Entra en Clareon By The Coast con interiores azules, grises y verdes. Está ubicado en Seacrest, acurrucado entre Prominence y Rosemary Beach. Everything was great! The location was amazing and access to the bikes was a really great addition. The house was well appointed and there was plenty of room for our group. We went in December and the pool was heated and we were able to enjoy it. The beach access was even closer than I expected. If I could offer one critique it would be that the house could benefit from some updated cookware but what was there was sufficient and got the job done.

Great Location

The house was comfortable for 5 adults. The short walk to the private beach was very convenient. The backyard and inground pool was a big hit too.

Best house we’ve stayed at yet!

We’ve been trying various houses in the area with the perfect combination of close access to the beach, plenty of space, and a private pool. This home was the most comfortable we’ve stayed in, the closest beach access, and had room enough for our whole family. Would recommend!!

We loved this hous so much, great proximity to the beach and so easy to get to everything but be away from it all. Was clean, well cared for and stoked with kitchen items etc.

A great location on 3Oa

Cute, clean house with a quick, easy walk to the beach. Although the weather didn’t allow us to get in the pool, it was fairly quiet and private. Loved the complimentary beach chair set!!

Great find close to the beach with a pool

Clareon by the Coast has a near perfect combination of proximity to the beach (5 min walk, easy with small children), having its own pool, and good space for a family of 5. The unit has a great living room off the kitchen which is a nice hang out spot and it has plenty of porch space. Love that it is along an area of the beach that’s never crowded.

Summer Vacation

The property was excellent for our family of 7. Very nice private beach with no overcrowding. The bikes are great for the area as well. We will be returning in the future.

Spring Time in Seacrest

Enjoyed our stay at Clareon by the Coast (Seacrest Beach). Lovely home with plenty of room for family of four (and some friends of our kids). Short walk to the beach and the three (3) beach cruisers were a great addition. Main living area was perfect for family get-togethers and meals, as the kitchen was well stocked.

Love the house, pool, and being close to the beach. The only bad thing is I could not get the tv's to work properly. I still highly recommend this house and plan on staying again.

Great House and Pool with Easy Beach Access

We enjoyed the house and pool as well as the easy location to the beach. We met several neighbors (both owners and fellow renters) and everyone we met was great. The house to the right were owners and their entire family was extremely nice (parents, adult kids, and grandkids). The house to the left is a rental and we had amazing fellow renters next door that we chatted with daily. No issues with the pool & they have floats available. Our 4 lb poodle wasn’t an issue either. There was a snake living under the front steps, we killed it (I’m terrified of snakes!). The front door will not unlock until EXACTLY check in time so don’t arrive 30 min early like us. We had no communication with the management company so I can’t comment on that. I will list my suggestions for improvements on the property which honestly are just suggestions to make future renters stay easier.1. A Swiffer or Mop - we stayed for almost 2 weeks and had no way to clean.

Great location, great fun!

Had a great time! Location was great and everything we needed was on the property. They had chairs, beach toys, pool floats, and bikes. Easy access to the beach, only downfall was having to carry everything up and down the beach access stairs. Other than that we would totally rent this location again. It was nice having everything at our finger tips especially the pool!

March 2022 Stay

Great location! The house was very beautiful and provided us with everything we needed. We had a 3 minute walk to the beach. The location is near many food options. The staff at Oversee Rentals exceeded our expectations. Oversee was very responsive to our questions. The heated pool was a bonus. We are already planning a return visit.
