Available on a first-come, first-served basis each day with three tandem parking spots allocated for the four units in the building. You may park only ONE vehicle per unit if you secure a spot.

RESTRICTIONS:
We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS
The pool closes at 11PM
No smoking on the property

Check in: 4PM - We do not guarantee an early check in request will be granted because we need to give the housekeepers time to ready the units for check-in, however, should your unit be ready early, we will notify you from this number that you can check-in. Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. The location and apartment layout were fantastic for our family group. We really enjoyed the pool area and the apartment had all the accessories one would need for a week stay. The unit was ready as we arrived and the early access to the apartment was greatly appreciated!

Friends get away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental company and the location were awesome. The one bathroom is very tiny. It reminded us of a bathroom on a cruise ship. The sink is super tiny and you can barely turn around in the shower. Also the bedding and the towels are kept in a shed by the pool that is open during the day. We thought that was weird. The pool area is great and the contacts at the company were great to deal with.

We really enjoyed this property. It’s in a great location and the pool area is nice and private. It could use some minor updating but other than that it’s perfect. It was also nice that the linens, towels and even beach towels were included. We went with our grown kids and their two friends. Loved Key West!!

The larger shower has no hot water or water pressure. The small shower has no room in the stall or the bathroom to move around and do necessary hygiene tasks when getting ready. The door lock is very insecure as many times we left and it was locked only to find it unlocked when we returned. Also, while having dinner, someone wandered into our space by opening the door and letting themselves in.

Great place. Near D’uval St

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice place to stay. Walked nearly everywhere. Friended a taxi driver and we could call him anytime if we didn’t feel like walking. House was very clean. 3 bedrooms. Only 4 of us on a girls trip. We each had our own bed. Enjoyed the swimming pool. I would recommend this place. Only downside was the stairs going up to the apartment. We’re 65+. But we managed.

We enjoyed the stay, all room were clean. The home was in very good location to shop and bar on Duval St. Only drawback I had was signing documents outside the of the Vrbo website to included email and communication. I understand wanting to protect your investment, But I think all communication like financial and liability document should be handle through Vrbo website to cut down on potential personal information being released. The property was very nice.

The condo was nice and appeared clean to the eyes. However, the smell was strong of mildew. 2 of the vacationers got very sick from allergy sensitivity. Also, it was not disclosed that it was next to a mortuary with dead bodies coming in and out. The pool was wonderful. There were pool guys there early in the mornings running blowers and making noise. Location was great and there is a grocery store not even a block away.

Wonderful Key West Get Away

The 6 of us adults enjoyed The Grand Bahama Suite; comfortable bedrooms, loved that each bedroom had its own window AC unit so everyone could select their own temperature for sleeping comfortably, lots of towels, open kitchen and livingroom area to gather, friendly people in the other units, relaxing pool area. Location was a 10 minute walk from everywhere we wanted to go. Location was quiet even though we were one block from Duval Street; and a grocery store around the corner. We loved this place.

Can’t beat this location

We stayed here with 2 other couples celebrating my husband's 40th birthday. It was the perfect spot- a block off of Duval- walking distance to everything. Grocery store right at the corner! I was worried it would be too loud at night but that wasn’t an issue at all. We parked our rental car in the driveway and parking was never an issue either. We loved hanging by the heated pool in the backyard! We will definitely be back!

Bahama House- great location

Love the location and property. Nice pool and patio area. The rental unit could use some updating but still a nice unit. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

Property was small, but great location. Initially had issues getting in the unit but after a short time we figured it out. Negative is 4 units, but 3 parking spots. Had to push a golf cart out of the way to park.

Perfect location- easy walk to Duval and all the fun things in Key West- property was perfect for the 5 adults- plenty of space- nice pool area - everything was simple!
