Available on a first-come, first-served basis each day with three tandem parking spots allocated for the four units in the building. You may park only ONE vehicle per unit if you secure a spot.

RESTRICTIONS:
We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS
The pool closes at 11PM
No smoking on the property

Check in: 4PM - We do not guarantee an early check in request will be granted because we need to give the housekeepers time to ready the units for check-in, however, should your unit be ready early, we will notify you from this number that you can check-in. No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm.

Check out: 10AM - We do not accommodate late check outs.

Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Property was excellent! If it had a second bathroom even a half bath would tremendously be an access! That was the only downside with 4 people. Parking can be an issue but, we were able to work it out with the other tenants.

Location is a double edged sword: short walk to attractions, bars, restaurants, and groceries, but property faces the rear of several Duval establishments that use wheeled dumpsters that are emptied every morning with a lot of noise! Directly under approach to Key West airport. Pool area beautiful, we grilled there one night, excellent. Property is starting to show its age. Service was excellent: one minor maintenance issue (smoke alarm) rectified immediately.

The Paradise Suite was exactly what we needed! Close enough to Duval and all the attractions however still tucked into the neighborhood, which is very cool! The rental was very clean and exactly how they present it on the site. Having a pool and parking was a real bonus! We truly enjoyed our stay and will book again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. It was a cute place near Duval and the pool was great. The seating around the back patio was not nice, and the cushions were old and dirty. Parking was okay, but we were blocked in every day by workers, not guests. Kitchen was extremely dimly lit and basically useless. The bed pillows were really flat (there wasn't more to double up) and there was an ink stain on the sheets (more on that later). There was only 3 Toilet rolls for 6 people and we had to go buy 2 extra rolls. There was only 4 towels for swimming but we had 6 guests staying. The Bad: The 1st morning we were woken by a tree being cut down outside our window, then chipped/shredded and we were not pre-warned. Following the tree cutting there was an unfortunate sighting for my wife provided by one of the workers, BUT the host did comp us for the inconvenience and that was very much appreciated. The next morning at 6am a Garbage truck emptied trash bins from businesses (not residential) and it was ungodly loud, followed by workers working on the suite behind us, and the following morning was equally as loud. Suffice to say if people want to go to Duval and enjoy the night life, DO NOT stay up late or you will be punished in the morning. Finally, the third day we did laundry and someone prior to us must have put an ink pen through the wash because we had multiple ink stains on our clothing, and I received no reply when the host was alerted. I would not recommend it for peace and quiet in any capacity.

Unfortunate stay at this place. Outdated, broken items, uncomfortable beds and no smart TVs. Location is the only good thing. Pool is heated and clean but the back yard is unkept and unsafe. Poor communication when issue arose. Limited towels. Tried to use dryer and found it broken the day before we checked out and explained we had no towels and clothes were laid out to dry. It took them 2 hours to respond AFTER we messaged them again. The response was “we will let maintenance know” and then no one showed up with towels or repair. They are on time with telling you what they need but do not help when needed. Very sad that we expected a beautiful get away and this place did not live up to expectations. Just lack of care.

You cannot beat the location of this property. We had a very easy check in and great communication with the management company. It was clean with plenty of towels. We had such a great time! Thank you for sharing your property.
