Group stay for Ringneck softball tournament

The house was great the only complaint would be it only has 1 shower. We were only 5 minutes from ball fields. Walmart and grocery store was really close. We would not recommend Ihop on the corner.

Great yard! Lots of beds!

Overall great stay! Mike let us check in early so we could get ready for a wedding which was incredibly helpful! House, back deck, and yard are all very spacious. The location was very convenient, 15 minute walk to Walmart, the mall, and restaurants. The only thing I’ll mention to future stayers is be prepared there are no extra blankets or sheets so if someone is planning to stay on the couch, you may want to bring your own! Would stay again!

We were in SF for a family reunion and this was a great house for us, five adults. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and neat. We could have used a few more pots, pans, and utensils for cooking, but we wouldn't hesitate to stay at this place again.

Wonderful house, location, and host.

There were 7 people in our group and this house accommodated everyone comfortably. The beds were very comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Hot tub took a bit too fully warm, but once it got to temperature it was delightful. We enjoyed the deck, especially the lights at night. The third night we played lawn games, and there was ample room for everything. Check in process was easy, and host was great. Location was perfect, and in a quiet neighborhood. We parked four cats comfortably off street. We were surprised and happy at the stock and variety of towels. Would stay here again.

The house is beautiful . Lots of room . A/c worked good in all of the rooms but one bedroom . Hot tub was good . Had to have the host get out the grill . WiFi kept going in and out TV’s wouldn’t stay on but other than that everything was good and was only 5 minutes from the fairgrounds. Would stay again if in South Dakota again

Unfortunate event

We actually did not get to stay but Mike was very helpful and courteous. We had some natural disaster weather with flooding. But we plan to look Mike up in the future!

Lots of Space!

Great home for large groups! Five bedrooms all with comfortable beds and spacious closets. (Three upstairs and two downstairs). Large living room and the basement is huge! All carpeted and 5 couches. Kitchen has nice appliances but lacks some basic kitchen essentials like bowls, baking ware, leftover containers, and a can opener. One bathroom with shower (handicap accessible) upstairs. Lots of storage space and a bazillion towels! Has onsite washer and dryer. We stayed in the winter, but summer use - large back deck, hot tub, grill and HUGE back yard. The home was warm and headed up very quickly. Access was very easy and you can use the double car garage as well. We would definitely recommend this space for groups of up to 10. The only down side was even though there are 7 televisions, HULU kept cutting in and out. We finally hardwired the upstairs TV and had to use an antenna so we could watch football downstairs at the same time. Maybe they will either move the router closer, or get some extra hotspots inside. Still it definitely served our needs well. Owner was very responsive and friendly throughout our stay. Thanks, Mike!

Disappointed

After 25+ Vrbo stays this is the only review I’ve left that is less than 5 stars. Let me start with the good. - The host is responsive - the house is large and there is plenty of space Cons - the only reason we booked this property was for the hot tub. The host turned on the tub a couple hours before we checked in. It is 110v hot tub and if you know anything about spas these types of tubs can take up to 3 days to get to temperature. We were unable to use the hot tub at all during our stay, it didn’t get warm until it was time to checkout. - the kitchen is also not stocked with very many necessities. Do not plan on cooking for your group unless you bring your own pans/pots. Yes there are a few items not not enough. It’s unfortunate because this property does have a lot potential.

Great stay in good location

Mike supplied everything we needed before we arrived with a door code and WiFi password. We settled in with ease. There was plenty of parking on driveway and street. We used all three bedrooms on the ground floor and one of the two in the basement. It was nice having the second bathroom in the basement with 5 adults staying in the house. Three of my adults are over 70. We appreciated the safety handles and rails everywhere. Both showers were walk in with rails for added safety. And the entrance from the garage with just a couple stairs had handles by the doors. Thank you, Mike, for all of your safety features. We spent a lot of time at the kitchen table eating meals and playing games and we loved the large living room with the big tv. The kitchen was equipped with most things we needed. We even used the grill for a burger night and ate outside on the patio. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful but close to everything we needed, gas, groceries, restaurants. I can’t think of anything Mike could have done to have made our stay any better. It was our first time staying in Sioux Falls. We would happily stay here again.

Great House for Large Group

This house was perfect for our family wedding weekend! It had the perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms and was super spacious for all of us! We played games, grilled out, watched cable, and slept wonderfully! We enjoyed being 2 minutes from shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and the major roadways. It was so perfect! We also appreciated Mike's communication and instructions. We will definitely stay again if we need a home with lots of space. Thanks for everything!

Family Gathering

My family gathered together to celebrate my grandson’s wedding. Perfect place for a large group stay, and a friendly home atmosphere. Shopping was close and convenient. We’ll stay there again.
