great family vacation and can't wait to go back!!

If you haven't already make sure to stop at college street brewery next time your out it's less than a mile from the house and a great place to grab a drink some food and watch the sunset over the lake. Better Than Home Away from Home!!!

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Castellini Family, for sharing your beautiful home! If you are reading this and wondering if you should stay here, please know that you will NOT regret it if you do!!!! They truly thought of everything we could possibly have needed and the house is IMMACULATE!!! Kudos to all who care for this home- clean and comfy and the pictures don't do justice to just how beautiful it is! We were there for a weekend at the end of April. One of the days was too windy to be out on the water, but we weren't sad at all to stay at the house that day! It has a wonderful backyard to relax and just wait 'til you see the garage! I'll let that be a surprise for you! Close to stores and restaurants while just far enough away to feel like you aren't in the loud party area. We had our breakfasts at the house (we all LOVED the big table and benches and beautiful big window, too) and other meals out (thank you for recommending College Street Brewery), but you could easily enjoy grilling or preparing all meals here, too. And Dan was SUPER quick to respond to any and all correspondence- we can't wait to book another stay. Our getaway was to celebrate our nephew finishing 14 months of chemotherapy, but the house is perfect for all occasions. We all left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Better than a 5 Star Resort

This was the cleanest property we’ve ever experienced. We were looking for somewhere warm, with a pool and hot tub to stay for the month and this checked all the boxes. The house was well stocked with essentials, including coffee. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. The beds were very comfy and the linen was nice. We used the Sonos Speaker system to stream our favorite music in the house and by the pool. The best feature of the property was the back pool area, with a water feature that masked the traffic noise from the main side street. There was a table and chairs under the outdoor covering with a TV mounted on the wall. We spent most of our time out there, it was a very private space. The home’s HVAC system worked great and kept us very comfortable. We played lots of golf at a nearby course and even took a hot air balloon ride over the city. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Havasu.

Beautiful and comfortable

This was our first time going to one location for a month. We weren't sure how it would feel living in someone else's home. Turns out, we loved it. Daniel's home is very open, comfortable, and easy to settle into. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the backyard was great. Everything was well stocked (paper products, extra towels, bedding, etc). Location provides easy access to pretty much everything. Daniel was very responsive to any questions. There was a problem with the a/c, and he sent a repairman out the very same evening. The only two downsides were the road noise in the backyard (the side of the house is up against a main road), and having to leave!

Beautiful House

Cannot begin how easy and stress free it was to get here and enjoy this beautiful house. It was left so clean and they had all everything you would need from cleaning products to extra towels and blankets and even a a keurig. The house overall felt very home and welcoming. Owner was very responsive and nice :) I will definitely be coming back and staying here. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Perfect for the summer for families with kids

This is a beautiful, clean, wonderfully supplied residence. However, it sits on a very busy corner and the traffic noise is quite noticeable; there are no individual chairs to sit in; there are stools at the bar, benches at the table and a huge (uncomfortable) sectional couch, but not a single chair to relax in with adequate lighting to read and when one stays three months in the winter you can't be entertained outside all the time, sometimes you just want to sit and read. Finally, it is common for this year's renters to be given the first chance to return the following year. The residence was already rented out for next year when we arrived this year. Also we had to ask that the taxes be refunded because taxes are not collected in AZ for stays over 30 days. The taxes were refunded but only because we caught the error and asked for the refund.

Love the house

the location worked for us, close to state park, rode our bikes to st. park or London Bridge often, Takes 7 minutes to drive car to Island to walk or ride the trail. The House and yard is awesome, it's a corner lot, neighbors are very nice.
