Apartamento muy agradable. Habitación con una cómoda cama y un armario grande. Bonito cuarto de baño renovado en julio de 2016: (ouche con, lavabo, iluminación LED italiano), cocina equipada con todas las comodidades (placa de inducción, nevera, congelador. horno convencional, microondas, cafetera eléctrica, hervidor de agua, tostadora, platos y muchos utensilios de cocina). La gran sala principal se divide en dos espacios: comedor (mesa de cerezo y vuelta) y sala de estar (sofá de cuero y dos sillones, biblioteca, equipo de música TV ..

Petit trésor caché!

Très agréable séjour dans ce grand appartement bien équipé. Et Louisette est bien attentive aux besoins du visiteur. Aussi très calme. Je recommande fortement cette location.

Ein Apartment mit Vor- und Nachteilen

Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche enthält alle notwendigen Utensilien und Geräte. Das Badezimmer ist neu und ansprechend. Der Teppichboden im Wohn-und Schlafbereich ist fleckig und müsste dringend ausgetauscht werden. Das Apartment liegt in einer von Ausländern geprägten Umgebung. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist gut. Leider gehört zum Apartment keine Garage, wie in der Anzeige angegeben. Wir mussten für 200€ einen Parkplatz mieten. Ein Preisnachlass von 70€ wog diese Kosten nicht auf. gut.

Just what I needed

Louisette’s property was just what I was looking for. It was close to the metro and a five minute walk to a grocery store. The kitchen was well equipped and the shower in the bathroom was really nice. I did have to buy toilet paper and paper towel as there was a partial roll of each. Most places I stay usually have extra

Great place to stay in Pais

Nice comfortable apartment. Kitchen was very well equipped. Neighborhood was a bit boisterous but with the windows closed the sound level was OK. Convenient to bus and train service. We enjoyed our stay in Paris!

We had a pleasant stay

The apartment was nice and complete. Very close to the baker for fresh breakfast, close to shops and to metro station. (Ca 300 m from the apartment). We had a nice time here.

Great place in 18eme in Paris

The place is spacious, clean, near public transport with easy access to a good supermarket down the road. Manoeuvring tthe TV was quite dodgy and had to call the owner for that, but she was very helpful and after a while became familiar with the switching on and it worked fine. Maybe some more hooks for clothes in the bedroom, but this is a suggestion not a criticism. The place is great and I'll be back.

Прекрасное гостеприимство.Louisette все подготовила к нашему приезду. В квартире есть все необходимое. Кухня всем оснащена, салфетки, кастрюли, сковородки, много тарелок. При желании можно готовить самим. Отличный рынок рядом с домом. Месторасположение квартиры хорошее, рядом магазины, кафе, метро, автобусная остановка. Транспортная развязка отличная. Нам очень понравилось прошивать в квартире Louisette. Большое спасибо Louisette и мадам Silva за прием.

I love this apartment

Sightseeing leicht gemacht

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und sowas von gemütlich. Vom Flughafen cdg ist man für knapp 4 € mit dem Bus 350 an der Porte der la Chapelle und von da mit der Metro 12 oder dem Bus 38 weiter. Der teure Zug für 11€ ist auch nicht schneller. Das nächste Mal sind wir wieder in dieser Wohnung.

Comfortable, well-equipped oasis

We liked this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, with a sleek new bathroom and well-equipped kitchen, even with some appliances we wish we could get in Canada. As Canadians, a few simple instructions on how to use some of them (rather than rooting through the owner's manuals) would've been preferred, but we managed. The apt has plenty of room (we were 2 people) and essentials like groceries, bakeries, pastries, restaurants are all close by. Paris highlights are further away (30 - 45 mins by subway) but the closest metro is only a 4 min walk, or you can explore the NE corner of Paris, or walk 30 min to Montmartre/Sacre Coeur. A walk in Paris will always reward with surprises. The neighbourhood is impressively diverse, and for a multi-unit building the apartment was for the most part surprisingly quiet. Mme Pringault was friendly, very responsive to questions and quick to address any concerns. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Apartment

This is the second time I have stayed in this apartment in the past two year. It’s in a fantastic area with easy access to metros, restaurants and sites. The apartment looked exactly as I remember it. In addition, the owner is very easy to work with. I will definitely check the availability of the apartment in hopes of renting it again the next time I visit Paris.

Week in Paris

The apartment worked very well for us in our one-week stay in June 2019. The kitchen is adequately equipped and overall the apartment is as advertised. It was especially nice to have the amount of space that this property provides.

Ideal pour séjourner

Appartement très bien équipé, près du métro et épicerie, de plus un joli petit marché est à environ 5 minutes de marche. Situé dans un quartier de résidents parisiens, on n’est pas entouré de touristes et les prix de terrasse aux environs sont plus abordables. Je le recommande à tous car c’est bon de pouvoir déjeuner et souper ailleurs qu’au restaurant.

Hidden gem in the 18th

If you're thinking you'd rather stay closer to "the action" in central Paris, please think again. We stayed in this lovely, thoughtfully provisioned apartment for nearly 3 weeks and had ample time to discover this very special enclave in the 18th. Yes, you will have to allot a bit more time on the Metro to get downtown. But, you are a 5 minute walk from a wonderful covered market, cool specialty shops, and more than a few neighborhood bars and bistros where you will find good food reasonably priced. Best of all, Madame Pringault is an attentive and generous hostess. She provides everything a traveler could want: a clean, spacious, well organized apartment, ample towels and linens, a comfortable bed, an updated well provisioned kitchen, and a nicely renovated bathroom with a good shower. If you're looking for a "real Paris" experience, this is your place. We would definitely stay here again.

Die überaus gepflegte und sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Zweite Etage ohne Aufzug ist mit Gepäck etwas unbequem; der junge Mann, der uns die Schlüssel übergab u uns die Wohnung zeigte, war sehr freundlich u half uns beim Gepäck. Das Viertel hat uns weniger gefallen, man war jedoch in 10 Minuten an der nächsten Metrostation.

A very spacious and equipped apartment.

We are in our 70's and this was the 5th property we rented during our 7 week stay in Europe. The apartment has been recently redecorated and is lovely. It is very well equipped with appliances and cooking utensils. We especially appreciated the washing machine. The area is very multicultural and the apartment is a short walk from the metro and buses to the Gare du Nord are across the road. There are supermarkets, boulangeries a covered market and restaurants close by. However, we were not entirely comfortable as we were concerned with all the instructions we were to follow. We didn't manage the internet or the TV which has no channels in English.

The apartment was exactly as the pictures on the site. Any questions I had were quickly resolved.

The apartment was in a good location with easy access to metro’s, super markets, cafes and bakeries. Louisette was very easy to contact if I had any questions and always quickly responded. Good value in secure building

The apartment had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. Franck helped us get situated and showed us how everything worked as well as helped us carry up our luggage. We liked exploring the neighbourhood and the bus stop was located just across the street and the metro was only a short walk away. It was easy to get to the RER as well.

Lovely, comfortable apartment

The apartment is tastefully decorated and has a well equipped kitchen. We had good communication with the owner beforehand and were met by Franck who was friendly and helpful. It is situated in a non-touristy suburb of Paris with a busy mixed community. Boulangeries and convenience shops are close by, as are several restaurants. We really liked the local covered food market near the metro station, a few minutes walk away. Expect to use the metro a lot for getting into the city.

Nice French apartment on the 2nd floor close to transportation and restaurants.

The apartment is clean and uncluttered with plenty of space for a family to gather. The kitchen is well-equipped and the bathroom has been recently remodeled.
