Lower Bluff -The Beach Escape, Big Yard, Mascotas y botes, sí, gran terraza sombreada

The Escape es una cabaña de playa tradicional que es perfecta para 1 o 2 familias y admite mascotas. Con la casa principal con 2 dormitorios, baño, sala de estar y cocina, el escape del bungalow para niños tiene su propia televisión de pantalla grande, un gran sofá, ducha y aseo. y ha dormido a nuestros 4 adolescentes cómodamente. El bloque es grande, por lo que hay mucho espacio que ninguna otra casa comparte.
 
Conectando la parte trasera de la casa y el bungalow hay una nueva área de terraza con orientación norte que contiene una mesa de comedor al aire libre, un sofá, una hamaca y muchas sillas.

La plataforma está construida alrededor de un gran árbol que crea sombra natural.

Nuestro precio refleja una casa de vacaciones simple pero muy efectiva. Nuestro baño principal acaba de ser renovado, la terraza es nueva y el bungalow ofrece no solo otro dormitorio sino también un segundo salón interior con TV y sofá. La cubierta orientada al norte proporciona un lugar soleado para sentarse, pero tiene una mezcla de sol y áreas sombreadas debido al gran árbol.

Cosas para hacer
-Paseo a la playa
-Paseo / paseo en bicicleta por la reserva natural de Edwards Point, caminatas de 30 minutos a 2 horas de regreso
-Los fines de semana, camine hasta nuestro Yacht Club y tome una copa en la cafetería a solo 10 minutos de la playa.
-Estamos a 5 minutos en coche de las tiendas de St Leonards o una caminata muy agradable de 50 minutos
-Jugar cricket en la playa (puedes usar nuestro equipo)
-Visita las canchas de tenis gratuitas en la ciudad o en la cancha de baloncesto (puedes usar nuestro equipo)
-Duerme en la hamaca en la terraza
-Visita las bodegas de la península de Bellarine.
-Visita Queenscliff y sube a la torre que te ofrece una vista fantástica de la zona.
-Point Lonsdale tiene piscinas de rocas
-El surf de Ocean Grove es de veinte minutos.

Perfecto para niños, ya que tiene zonas poco profundas y un canal más profundo.

Hay muchos estacionamientos en el lugar y una rampa para botes a solo minutos de distancia.

A nice house to stay, its a shame there is no dryer as i can imagine in winter it would be tough to dry anything.Overall a pleasent place the front and back decking is beautiful, however we most likely will not be back as the backyard is not secured off from the front and we had a neighbour "pop in" to tell us negative things about the area, nothing of which was vital for our stay, we were put off and felt we no longer could relax.

Had a great holiday with our 5 kids and dog. Walking distance to Edward's Point Reserve and a short drive into St Leonards (with the best fish 'n' chips in Victoria). Owner excellent with communication.

This property was clean, neat and had such a great beach feel about it. The property exceeded our expectations for convenience and comfort. Communication from the owner was by far the best I've ever had, this was an easy transaction and great consideration was given to us which made our holiday amazing! The proximity to the beach is great along with a number of available beach/bush type walks, just outside your door. I would very highly recommend this property, its provides everything a relaxed, comfortable, cozy beach holiday should have. Thank you for our great holiday.

Very happy with our stay

The home and bungalow were very clean and everything you need is there. Enough space for a bigger family and nice big yard for our pet. It was a great location for taking walks to the beach and all around the area. Would stay again.

Wonderful pet friendly property.

We enjoyed our three day stay in your lovely beach cottage. It was a home away from home. We were fortunate enough to have great weather and the deck out back was perfect to enjoy it. Excellent pet friendly property

Our 2nd short stay at this lovely house. Tidy and secure yard for 2 small dogs. Great walks on the beach. Back deck is great place for relaxing and meals. We had all we needed and have no hesitation in recommending this property as a comfortable base in this area. We will be back at some stage and hopefully for a longer stay. Property owner David is excellent to deal with.

Wonderful, pet friendly property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property had everything we needed and pet friendly as well, with the 3 small dogs allowed inside. Situated in nice quiet area which suited us. We have already rebooked and can't wait to spend some time on the back deck in some slightly better weather early next year.

We choose this property as we wanted a large block with plenty of space. Large established trees and the retreat gives you that extra space. Walk into the nature reserve in 5 minutes and onto the beach in under 10 minutes. Its quiet bushy and relaxing with dirt roads between you and the beach walk via the nature reserve

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Large block of land so you have plenty of open space around you as thats what we come here for. Some properties have two houses on the one block with others almost on top of you. Plenty of space for kids and dogs to roam inside secure fences. A large north facing deck that in summer has a mixture of sun and shade with the decking built around a large tree. The front also has a large decking where you can see a partial sunset and wait to great family and friends. All bedrooms open onto a decking area with sliding doors giving you a bright and open feel to all rooms, If you have a boat plenty of room to get it of the road. Each Bedroom is airconditioned as is the two living areas giving you comfort. The large rear deck is built around a large beautiful leafy tree giving natural shade with a built in BBQ and sink. TV in 3 rooms. Wifi ,washing machine,
